Made reservations on line. Seemed simple enough. When it got to the point where you record your "pickup time" it was 11:30 or 12:00. not 11:45. So, was wondering how long we might have to stand out in the weather (even though it is covered area at the airport, it still gets cold) Anyhow, we arrived at the lot on departing day. He told us to stay in the car until a driver came by. There was a van there, but not running, so we saw him come out and tru to start it. Must not have worked since about 5 minutes later another van finally came into the area and picked us up. Wehen we got back from the, I called to trip confirm the pickup and was told yes, someone would be there. We waited over 15 mins and then ai called again and was told a driver was on the way and it would be 5-7 minutes. Ten minutes later the van does get there. But in the meantime, two other Parking companies have had multiple vans come by picking up passengers several times. So, Next time, I'm willing to pay a couple $ more and go with one of the companies that have vans rotating more frequently. read more

We have used Xpress for years because it is very reasonable and shuttle service has been easy. Last couple times I was greeted by Cindy, who is delightful, she is happy and eager to assist with any needs of the customers. This is a shitty service place. Only one guy checks the customer, drops off and pick up. He is the IT guy , customer service, and owner as well. I had to wait 30 mins to get a shuttle from parking to airport. They increased the price in the between parking without giving explanation to customer. Dont park here. read more

BEWARE OF PARKING HERE: If you are looking for a seamless, stress-free parking experience, look elsewhere. The $2/day saved here is NOT worth the amount of time you will spend 1) Waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up & take you to the airport in the rain, 2) Having to call and wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up from the airport, and 3) Having to call the "manager" named Mo who will not provide a fee reversal accommodation due to his severe understaffing. The above was my experience. The driver complained about the understaffing and provided the phone number and name of the "manager" who did not know how to appease myself as the customer. There are many other alternatives, which are actually reputable businesses. There is not even a BBB page to file a complaint. This 'company' will not be around in another year. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE- ITS A SCAM! Tonight's service was unacceptable... arrived at 9:00pm and started calling for pick up ride. No one answered either numbers ... after 50 mins with a young children. I had to call uber and pay for that service. Once arrived at the lot No service agent was there... couldn't get out of the lot. Then a rude toothless man showed up yelling like a moron. He did not apologize for not answering the phone ALL THIS EMPLOYEE HAD TO DO WAS ANSWER THE PHONE. I will never use this service again. Not to mention he did not reimburse Uber payment or deduct it to exit your parking lot. I will be sure to write reviews and tell my friends to no longer use this service. Xpress park and ride is fantastic. We use them every time we go to the airport (~10x a year). They always have space, they are quick to pick you up and drop you off. Even though we tend to take early morning flights that require 3 am drop off, we never have waited for them. They are courteous and extremely genuine people. They are always quick to pick up and have extremely fair prices. read more

excellent customer service was able to talk with someone over the phone first time using this park and ride airport shuttle; when my husband and i arrived at 3:30 in the morning about 1 minute later the shuttle was there and was at ease for being able to get to the airport within 5 minutes then when leaving the airport the shuttle was just pulling up to drop another rider off. Our flight was delayed so ended up having to have the car there for another day called and was very understanding i definetly recommend this park and ride airport shuttle service fast and efficent and reasonable read more

This is the WORST service company ever! Their statements on their website are nothing but lies. It is not $7/day, it is a 3 day minimum so it is $21/day. WE TRIED TO PULL OUT OF THEIR LOT TWICE BECAUSE OF THE SMALL SIGN INDICATING THIS, but were lured back in with the promise of 1 day being "okay". Each time a manager was called & the process was so time consuming it was ridiculous! NEVER WILL I EVER PARK THERE AGAIN & I would advise you to do the same. There are no sanitation processes in place for the pandemic & the driver does not wear a mask EVEN AFTER I GAVE HER ONE! Van is wrecked & doors won't close. Save yourself the time & money & stick with legit CVG parking. This place is a sham. The first time I parked there the attendant was hitting on me & gave me his personal number. Beware! I wish I would have read the other reviews first. The day before we arrived, we messaged Xpress Park & Ride via Facebook messenger asking for the price for a 16-day stay. They quoted us $6 per day. We have this in writing. So, we parked at Xpress Park & Ride. At the end of our stay, the attendant tried to charge us $7 per day. We tried to show him the Facebook Messenger communication quoting $6 per day. He refused to look at it. He said he only works here and can't let us out unless we pay $7 per day. We asked to talk to his boss. So he got his boss on the phone. H who also refused to acknowledge that we were quoted $6 -- even though we had it in writing. He was very rude and said he would call the police if we didn't pay the higher price. So, we paid and disputed it with our credit card company. Not worth it. I will gladly pay more money for a company that honors their quoted price. read more

