I've used this parking lot several times. It's well organized and you're never waiting long. It's well lit and my car feels reasonably safe.

Update : we tried them again. We were charged an extra hour even though we got there late and left early. Not a great look for Valupark

Using CVG ValuPark was a breeze. You use a credit card to enter the parking lot and you have to use the same credit card to exit. The bus driver that took us from the parking area to the airport was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was right there when we arrived 5:30am in the morning. Your given a paper as a reminder of where you're parked. When we returned in the evening, there were several shuttles ready to take us back to our car. The shuttle driver that took us back to the parking garage was engaging but kept hitting the riders up for money. That's why I gave one less star. I would use this parking lot again. read more

I've always used ValuPark when flying out of CVG. Still fast and convenien service, however, the rates have gone up, and there is no longer a AAA discount. Car was hit and dented while parked here - likely by the huge truck parked next to me. The size of the parking spots are fine for smaller SUVs and sedans, but not designed for larger vehicles. Larger vehicles should really be parked in a separate area. read more

It looked like they were supposed to print me a ticket but me and the people who went in before me did not get any ticket so if they're not going to issue paper tickets they need to take the sign down saying they will charge a few if you lose your ticket. We've never had an issue with ValuPark. Their shuttles run regularly and pick up/drop off at your car. It has been a solid choice when we leave our car for vacation. But if you are ok with pick up/drop off at a shelter, then the Economy lot is $2 cheaper per day. read more

We always park in the CVG ValuPark lot when we travel for more than four days. It is the best value for your money when you are away for any extended period. It is also very close to the airports main entrance. They have shuttle running constantly back and forth between the lot and the entrance. The most recent time we flew, we were picked up immediately for our car and there was a shuttle waiting when we got home. We were back to our car in less than 20 minutes from when we got off the plane and that includes walking across the airport to the shuttle stop. Every driver we have ever had has been friendly and helpful when putting our suitcases on the bus. They also give you a slip of paper when you get there with your row number on it. When you get back, just hand them that paper and this make it very easy for them to drop you exactly at your car. The shuttle stop is well marked and easy to find. There are plenty of signs guiding you where to go. Of course, it does get expensive if you leave your car there for weeks at a time, but it is still a better deal than the other lots they have around or paying for something like an Uber or Lyft (especially during busy times of the day). read more

I have been using ValuPark for about a year and it has always worked out very well for me. There's usually always space, and it's a quick wait, if any, for a bus that takes just 5 or so minutes to get me to the gate. Not to mention it's only $9 a day, not bad! In fact, because the airport is in Kentucky driving and parking is the most convenient option, so I'm glad the rates are good enough so I don't have to Uber or taxi. Typically the drivers are very friendly and happy to help with bags. That's always a nice touch, especially since you look forward to kind spirits when heading off for vacation! I debated giving the lot either 3 or 4 stars, all based on the dissolution of Advantage parking. This is what made the lot great for me. I travel a lot and it was nice to quickly get in and out of the lot. Nowadays it seems they ONLY have parking in the very back, which is not why I signed up for the program. I'm not even sure why they removed this benefit. At the very least you could attempt to let the Advantage members park closer instead of what seems like smugly forcing them to the Back. I thInk the owners/airport messed up with removing this perk. But all in all it's a lot, with good parking and no issues. I've never had any problems so it's still a great go to option! Unlike others I've never really had to wait for a bus (knock on wood), so for that I am grateful. read more

The employees were extremely kind and professional on arrival and departure. Very fast moving which is helpful if you're returning from your trip late at night. I never felt unsafe in the lot. I would recommend taking a photo of the ticket they hand you after you first park in the lot--it's easy to lose after you come back from the trip, also remember what credit card you used to reserve your spot, it will ask for it again when you're leaving. read more

