Had a nail in my tire, they were able to patch it up immediately. While we were waiting we asked for an oil change as well. We were in an out in less than 15 minutes. In addition they vacuumed the leaves out from underneath the hood and cleaned the windows. Great service! read more

ATTENTION- read this review, and look at the pictures before you take your car here. Hopefully it will save you some grief. My wife took her car here to get her oil changed a couple of months ago. When I took it to the Honda dealer today to fix an unrelated recall, they told me that my oil cap wasn't screwed in properly and oil had leaked all over the bottom of my vehicle, which they said was undoubtedly the fault of whoever changed the oil last time. Guess what- it was this Jiffy Lube. Oil has slowly leaked into my garage, as well. Check out the pictures. Honda told me that I was at least two quarts low. They said if it had continued to leak like that, it could have made the engine seize up and totaled the car. Thankfully it didn't come to that. When I went to talk to these guys, who charged my wife for an oil change and changed her air filters for about $200 (crazy), I spoke to their manager Mike Mullins. I was polite and showed them the pictures below, but I was immediately met with annoyance and skepticism on their part. Mike asked "Well, why didn't you bring it back here?" Well, I don't spend a lot of time looking under my wife's car. He said "What do you think, I'm just going to open up the cash register and give you money?" No. But I don't think a refund was too much to ask. He took my receipt, and walked into his working area where I couldn't hear him. He left some sort of message, he said, with Jiffy Lube corporate, which would get back to me on Monday. We'll see if that happens. I asked him what they were going to do about the mess on the bottom of the car. He rolled his eyes and said "Well, I guess I could clean it for you..." Yeah, right. The chances I would let him touch my car after this interaction are approximately zero. Lastly, while I was at Honda, they showed me the cabin air filter, which was filthy. There is basically no chance they actually changed the filter two months ago, and I am convinced they charged me fraudulently. Pro tip- make them show you the old filter if they say they "changed it". There is no chance I will go to this Jiffy Lube- or probably any Jiffy Lube- ever again. And I hope this review will make some of you think twice about doing the same. I'm not even really angry, just flabbergasted that a place like this can stay in business. read more

Went in for an oil change. They recommended brake pads up front, which I knew were needed as my car has 97k miles and on the factory pads. I had also actually looked at them before hand and knew the pads were nearing the end of their useful life. Went ahead and pulled the trigger for the front ones. Price was fair and they were quick. I generally do my own oil changes and maintenance. New to the area and living in an apartment so can't really do the work myself right now. They even offered a 10% coupon which was nice. I'll probably do the rear ones myself but would definitely go back if I needed some quick work. Also they had a good crew in there. Nice guys. read more

Jiffy Lube offers a great Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation that I was hoping to take advantage of today, little did I know I was the one who was going to be taken advantage of. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation that my Groupon included. While I was there an employee came in and explained to me that my rear brake pads had become so worn that they were grooving into the rotors and both would need to be replaced. He also informed me that the front pads were worn and would need to be replaced with my next oil change. I then thanked him and explained that we were getting ready to go on a road trip so I definitely wanted my family to be safe and asked him what the cost to replace my rear pads and rotors was. $250 was a lot but it wasn't too much to ensure my family's safety. After telling him to go ahead and change the brake pads and rotors I called my brother (who is the manager at an auto parts store and has spent the past 12+ years working on cars) for his advice on whether or not I should change the front pads. He then suggested that I get a second opinion on my brakes before letting them replace them so I flagged down the employee who helped me and asked him to cancel my request to change the brakes. He did immediately go and tell the crew not to install new brakes and came back in to complete my transaction for the oil change. I bought new pads and rotors at a different location and took my car in for a second opinion on the brakes as my brother advised. Shortly after my car was inspected I was in complete disbelief to hear that my original brake pads were barely worn and replacing them was completely unnecessary...and then I saw a comparison of my original brake pads and a brand new set of brake pads. I was in disbelief that the employee I thought was doing his job and helping me was actually misleading me and playing into my ignorance of cars to manipulate me into spending hundreds of dollars arbitrarily. I was in disbelief that as a woman I would feel so taken advantage of in such a stereotypical situation. This gentleman made me feel like replacing my brakes was the right thing to do to keep my family safe. He told me that most of the braking is done in the back and that's why my rear pads were more worn than my front pads. He lied to me and took advantage of the fact that I do not know much about cars. Shame on me for not knowing about cars, but shame on him for trying to swindle a woman keeping her family's safety as a priority into replacing barely worn parts and spending hundreds of dollars on an unnecessary brake job. This makes me question every interaction I've had regarding my vehicle's maintenance and wonder if I've been misled before as a result of my ignorance or maybe just as a result of my gender. Don't trust your vehicle, and ultimately your safety, with a company that lies and manipulates to make money. Hopefully you'll see this before Jiffy Lube tries to take advantage of you...or at least before Baljeet at the Eastgate location tries to take advantage of you... read more

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and just got yelled at by employee because I didn't state that before my oil change. I told the employee I didn't need the tire rotation that was included in the Groupon. He yelled and slammed the door to the office. Nobody was wearing masks. I still got charged and additional $53 on top of the Groupon. I declined tire rotation to avoid conflict with employee. Save your time and your money. Not remotely worth your time or being screamed at by an employee. As a woman I did not feel comfortable. Go to Valvoline down the street. WAY cheaper and employed and so nice. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Went in for just an oil change and they offered to read my check engine light code that's been on for over a year. Not a single mechanic (I've been to 4) has been able to diagnose it including Camargo Cadillac. Multiple mechanics told me to dump the car. Jiffy lube quickly diagnosed it as the spark plugs being the problem. They replaced the spark plugs for half the price of the dealership. My car is running perfect now and I'm beyond thrilled that they fixed this problem! :-D thanks Aubrey and Everett! read more