We got to the parking lot after a long trip and had very little time to get to the airport. The attendant was apparently there alone so was also the cashier. He picked us up at our spot and then when he was leaving the lot he had to stop and we had to wait until he checked 2 cars out of the lot. We finally get to the airport to find that he did not put my bag in the shuttle!!! Frantically my husband went back with him and sure enough there was my bag sitting there..... it took a little extra time to get back to the airport because he had to pick more people up. Ultimately we missed our flight. I will not be using this lot again.............. read more

Buyer BEWARE - rip off When I reserved parking at Xpressparkandride.com less than a month ago, I took screen shots which showed the specific dates I was reserving, 8/16/19 - 8/19/19, along with the price for each day I was reserving - $6.00 per day. When I returned 3-1/2 days later, I should have been charged $24.00 total, 4 x $6.00. instead the ticket showed I owed $28. I got out if the car to talk to the attendant / shuttle driver. He said that the price went up in June and that I didn't prepay. U told him that there was no option to prepay, I made the reservation late July, and showed him the screenshots. I've used them for years. Seems a lot of people don't read the signs. They can sometimes take 5-10 mine minutes for a pickup but CVG as a whole is a mess, so I don't mind considering the prices and nice staff read more

This is a lot to stay away from unless you have plenty of time as they operate one shuttle so if u miss it you will wait 20 minutes while they drop off or pick up. And then beware if the van is full you will wait longer The owner treats his employees like garbage as well as the customers. So if you don't care and want to support a man guy park here read more

This lot is not a daily parking lot!! I needed to take my husbands car for an early flight and I told the attendant as I was pulling in that he would be be back in a couple hours to get it. He came back 5 hours later to get the car and they charged him for 3 days!! Their website claims and daily rate which Is completely false advertising and illegal. AND they only take cash, so my husband had to pay an atm fee, so it cost $25 dollars for less than 5 hours. When I called to complain, they said there was a small sign when you pull in (mind you it was 5am and I told the attendant who never mentioned anything about a minimum when I told him my husband was coming and parked upfront). Plan on having to wake your driver up when you get there then have them hold out their hand expecting a tip. No other shuttle expects tips, car rental shuttle, hotel etc. When you return you may wait 30 mins for a shuttle. This place keeps getting worse and worse and the price goes up. I'm done with them. Horrible place with horrible service. Company says that they are $5 per day but if you are even a minute over because there machine will not read your ticket it will cost you an additional five dollars. Driver is rude and does not listen I called when my flight landed to say that I would be there in 20 minutes for a pick-up. Driver yelled at me and said that he was waiting for twenty minutes when I told him that I would be there at this time. Airport shuttle is hot with no air and windows do not open and there is only one person doing everything very poorly. I travel a lot and will never go here again. User BEWARE!! Used for two years for monthly 10 day trips. Even recommended to many frequent flyers.... but... The Good: It's cheap and if you are willing to wait 5 minutes either coming or going for the van, no problems. The workers really are nice and helpful. Good guys. Tip them. They get paid v little. The very Bad: The owner is a complete azz. If you lose your ticket, you will pay a $50 penalty... EVEN if you clearly establish your dates of parking there from your airline itinerary and their clipboard records. They accept that the data establishes the days parked then ADD $50. First he makes you wait and disappears so you can only talk to workers. If you stay too long asking for resolution he calls the sheriff and claims you tried to leave without paying. Sheriff tells you either leave the car and take civil action or pay the $50 and take civil action. (I've since heard this same story from others.. Basically uses the sheriff's office as the heavy to collect the $50.) I've not withdrawn my reco to my regulars... just let them know to be prepared to pay the fee one day and that the boss doesn't care for regular customers. Their reaction has been consistent. Frequent flyers stick together. Service is priority. read more

The shuttle pulled right up to us while we were unloading our car, and promptly took us to the airport. When we returned we called and they came within ten minutes and brought us right to our vehicle. read more

Omar, the owner, is so friendly and helpful, and gives personal accommodation. The van is comfortable and driver takes care of your bags. I was looking for some long term parking at CVG that would not break the bank, so I decided to try Xpress Park & Ride. I was very happy with their service and price. It was a short shuttle ride to and from the airport. The shuttle driver both ways was very nice and helped with my bags. I waited a little longer for the shuttle back to my car than some others, but only a few minutes and I was happy with the timing too and from the Airport. I will definitely use them again. read more
