ValAir Valet Parking--wish I had known about you years ago! The convenience of being dropped off and picked up without having to find a parking spot or wait out in the elements for a shuttle or lift my bags in and out of my car again is absolutely awesome! The drivers are always kind and respectful and have a sense of urgency that makes me feel like they appreciate my business and care about me getting to the terminal on time. Had an issue recently with my car not starting when I called for pick up and the folks at ValAir jumped my car and were so helpful turning a potential nightmare scenario at 11:30 at night after traveling all day into a non-issue for me! For just a little more than long term parking and a lot less than short term, ValAir is so worth it! They offer other services, too, like car washes, oil changes and re-fueling. Staff was very professional, polite and punctual with times. The driver was there for pickup from the lot before I ever had a chance to grab my bags out of my car. upon our return the driver was waiting on us. Took our bags loaded them and had us at our car in just a few short minutes. For the few questions we had Bridgett went above and beyond With making sure we were taken care of. I absolutely love this place. What's better than just pulling up, having someone jump in the car and take your info on the drive to your terminal (you drive)? Answer: NOTHING The whole process takes about 5-6 min from the arrival to dropping off at your terminal. I get my car fully detailed here for $240 it is so worth it, whoever they use does an absolutely amazing job! The cost is $12 per day, it is a little more than valupark but the drop off is worth it. At pick up you just let them know your at baggage claim, they will pick you up in there van (not wheelchair accessible) and your car will be ready (heating for cooling) for you at the door to drive off! If you booked online with your credit card, you won't even have to worry about going in to pay. Try it! read more

After working out some details, this business owner, Cathy, accepted responsibility and did the right thing and is helping me with my windshield. There was some miscommunication initially, and she stepped up as a business owner. The gate was faulty, likely due to the extreme cold temperatures that were present at the time, and it could've happened to anyone. I will continue to park here as I always have as the pricing is as fair as any at CVG. I have also used their valet service and it's very convenient. So, I can park in short term / overnight at teh airport, but I do not. Everyone is super nice, smile, say thank you, and address you by name. I use the valet service. I pull up, they walk out we drive to the airport and they take my car back. That is fast than short term trying to find a spot. I call when I return. They are there to pick me up - always very nice people. When we get back, my car is ready and running. Fanatic in cold or hot weather. They place my receipt in cup holder and I am out. I would NEVER use anyone else!!! read more

I walked off the plane at 11:50 PM, and by the time I reach the designated pick up location, Lance was there and waiting on me. I've been parking with Valair at CVG for about a year now. I love the owner, Kathy, as well as the convenience, and the additional services like carwash, re-fuel, oil change, etc. that I can add while I'm out of town... the time savings is massive, and as a self-employed person, time is money! Recently Kathy and her team went above and beyond when my car broke down (the alternator went kaput) right in the middle of an intersection after I had already picked up my Valair valet. Given the fact that I was on a tight timeframe with my departure, Kathy and her team called the towing service, and monitored the car while it was stuck in the middle of the intersection, and gave me a ride to CVG so I could make my flight. Thank you, Valair Team! I wish all service businesses were as service-focused and oriented as Valair! read more

The last two times we have used them, they never are at airport to pick up. They actually never showed up until a nice cvg park attendant called them. We used the auto text system as well and that didn't work either. We asked why they weren't there since our flight info was all given to them. They said that system wasn't working either. We have used them for 20 Years and they just can't compete when it comes to service and technology. Too bad. read more

I couldn't get past the condescending, rude and arrogant owner as she was trying to explain their options. When I asked a question, she responded once with "I thought you were paying attention". Then, my next question to clarify something was met with "You didn't let me finish". Finally, after the third offensively patronizing reply of "You weren't paying attention" I let her have it and told her what she could do with her parking lot. First class off-airport parking! I've been using Valair for near 6 years now and they are my go to parking at CVG. The professionalism, quality of service, and value that Valair offers is hard to find in the business travel arena. For a busy traveler, Valair's additional services (car washes, oil changes, dry cleaning, the list goes on) are a life saver. Not to mention the time savings their service provides versus other off-airport parking options. Just getting off the shuttle to find your car running with the HVAC on as well as a bottle of water and the receipt inside make it all worth the few extra dollars. read more

I parked there from July 4th-11th. When I picked up my truck, there was a large gouge in the tailgate. At the time, the owner said not to worry, and their insurance would handle it. It is 1 month later and now the owner refuses to pay any damages. The owner said there's nothing I can do about it from Ohio. I am currently planning to go to small claims court for the damages. read more

Excellent place to park. The owner Cathy is very friendly and your service with the valets is quality and personal. They care about you and your car, even though it's off site valet parking, alls you have to do is pull into the lot 1.5 miles from the airport and a valet immediately comes out and rides with you to the airport for valet services. I have used the Econoparking for years now with great satisfaction. The shuttle drivers are always nice and helpful. I almost never have to wait to get to the airport. The price is right (I know it's next to a $5 lot but that comes with strings attached) and I always know what to expect. The last time I flew, I had a new car and I heard the Valair valet would clean your car for you. I dropped the car and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. The driver did the paperwork for me as I drove to my gate. He said I get a free car wash as a first time guest and I told him I'd like it vacuumed. I asked how much it would be and he said $17/day. This was Saturday and I'd be returning on Monday. Cool. When I arrived on Monday, the car was warming up for me, but I'm not sure it had been washed because it wasn't clean and there had been snow the day before. I go in to pay, expecting somewhere in the ballpark of $50 and it's $70!!! The bill wasn't even detailed to show daily charges, but it did show $15 for vacuuming! I was not told that an extra fee applied and I was thrown off totally! Guess this service was too much for my expectation. I'll go back to using Econopark. read more

Parked here a few weeks back. Yes they park your car for you, but the lot was absolutely destroyed. If you don't mind your tires or alignment getting jacked up, this is for you. Prices much higher than neighboring competitors as well. read more
