This review is for their service at the Buffalo NY airport. We booked to park at the Sleep Inn. Didn't know parking would be off site, in a nearby lot down a pothole filled narrow "street ".  The lot, also pothole filled, is enclosed by a high fence, out of sight of anyone, but had we known in advance that the parking was not at the Sleep Inn itself, we probably would not have chosen this location for parking. From the time we arrived at the Sleep Inn until we got to the airport was 1/2 hour, so plan accordingly. The airport is only 5" away, but we had to wait for the driver, then go to the off-site lot in the opposite direction, then to the airport. Both drivers put single piece of carry-on luggage into shuttle both ways.  Upon arrival back at our car, however, even tho we'd popped the trunk, he didn't put the suitcase into the trunk, but rather set it on the ground, by the car, in the rain. Fortunately both our outgoing and return flights were during daylight hours. Would not want to drive down that road, short tho it is, in the dark.. read more

Paid Onestopparking for three nights parking at the Renaissance Hotel near Lamberts St. Louis Airport to include a shuttle ride to and from the airport. From 8 am to 9 am there was no shuttle to the Renaissance, which forced me to pay an additional $17 for a Lyft to my vehicle. Onestopparking requested documentation supporting my claim, and after receiving it still deflected responsibility to both, the hotel and me. They collect the payment but any problems are someone else's concern. What sounded like a good price cost me in the end. DEAL WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES! It's worth spending a little more. read more

One Stop Parking in Montreal. A bad experience from start to finish. Parking is extremely difficult to find. Even Google was confused. We waited for the shuttle next to an office made with a container whose door was locked. When I contacted the phone number, someone told me to wait and that the shuttle would arrive shortly. 25 minutes later it arrived. Then the driver Kumal kindly loaded our luggage into the vehicle and then we waited for Kumal to smoke his cigarette! On the way, he used his phone while in heavy traffic. When we returned, we were early. But I contacted Kumal who told me that he would still pick us up but 40 minutes later. So we waited, then Kumal called me saying that he had to go back to get the bigger vehicle because 4 other passengers had joined. Knowing this and knowing that the parking lot was 15 minutes from the airport, I thought that 30 minutes would be necessary for the change of vehicle. But more than an hour later he still had not arrived, when I tried to call him he did not answer. I think he ghost me . Then at one point he contacted me to give me the same explanation about the change of vehicle. In short, he told me again that he would be there 6 to 7 minutes later. Kumal seems to be the only person in the service and we will never use this service again. A word of advice, pay a little more and you will get a better service. I do not recommend this service with Kumal as a driver. read more

This is the third time we were told that the airline people have priority on the bus over us even though we paid for the shuttle service. The driver insisted we wait for the next shuttle which was another half hour away. Had to actually force our way onto the bus with our luggage and even told the driver we paid for this service. He could care less and kept insisting that the airline people have priority over us. What good is this service if we are bumped off because they (onestop parking) did not coordinate enough vans to accomodate more people so we don't feel stranded waiting for another bus. Will be looking at another source from now on and encourage other people do the same. Hilton should also be aware of how they treat us paying customers...it reflects on them too! read more

We've used One Stop Parking for several trips now, either flying out of Louisville or Cincinnati and all times it's been very good. We did have one instance in Cincinnati were it took a long time for pick up at airport. They were really busy picking up several airline crews at the same time. Otherwise they have been almost flawless. It's convenient and much more economical than airport parking. Make reservations early in in your trip planning as this service does fill up fast. Make reservation, stop at the hotel your using, provide credentials and trip ID, they take you and luggage to the airport. Upon returning gather your bags at baggage claim and call them. They typically arrive within 15 minutes. They drop you off at your car and you ready to go. read more

Staff was rude, drove recklessly on the road with a baby in the car and then when we returned our car had been broken into with multiple things stolen and papers from our glove box scattered all over the floor. The window had been left wide open by whoever was in our car. We tried to contact them asking for footage and they took absolutely no responsibility and not even a refund was offered. We basically payed to have our car broken into. Super awful experience and would never in a million years recommend or use again. read more