Yikes, what a customer service nightmare! I pulled into CVG ValuPark this morning and was immediately greeted by the person giving the tickets at the gate. The gentleman at the gate handed me my ticket and said "Hey, because you drive a small vehicle that won't take up an entire spot, ask your driver about getting a discount on your parking." I drive a small Fiat and while it seemed weird that I wouldn't still fill a whole spot, I definitely made a mental note to ask the driver. I even paused and turned back to him and asked him to clarify on what that meant. He said "just ask the driver about it." After parking, I got on board the shuttle and asked the driver about the discount. She responded with a laugh. Then, she said "Oh he must be telling jokes today." I explained that the joke didn't seem funny as a paying customer and nothing about it felt like a joke when it was said to me. She handed me my slip and circled the customer service phone number on it. I called the phone number and later called a manager, both of which gave me the same response: "There are only two rates $9 for regular and $8 if you have AAA. I get it. A rogue employee can really create a mess for an organization, but an effort could have been made to fix this. It felt like AT A MINIMUM, they could have offered me the AAA rate. Honestly, it's not even about the money (this was a work expense). This is about treating customers fairly, and a simple "I'm sorry that an employee told you that you would pay a lower amount," really doesn't cut it. This is super disappointing to write because I've had so many positive customer service experiences in the past. CVG has always provided top tier service to me, so this was a major disappointment. read more

I park here for convenience and because of the advantage parking. I would say roughly 60% of the staff (drivers, gate attendants) are very rude. One driver started to pull away after dropping me off to my car but I was not completely off the bus. I fell getting off and he did not even stop. Whoever is reading this and if you are in charge, please seriously look into how your staff treat your customers. There is truly a handful at most that treat them with respect. read more

Initially I was going to give one star but we interacted with two nice drivers. Although it didn't start off that way. We parked on Christmas and returned after five days. We parked our car, got our luggage and proceeded to the bus. When we arrived to the bus (literally on the bus), the bus driver said he couldn't take anymore people (he couldn't allow people to stand). Therefore we had to drag or luggage back off the bus and wait in the cold. The next bus arrived and the driver allowed people to stand. Also there was a section fb on the bus stating "people couldn't be in front of the yellow line". Nothing about no standing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Also it would be helpful if they built designated shelters for people waiting on the bus. Overall okay experience. I would probably use off site parking service next time for the same price or lower and potentially better customer service. read more

I would recommend CVG ValuPark to anyone traveling out of the Cincinnati/Northern KY airport. Parking there was a seamless experience from start to finish. It was simple: I pulled through the gate and go a voucher. The shuttle met me at my car and drove me immediately to my airline's drop off. It could not have been faster if I had parked in the airport's (more expensive) garage. On the way home I met the shuttle just outside of the baggage claim. I gave them my voucher so that they knew where I was parked, and they drove me straight to my car. The car was still there, intact, and ready to get me home. All in all, a hassle-free experience and one that I would do over again in a heartbeat. read more

Whoever was working to get people on the shuttle was rude and said, "get in a single file line children" in a condescending voice. Mind you, I'm almost 30 and I was with my 70 year old parents. Betty, the person working the all payments/AAA gate on 8/14/2018 around 11pm was terrible. She was extremely rude because I asked to use my AAA card and called me a "double dipper." I honestly didn't know that you can't have a CVG Valu Park Advantage Card and use a AAA discount. I politely told her that it would be nice if they updated their website to reflect the restrictions and she said, we have another one of these numbers who is trying to get points and AAA discount. I'm going back to Fastpark. Their shuttle is faster (even though it is slightly further) and their staff is much friendlier. Fastpark has a water upon exit as well. read more

I had no idea how fond I could be of a parking lot. This is my go to spot for long term parking. I usually drive up from Louisville, Kentucky to fly out of CVG Airport. This airport tends to have better deals and a larger portfolio of direct flights. I usually fly with Frontier Airlines & therefore, need to get through security around 5am to catch those extremely early morning flights. I have never had an issue with the shuttle service wait time even in the wee hours of the day. From my experience, the drivers seem to communicate with the front gate crew as to where to find passengers in the huge parking lot. I have consistently witnessed excellent customer service. It is all the little stuff that makes traveling way less stressful- providing directions to terminals/nearest restrooms or helping load baggage on to the shuttle. Don't forget to tip your driver a buck or two! read more

