Came out with a big cinnabon role. Bad sign from that point as he seemed more worried about his roll than dealing with me at 8:00 am. Told him I scheduled service on my fleet car. His response was, " the last fleet car took several days to get approval, so you may not get your car back soon". The guys seemed to care less. Big change in people working and owners it appears. I have 4 personal vehicles I used to take in there. Needless to say, they seem in route to lose a bunch of business. I also reported them to the fleet company. Bad look guys!!!

I understand businesses need to make a profit, but this markup felt excessive and unreasonable. As a customer, it's hard not to feel like you're being taken advantage of when the difference is that significant. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and pricing parts yourself before agreeing to any repairs here. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling like the focus was more on maximizing profit than providing fair service.

Justin was one of the first to respond, asking me if I also needed a water pump (which I did but also didn't know - I verified with a mechanic friend). He was also the first to provide a proper written quote and it fit my budget. To be honest, I was a little worried about hiring someone without any visible reviews (but his hidden ones are very positive, they are just short) but Justin was so quick to respond, willing to work with my budget and schedule, that I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. He's also mobile, which is a huge plus for me... I'm a single lady who can't just get help dropping my car off for all-day service. He will go to where the car is - even if it broke down in a Wendy's parking lot (true story). Justin worked his butt off on my car. It's a 2003, so it has all sorts of things going on and he ended up spending the entire weekend on my car (and needed to bring in a welder), and worked with me so well after I was worried that this whole project was going far beyond my budget. I now will trust Justin with all my mechanic work on my car. He informed me of what he was doing, recommended the next scheduled maintenance, and honestly was a joy to work with from start to finish. I look forward to my little Honda having a long and healthy life ahead of her, thanks to Justin.