Be aware.. of you utilize One Stop Parking and your shuttle comes to pick you up to take you to your car from the airport. If that shuttle is going to have overflow, the shuttle driver will ask you to wait for the next shuttle if there is flight crew waiting to get to their vehicle as well. IT IS NOT FIRST COME, FIRST . And you will wait an additional 30+ minutes. You may be okay with this. Some people believe flight crew should get special treatment. I do not. Perhaps if they were heading in to work. Their presence is necessary for airplanes to come and go...But on the way out, if they get delayed, no ones life is interrupted. Just like when you or I get delayed. So I do not appreciate the fact that I was made to wait while they were able to move along with their day. Had there been mention of this being the policy of One Stop, perhaps we would have gone another route when choosing where to handle our long term parking needs. Next time we will. read more

Absolute garbage! I made a reservation at Ramada inn for overnight parking near LAX a month and a half in advance. I got an email from the website a day before saying my reservation has been cancelled cause the location 'overbooked' and we will issue a refund (as if that would fix the issue they have now created). They left me stranded one day before my trip and I had to book a very expensive parking space the night before cause I was left with no other options. I even emailed them expressing my dissatisfaction to which they didn't even reply. I wouldn't leave a poor review if they gave expensive options or the location they were tied up with was bad. They simply can't take one's money, keep it for a month,give the illusion that you have a parking space and then take away a day before someone's trip leaving them helpless. A more unprofessional company I never saw. So here's a quick story. I booked this parking service for 4 days. Cost me $23.55. Pretty good, I thought. So I go down to the Wyndham Garden Hotel outside of Philadelphia and drive around the place for a few minutes trying to figure out where I should park, where I should check in, who I should see. Finally I give up and go into the hotel lobby where the woman behind the reception desk tells me that the hotel is actually not associated with One Stop. She says I should park my car behind the building and then come to the front and get on the shuttle... which, she says, leaves every 1/2 hour. So I go to the parking lot behind the hotel and there's nothing to indicate where I should park... so I park anywhere. I get on the shuttle and I ask the driver if I was supposed to park somewhere special. No, he say, just anywhere. Then how is One Stop supposed to know that I'm even there, since I didn't even check in? He actually says things that I know are English but I swear I have no idea what he's talking about. But it becomes immediately obvious that ANYBODY could park ANYWHERE... totally free. Since they don't actually keep a record of my car, how do they even know I'm there. I guess I really jut paid $23.55 for the shuttle but couldn't I have just got an Uber for $7? Okay. So when I fly into the airport (4 days later) I get my bags and call for the shuttle. It'll be there in less than 10 minutes, the woman on the phone tells me. 20 minutes later, I call her back. Oh, you just missed him. But they'll be back in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes later, NOTHING. I'm standing out there freezing! Altogether - and after about 5 calls - the shuttle arrives. 50 MINUTES AFTER I FIRST CALLED! 50 GODDAMNED MINUTES! I could have called for an Uber. I should have been home by then. And that's my story. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THESE NITWITS! read more

Parking lot was not accessible due to the road being closed due to a fatal accident so we had to book another location. OSP originally said they would issue a refund but are refusing 3 days later referencing their cancellation policy. I have communicated that this is not a cancellation (we would have parked there if we could) but they refuse to do the right thing. Terrible way to treat customers. read more

Beware..OSP are only brokers and do do guarantee a spot even if paid. They refused to refund additional $123. had to pay to make flight. Prepaid contract not honored. We made a reservation in Fort Lauderdale to park in one of One Stop Parking's lots to go on a cruise. No one was there. When we called the number the person who answered the phone said they had been out of business for two years. So we had to scramble and find another lot. Ended up paying way more. Now One Stop refuses to refund my money. I would NEVER use them!!! read more

