I used OneStop Parking at Hilton Homewood Suites, 2061 Griffin Rd, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33004 from 11/26/13 to 12/3/13. The location is not far from the Ft Lauderdale / Hollywood airport. One of the windows of the topper on my pickup truck was smashed. Neither the hotel nor OneStop accepted any responsibility and when I phoned OneStop, they refused even to refund what I had paid for the parking. Their website says that they are a family operated business, but when you phone you get an unresponsive clerk who certainly does not act like an owner operator. I would not use them again and I would recommend that anyone parking near this airport (or any other, for that matter) use a secured parking facility. read more

never park with cheats. they returned my car damaged (rear light broken) refused to pay for the damaged. damage caused was reckless and i lost £235, they dont respond to emails or calls since the incident. I had to cancel my reservation in Dallas due to a last-minute incident, so I sent an email about two hours before my reservation was supposed to begin, and I was granted a full refund - which is not easy to get from off-site parking companies! Because of this, I will certainly be using them next time I can go somewhere! Thank you, OneStop. read more

They do not deserve even one star!!!!! They were the worst!!! I made a reservation to have a shuttle take me to the airport at 6:00 a.m. I got to the hotel (Sleep Inn) in Irving Texas and the person working the front desk told me that they had no shuttle available because I failed to call 2 hours prior to my reservation time. That would have been at 4 a.m.!!!! Why did I make a reservation in order to make another reservation. He did nothing to help me. Told me the next available shuttle would be available at 7:25 (even tho their website says they run every 40 minutes and then turned his back and walked away. Oh wait, he did offer to call me a cab that I would pay for. My plane left at 7:45, so this obviously would not work. I ended up catching a ride and splitting the fare with two strangers going to the airport. When I returned, I called for my pick up. Their receipt says to call AFTER you pick up your luggage at baggage claim. The yellow sheet says to call before. Whatever. I was carrying on. I called at 2:00 p.m. (again the time of my reservation), I waited and waited and waited. Called again. She said they would be there in 10 minutes. Nobody arrives. Called again. She said they would be there in five minutes. Nobody arrived. After an HOUR of waiting, an extremely rude pissed off driver picked me up. I asked him what the problem was that I had been waiting an hour. And he YELLED at me that he just got on shift ten minutes ago and it's not his fault! By the way, the van was in total disrepair. Every seat was ripped and torn. No seatbelts that worked and he stopped to pick up his girlfriend or sister or something on his way back to the hotel. There was one other passenger that he picked up and she told me she had also waited an hour. I would never recommend this company. I will never use this company again and I would suggest, unless you like waiting and paying something for nothing. use one of the other companies that might be a few dollars more. I used One Stop Parking in Atlanta, GA at Quality Inn because it was cheaper than parking at the airport. I thought it was a "Quality" service but was greatly disappointed when I arrived back from vacation to see that someone had broken into my car. I will NEVER use this service or stay at that hotel again! It would have cost less to park at the airport than to replace my cd player system, tools, and misc items. One Stop of course has signs posted & in their terms saying you park at your own risk. For me it will never be worth the risk again. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! read more

We used One Stop Parking over Thanksgiving, flying out of Salt Lake International Airport. The online reservation was simple and we saved a few bucks (the fees added up) from long term parking at the airport. There was no waiting at the hotel, the hotel staff were great, and they picked us up in about 15 minutes from the time we called upon our return. As we drove away in the hotel van, there was a HUGE line of people waiting for the long term parking shuttle. Easiest airport parking - EVER. read more

NEVER WILL I USE ONESTOP AGAIN. I used the austin airport location. It states that shuttle leaves every hour on the hour. We plan it out and be at the Quality In at 10 til the hour and when we got there the attendant said the shuttle just left and that we have to wait for another hr. I commented that its not the hr yet. She responded that the group bf us was waiting for 45mins so the shuttle left bf the hr. WTF just bc the group bf us cant plan we have to suffer. After our vacation and arriving back at the airport to go home, I called the hotel to have a shuttle come to pick us up. Her respond was we dont pick up customers who are not staying at the hotel. Again WTF, after arguing with her on the phone stating that on my receipt it states to call the hotel to have someone come to pick us up. Finally, she said she will send someone out. Definately not worth the trouble. If she didnt send a shuttle, we would have to take a taxi and it would end up costing much more if i was to go elsewhere. read more

They contract with hotels that have extra parking and do offer a significantly discounted rate. However, our one experience with the Ramada Plaza at LAX was horrible. You are at the mercy of the hotels and their staff. The phone system at the hotel was down, so there was no way to call for the free shuttle pick up after we arrived at LAX. We were stranded at the airport looking for their shuttle. We called OneStop and they told us to take a cab over to the Ramada and that the hotel would reimburse. When we arrived, the hotel manager was not apologetic or sympathetic to to our situation. She was casually chatting with other hotel staff instead of desparately trying to figure out how to deal with the downed phone system and its consequences. The Ramada could have easily sent at the shuttle to loop the airport and then come back for guests at the hotel. But, she thought that was a bad idea. She chose only the serve the guests at the hotel and not the guests waiting at the airport. On top, she refused to reimburse the full taxi fare (20.45) and said they could only reimburse 20. This is just pennies but it's the principle When a customer shows a receipt, she should reimburse it. OneStop needs to drop such hotels if they want to be a credible company. read more