CVG's Long Term Parking is what I am rating. We only decided to park in this lot because we were running late to the airport. We arrived at the lot and waited a while as the bus driver wouldn't leave the lot until every seat was full, so as you can image that was quite a while. The bus driver didn't offer to pickup our bags and bring them inside instead he just stood there and didn't say anything. The parking was $9 a day, which isn't horrible however there are lots of other lots on the exit that are cheaper and a MUCH better experience. Keep in mind, if you have AAA then you can save $1 a day. However, if I were you I'd pick a better and cheaper lot! read more

This was my first time flying out of the Cincinnati airport. My only previous experience here was when my flight was diverted here in summer due to storms and cancellations. I did a little research online and found the great rates offered by CVG ValuPark. I had an 0630 flight, so I left Columbus very early to ensure I would have enough time to find the airport, park, and get to my terminal. Had I known, I could have slept in another 45 minutes. Upon finding CVG ValuPark, the first thing I noticed that despite being a chilly 5AM on a Saturday, the gentleman at the entrance booth was extremely friendly and cheery. I advised him I was a first-timer and he pointed out the location on the ticket he was handing me and pointed out exactly where I needed to go. I got to my designated row and found a parking spot. I chugged the last of my energy drink and then noticed the shuttle was parked behind me. I got out and got my bags from the trunk. There was no wait, no walking to find one of those stops, no need to worry about my flight time. I was pretty surprised. I've parked at plenty of airports and this was definitely one of the best experiences. The shuttle driver offered to grab my bag and picked up another passenger. He called in asking if more were on their way, and then headed straight to the terminal. He was also extremely friendly and pointed out where the various airline ticketing counters were. Super friendly, no need for a shuttle to be full to move, and very economical. This is a complete win in my book and I will be using CVG ValuPark again any time I fly out of Cinci. read more

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional staff at CVG ValuPark. Aside from the reasonable economy parking rates, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous upon my return. After two weeks of leaving my truck parked here, I was nervous about finding the shuttle and my vehicle (even though I dropped a pin on my GPS app). When I arrived to the shuttle podium at baggage claim I was greeted by the attendant and given directions to the shuttle bus which was already waiting. The driver took me in the clean and comfortable shuttle bus back to my vehicle and assisted me with my multiple bags. I thanked him with a tip. Then I tried starting up my vehicle only to find the battery dead. Luckily, I was by the front gate and informed a gate attendant of my situation. Not even 5 minutes later, a courtesy truck came by to give me a jump for free (and I tipped him too). Granted, it was a slow morning for them, which is maybe why everything happened so fast. Despite that, the staff here have been great and the service definitely deserves a 5-star rating! read more

Great experience with CVG ValuPark. I got the VIP parking plan which makes everything so easy. You receive a card with a chip that you wave at entrance. There is ideally reserved parking closer to the front for members unless it is unusually busy. Upon exit you wave the card again and it deducts from whatever payment assigned. So easy! The shuttle drivers are friendly and service to and from the airport is prompt. My SUV was unscathed. read more

Well I have used these guys for about a year now with no problems but that has all changed. They used to prioritize Customers who used their "Advantage " program but no more. That program was great because you could park in the first 15 rows and always be one of the first to be dropped back off at your car when you returned. Now you park in row 56 like everyone else and return to a full van and it can take 15 minutes to get to your car. I will be checking out Valair and others when I get back...someone who APPRECIATES my loyalty. read more

If I could give this lot a zero I would. Been waiting to leave the lot for almost a hour with no explanation or reason as to a hold up. This is ridiculous and I would stay far away from parking here. The valet shuttles drivers are rude and almost gave my luggage to another person. He made complaints the entire drive on how he hated his supervisor. The line is so backed up that not even shuttles can leave to go get them and those trying to catch flights also risk missing because of failed service. And they charged us for the extra hour we had to sit in the dam parking lot so our bill was a additional 8$! read more