Have used One Stop several times over the past few years. This is at the Hilton-Turfway in Cincinnati. " Be aware " there are vandals that prowl the parking area ( it is not secure ). Upon my return two weeks ago I discovered that my catalytic converter had been stolen. If you've never replaced one it can cost over $2,000.00. The company stance is they are not responsible. It's very close to the airport. That was the easy part, and a partial reason they get the one star. On the day of travel, I always (up til that day) print every reservation (flight, hotel , car rental, etc) prior to travel. This time, since I've NEVER needed it, I did not print it out. Had it on my phone's email though. We drive into the lot,and with no "airport parking signs" or regular directions, I walk into the building that's named on the reservation (Baymont). Me: Hi, I'm here to park my car for the airport and I have a reservation. Them: You have to go next door to the other hotel for the confirmation and the shuttle, We can't help you here. Me: OK, thanks [this is me walking next door to the other ghetto, darkly lit hotel lobby that shares the same parking lot and I open the poorly hinged door that is slanted downward, grinding on the floor and I wonder what happened to cause it to be in this state] Me: Hi, I'm here because they sent me from next door and I have a reservation to park my car here and get the shuttle to the airport. Them: Do you have the reservation? Me: I have an email copy right here on my phone, I didn't print it out. Them: You need a hardcopy, I'm not really sure why they sent you here. Me: So, I can't print it out here? Them: No, you have to go next door and have them print it out. [I'm thinking, why the F*^% they don't have a printer to take care of it right there, BUT I don't want to to be annoying to them and then have the car vandalized over the next week since this is a very sketch parking lot and we have to fly out in the next two hours and I already paid...] So...I go next door (again) and say I was sent back over and have to use their lobby computer that's hooked up (at least visually) to the computer for printing. They say that's fine. I log in and try to print...printer doesn't work. I ask them for help in printing off that computer...they try and are stumped, so I email the reservation to them and they print it out and they send me back next door.?. (after I clear my browser history from the public computer) Ugh, this is getting long. Fast forward 10 minutes... Driver takes us to airport, he is very friendly and helpful (the real reason this shithole gets the one star....) THANKS LARRY!!! RETURN TRIP: website advises call when deplaning to get shuttle there by time you have luggage to meet shuttle. Otherwise it's there every half hour according to the website. When I call while deplaning, they say no problem, just to stand by exit "D" by baggage claim. Half hour later we have luggage in hand but no shuttle on which to load it. I even checked out by the "D" exit ten minutes before luggage started coming out on conveyor to make sure that the shuttle wasn't out there waiting, and if they were that they wouldn't leave before we'd gotten our bag. (It wasn't out there) Also, before we traveled, we had to have a dog put in a kennel to be cared for and he needed to be picked up by 5:30pm on our return travel date or there would be another night's charge. With a conservative travel time from Reno, it's 2 hours back home from the car. It was 2:05pm when the plane landed...plenty of time you'd think to get shuttle (2:35), then car (2:45), drive home (4:45) and get dog at kennel by 5:15 with parking company/website claims. (everything with +-10 minutes) UM...no. There's no shuttle to be found. At 2:45 I call, asking where the shuttle might be. They answer: OH, the driver had to to do some ERRANDS, maybe give him 20 more minutes. Me: Errands? We have stuff to do and website says shuttle is at airport every 30 minutes. It has not been here at all in the last 40 minutes. Should the driver's errand be picking up passengers and doing the job? Them: Ummmmm...I'll call him and let him know. 30 minutes later (3:15ish), van finally shows up. (not Larry) Load my own luggage. Dog spends another night in the kennel ($30 more) Driver got his errands done. Everybody's Happy!!! Never again, and I suggest you also look elsewhere too read more

We used One Stop to park for our flight from LAX. When arrived we were told that the parking lot was full and were unable to park there. When we called One Stop we were told that "in the fine print" there is a clause where the parking lot owner can cancel the reservation. The parking lot owner said they informed One Stop - who never informed us. One Stop did NOTHING to rectify the situation and we were left high and dry with little time to find an alternative and make our flight. BEWARE!!! NEVER USE ONE STOP PARKING!!! read more

I've used them twice now at the New Orleans Airport and they deliver what they advertise: affordable airport parking. MSY charges $13 a day to park in their LONG TERM LOT. OneStopParking charges around $4 a day, and even with the service charges they add on, it is still a FAR better deal than airport parking. I have never had to wait at the motel, the Airport Inn and Suites on Veterans, when heading to the airport; the shuttle drivers are always friendly and pick me up at my car. Coming back, I call when my plane lands; again, I have NEVER had to wait at the terminal. I'm deducting a star because: When I booked a parking reservation in October, the website and confirmation email said the shuttle operated 24 hours. When it came time for my trip, I logged in to confirm my reservation and found out the shuttle hours had changed to 5 AM-Midnight. It didn't affect my trip at all, but they should send out an email alerting people of the change. Suppose I had a super early flight? Also, the shuttle van always smells like smoke :/ No biggie, and definitely worth putting up with to save big bucks on something stupid like parking, but still kind of annoying. I'll continue to use these folks whenever traveling out of MSY. read more

