The staff claimed that a previous service provider had cross-threaded the housing. I strictly follow a 3,000-mile maintenance schedule, making this claim completely unacceptable and indicative of poor workmanship on your technician's part. As a direct result of your technician's failure, my vehicle was rendered completely inoperable, leaving me stranded without transportation to pick up my child from school. Furthermore, the customer service experience that followed was completely unacceptable: I spent over 40 minutes on hold per call across 3 separate phone calls trying to reach your customer support. I was promised that a Store Manager/Adjuster would review and approve the necessary repair and rental car arrangements, but I received zero call-backs or follow-ups. Due to this negligence and lack of response, I had to tow my vehicle to Urb's Garage for diagnostic and repair. The vehicle will be out of service for 1 to 2 days. REQUIRED ACTIONS & DEMANDS: Rental Vehicle / Transportation Coverage: Immediate approval and full coverage/reimbursement for a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired at Urb's Garage. Full Repair Cost Coverage: Valvoline must cover all repair costs assessed by Urb's Garage to restore the oil filter housing/threads to safe working condition. Towing Expense Reimbursement: Full reimbursement for all towing fees incurred to transport my inoperable vehicle from your store to Urb's Garage. If I do not receive a prompt response and resolution regarding this claim within 24 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), initiate a claim through my auto insurance for subrogation recovery, and explore formal legal options through Small Claims Court. I expect an immediate phone call or email response regarding my claim status. musicpassion23@gmail.com Andrew

Pretty close to their self proclaimed 15 minute oil change. They were super nice and didn't pressure me into any added services. The manager pointed out how dirty my cabin air filter was and offered to change it but was very kind when I declined. The tech cleaned most of the leaves out from under my hood and tended to a chipmunk nest in my airfilter. Everything was topped off as it should be and I was sent on my way.
