Must not have worked since about 5 minutes later another van finally came into the area and picked us up. Wehen we got back from the, I called to trip confirm the pickup and was told yes, someone would be there. We waited over 15 mins and then ai called again and was told a driver was on the way and it would be 5-7 minutes. Ten minutes later the van does get there. But in the meantime, two other Parking companies have had multiple vans come by picking up passengers several times. So, Next time, I'm willing to pay a couple $ more and go with one of the companies that have vans rotating more frequently.

Pros: **Free parking **$1 beer/soda/ice cream sandwiches the night we went (think this was a special, obviously not every night! You could also get a large $2 non-specialty draft, which is a darn good deal if you get something like Hudy Amber). **Great cheap seats with excellent views of the field **Lots of random entertainment -- Belle the bird mascot flirting with unsuspecting middle-aged dudes, a mascot shaped like the Florence Y'all watertower, etc. Cons: **Sound system was little iffy, sometimes it was difficult to mince out the announcements **Kind of sad bathrooms **Boring pro-shop -- I was so ready to buy some cheezeball Florence swag (why not an homage to the water tower with something like "Florence Freedom y'all") but the logo on ALL of the merchandise was boring as hell **I get that this is a peanut-free ballpark, OK cool. But WTF is up with letting people smoke in certain parts of the park? It just seems to invalidate all the weird branding of "everyone can enjoy their time at the park!" surrounding the no-peanuts thing when you can smell smoke drifting by the restrooms. Ew. Overall, I love baseball, and while I wouldn't buy season tickets here, I'd totally go again on a night when the Reds are out of town and I need some cheap entertainment.

This is the parking lot directly to the northwest of CVG. It belongs to CVG and is operated by…read moreStandard Parking. They charge $8 a day. When we entered the lot, the lady gave us our pass, told us what aisle to go to, and radioed a shuttle driver to meet us at that aisle. The drive over to the airport takes a minute, or maybe two minutes tops. When we returned, the shuttle driver took us right to our car, instead of stopping at an aisle end. As we pulled up to pay, I saw something about a AAA discount, which saved us $1 per day. I'd definitely park here again. This lot is fast, convenient, and staffed by friendly people.

That posting still reads this way as of this writing. This seemed instinctively odd by today's standards for normal retail closing, but we decided to give it a try. We were looking for a place to walk our grandson around and perhaps pick up a treat or two while we were out for the evening. There were still a significant number of cars in the parking lot when we pulled in around 7:40 PM, so we thought perhaps we had stumbled on something. We walked in and immediately had the sense things were winding down and that the posting was probably inaccurate. Having had only a couple of seconds to begin adjusting to reality, we were "greeted" by a sour-faced employee at the information desk who curtly informed us that "this mall closes in 15 minutes". The look on her face and the intonation of her message were effectively "why are you walking in here". I informed her that we were misled by a mistaken posting of hours. She said nothing but again, the look on her face was "That's unfortunate, but just turn around and get out." It must have made her a bit nervous that we took five minutes to stroll down the hall to see what was there. But that sort of unwelcoming attitude is the memory that will stay with me when I think of this mall. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she hates her job. Hard to say, but attitudes displayed in interactions have an effect and reflect on an entire business (or collection of businesses in this case). Based on this short interaction, there is definitely an opportunity for improvement. I don't want to cast negativity on everyone whose livelihood derives from this mall for the unfortunate representation of one person on one day, but reviews are based on experiences. And that sort of experience does not need to occur at any time on any day.

Although, this machine didn't provide any plasticware, which I thought was odd, so I had to find my way over to a quick service counter and ask. Even our little Louisville airport provides plasticware with their vending machine food. Not my favorite airport, but it got the job done.

I went here tonight for a SWT Fitness class and the facility was very nice. It was very easy to…read morefind and has a nice sized parking lot. The facility was very well kept and had a lot of space for any kind of private parties like showers or birthday parties. The main room also had sliding doors along the back which was very nice that we could open them during a fitness class when it got too hot. It was very multi purpose and I will definitely be going back again!