This was the best parking experience that I have ever had at an airport! I was traveling for a few days, and since I live in Louisville and had to drive to Cincinnati for my flight, I did not want to have to bother and bribe a friend to drive me to the airport and then come pick me up a few days later. Not to mention both my departing and returning flights were at unholy hours of the morning. So I decided that I was going to park my car at the airport. I was not looking forward to this option because I was afraid it would be really expensive. I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that it was only going to be $8 a day! It only got better from there. The morning that I arrived to park my car, I was running late due to the weather and I was so stressed that I was going to miss my flight. CVG ValuPark is a well-oiled machine. They immediately directed me to the next open spot, and the shuttle followed me to my spot. I parked and the shuttle attendant was already at my trunk, grabbing my bag and putting it on the shuttle. I quickly grabbed my purse, ran out of my car, onto the shuttle, and we were immediately on our way to the terminal. No waiting! No picking up more passengers! I was so impressed! They have so many shuttles running to and from the airport that they were able to take me immediately to the terminal, because there was already another shuttle right behind us to pick up other patrons. I made it to the terminal with 40 minutes to get through security and get to my gate. Because their service was so speedy and well organized, I was able to make my flight, and I can't thank them enough! My experience with them upon my return was just as superb. The shuttle dropped me off right in front of my car. It is worth mentioning that they are open 24 hours a day, which is not uncommon, but the fact that their service was this good at 4 am (departing) and 230am (returning) is notable. I cannot overstate how impressed I was with their service, and I will absolutely use them every time I fly out of Cincinnati. read more

CVG ValuPark is Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky International Airport's economy parking option. I travel frequently, always on a budget, and this economy lot is the best I've ever had the pleasure of using. Their rates are fairly reasonable (and always check their website before traveling because they generally have a coupon posted), but their service is truly exceptional. Spend as much as you want at the nearby third-party lots advertising their speed, but on every occasion I've parked my car here, they've had me to my terminal within five minutes of parking my car. The attendant will hand you a ticket and direct you to a row with open parking, radio a shuttle to let them know where you'll be, and the shuttle driver is always there instantly to help with your bags and get you to the terminals. On one occasion, I returned from a trip to find my car would not start. CVG ValuPark offers free-jump starts, and if you need one, you can call the office number or flag down a shuttle driver who will radio in a request for you. A jump start didn't help my car, but security stayed with me while I called a tow truck and got my car safely on its way to a repair shop. They went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. No one looks forward to a travel experience like that, but having been through it I can say I feel even better using ValuPark now that I know firsthand I will be taken care of if anything goes wrong. read more

Since we "chose" economy we will sit on shuttle while regular customers dropped off at vehicle. Then we will we deposited with our luggage at entrance to economy lot. I used CVG ValuPark for the first time earlier this week, and couldn't be happier with their service. They had plenty of shuttles that were constantly going from the lot to the terminal, that even when there was a line of people, I never had to wait to get on. The drivers both ways were very friendly and went out of their way to drop you off directly in front of your car and carry all of your bags for you. Not to mention, for parking there for just over 24 hours, I was only charged $11. The woman at the gate that I paid at on way out was extremely friends as well. You can't beat that! read more

parked there with a full tank of gas on 9/11/18 and came back on the next day and the tank was very near empty and the gas cap cover had been jimmied and did not open properly anymore. Someone siphoned my gas. I think they should provide adequate security to prevent this sort of vandalism from happening to the car that you trust with them. read more

Keep some cushion time for your flight. My family and 10 other people were waiting for over 15 mins for a shuttle, while a few empty ones passed us by. Lots of parking space though. I wish they had covered shuttle spots through the lot, because it is hard waiting for the shuttle when the weather isn't being favorable.