One Stop Parking did not provide us with the location of the parking garage until after we made the reservation with our credit card. The site said that the garage would be in close proximity to the airport. The garage ended up being 5 miles away, which wouldn't have been that big of a deal if the shuttle service was more reliable. One stop's website stated that shuttles to/from the hotel parking we were going to use were 24 hours. We arrived at 4:30AM in the morning and called the Ramada Plaza where our car was parked. The person at the front desk said they didn't have shuttle service until 7AM. After a 5 hour red-eye with 9 kids, we had to wait until after 7AM to use the service they were supposed to provide us with. The front desk said that it states 7AM - 10:30PM on the confirmation email, but why wasn't that information on the website where I made the reservation? They switched it after I made the reservation. A huge disappointment. A huge headache. One stop parking is misleading and will make a mess of your vacation. read more

We used the service to park at The Hilton - Cincinnati Airport. Drop off went fine; however, the so-called pickup on demand was horrible. We waited over an hour, calling 6 times with no explanation. They kept offering to pay for a cab, but not for all six of us. Thy also kept saying "10 minutes". Park somewhere else read more

They removed my comments and blocked me on facebook just for saying that a discount code didn't work. Apparently they only work for certain locations but there is no disclaimer about this anywhere. I booked a Meet and Greet service with this company paying them £180. for a better service than the park and bus services offered., When I landed at the airport on Sunday I collected my luggage and called the number as advised and was told my car would be there in 10 mins and to wait at the quick drop off and pick up point. The car never arrived and I kept calling to either no reply or told it will be there in a couple of minutes, then the guy told me that there had been a mix-up and the driver brought the wrong car so had to go back to get mine. I ended up waiting one hour and 10 mins in total and was absolutely furious about this as it was cold and tired after a long journey. When the car did arrive I said I wanted compensation, the guy said he was just a driver and I should email them telling them this, I did send an email the next morning but it is 4 days now and there has been no response to my complaint. I will not pursue this any further but just wanted to share my experience with other would be customers. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE, ........I had booked a parking space in Hilton Hotel of Houston via OneStop around one month before my flight. On the day, I was supposed to park my car, I called shuttle service of Hilton to inquire about frequency of shuttles to airport. Hilton employee told me that they oversold the parking spots and there are no spots available for me. And they can't help me anyway. I called OneStop after that, they did not know about parking spots being oversold and they learned it from me. They also could not help me. They refunded me the money but I had to go through so many hassles to get a parking space just few hours before my flight. So even if you have OneStop Parking Confirmation that does not guarantee, you will get a spot. Needless to say, I won't be using OneStop in future. read more

TLDR: If you value your time or dignity, ditch their shuttle and immediately call an Uber for the ten minute ride. If you're thinking, "How bad could it be?", then just in case my two experiences (one each way) were typical, allow an hour for a series of shuttle SNAFU's, and don't believe what you hear from the front counter about timing while you wait. Situated at the Hilton in Florence KY. The lot is nice, location is okay (7 miles/12 minutes from airport and not far from highway), customer service is poor, and shuttle service is absolutely atrocious. There was a considerable delay past the "on the half hour" claim when leaving for the airport, about 30 minutes as I recall, making the time between parking and reaching the airport add up to about 45 - 50 minutes, including front counter time, where you pre-pay. Somewhat galling was that after I and a couple of families had been waiting for about 15 or 20 minutes, the shuttle left empty for the airport to pick someone up without taking us along. Finally on board the shuttle, experienced the driver tailgating other vehicles dangerously and using his accelerator and brake pedals as if they were on/off switches. Amazingly, when I returned from my trip, I tried the shuttle again. I waited about ten minutes and called. Someone kept me on hold for a few minutes, then told me the shuttle was 5 minutes from the airport. When I called 20 minutes later, that same someone kept me on hold for another few minutes, then told me the shuttle was just leaving for the airport. When I called 10 minutes later, I was on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up and took a taxi. A different customer service person comp'ed me for the taxi fare and feigned gratuitous sympathy, but at 9 pm (3 am European time) in my condition and with a 2 hour drive ahead, the situation wasn't really that easy to forgive, although I kept my cool. Lastly, avoid the crummy taxis -- $25 flat fare for 12 minutes of bad driving in a stinky car -- and please tip the Uber drivers well; they're poorly paid, convey you in comfort, and in this case save you time, money, and annoying interactions with incompetents at the hotel. read more

When we arrived at the nastiest hotel on the planet near the LAX airport there was no parking in the parking structure. We almost missed our flight as all other parking was already sold out so we were forced to pay $30 per day at the airport parking lot. MISERABLE company. We booked a 13 day reservation for ParkDIA. On our way to the airport, our flight was cancelled. We spent 4 hours at the airport and another 3 hours trying to rebook flights to get to an International Destination Wedding. We were not able to get flight rebooked to make it in time to the wedding. Needless to say, we are very disappointed. To add insult to injury, One Stop Parking wouldn't consider the extenuating circumstances and would offer even a partial refund. We have been loyal customers for quite some time and have referred multiple customers their direction. The free advertising will now cease and we have been changed from a raving fan to a disgruntled customer. Shame on you One Stop Parking. Greed won't help you succeed. read more

They emailed me the confirmation with the wrong dates. When I called to correct the dates, she said the dates that were on the system were different. Then when they adjusted the dates in their system, she it was going to be $15 more for the additional days. I told her that it was two less days than reserved and she argued,"Ma'am, that's what the system says!" I cancelled my reservation. Methinks these peeps are a bunch of dummies. read more

Absolutely horrible. These people will never ever get money from me again. My first time using them and my last. Short story: I booked A reservation. We got stuck in traffic and we were running late to get to the airport so I called and told them the situation and I ask If there is anything that they can do for me. The CSR rudely says "NO! You didn't purchase the protection plan so you can't get a refund." I hung Up the phone. I called Back and spoke to someone else who was very understanding. And I explained That I understood that I didn't purchase the protection plan and I would've accepted it if the message was delivered correctly. She says she is unable to process a refund but tells me that she will send it to upper management for a refund. Well upper management emails me and says I don't qualify for a refund. THE WHOLE POINT OF THE REFUND WAS BECAUSE OF HOW RUDE THE FORST CSR WAS. Apparently the CSRs can be as rude as they want without restitution. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR SERVICES. So rude. Like I said I would've accepted the fact I didn't purchase the protection plan but the way the first CSR spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. And once again the last email I received From their Relations Manager states : "Send an email with what you want to say and I will forward it. I will not be responding again. We have customers every day who ask for refunds outside our policy and they accept it peacefully. There is nothing more I can do nor will I respond again. Thank you." Absolute Worst. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. Ramada Inn LAX. Small spaces my pick wouldn't fit in. Tiny building I couldn't even turn around in. They ask on site what time you will check in and out, I answered 10pm and 10pm. The site lte me book without informing me the shuttle only runs til 9pm. I had to take a cab. This company is a lier, doesn't deserve a star at all, they will be cheating on you, don't be fooled by their ad posted online, I booked Ramada LAX parking spot using "one stop parking", but when I got there, I was kicked out by one rude receptionist at front desk saying the hotel parking was overbooked and I needed to leave right away, it's nonsense, I booked it one week ago with fees paid in full, I had already paid to reserve the parking spot 7 days prior to the arrival, I was so pissed off and angry, I called the customer service and they referred me to another LAX hotel parking nearby, but it costed me way too expensive to park, I had no choice but to accept the crucial reality, I checked all the available hotel parking around me, this Ramada hotel parking is still available with their low rate posted by"one stop parking", I didn't receive any notification from"one stop parking" indicating the parking spot is no longer available due to overbooked before showing up at the hotel with no apology given.I would NOT use "one stop parking" anymore since they are a lier! read more
