Was able to get in before they closed (work in Fairfield; live near Delhi...plus had to use back roads due to a temporary tire). Was quoted for $148. The person working the counter (new GM Emily) kept getting people's cars mixed up when they got to the counter tire replaced...she mixed my invoice with another person's and ended up charging me $340!!! She called her hire ups and confirmed her accident and reassure me that they would email me a refund/start process l, but she would be in training all day and her higher up (Lance) would be in the next day Fast forward to today: it's 4pm...they haven't started the refund or anything because "they need more information" ....this is BS! Purchased 4 tires, not aligned. Returned next day to fix, had to leave car overnight. Low air warning light came on, they didn't put valve caps on new tires Had to get alignment from dealer. Oh, and when returning to Tire Discounters to have them fix what they didn't do, had to wait outside for 6 minutes for them to open, even though I walked into office and service bay doors were open. Bought a tire for my son's car on Saturday January 27th from the Ferguson location for my son's car, he drove back to the university of Cincinnati 6-7 miles. The following Saturday February 3rd he went to his car and the tire was flat. I filled the tire and had him drive it home 7 miles. Took tire and wheel to out mechanic figuring he picked up a nail, no tire was torn up on the inside due to not sealing with the wheel lot of shredded rubber. Took tire back and was told I needed to buy a new tire after 14 miles on a $325 pirelli tire. Now I'm out 600 plus dollars. Twice I have come here to get my "free alignment" with no success. Twice. Both times they have tried to upsell me on $400-700 worth of repairs that they claimed to be necessary before fulfilling an alignment. Both of those times I also consulted my personal mechanic, who took a look and said everything was fine, and there was really no reason for them to deny me my alignment. The lock nut they said wouldn't budge my mechanic was able to loosen with very little effort. The "free alignment" is anything but--you will pay for it with hours of your wasted time. read more

My husband and I frequent this Tire Discounters for tire rotations and oil changes. The guys who work here are always very friendly and helpful and they're always quick to service our vehicles. In fact, the day before our wedding I was run off the road by a distracted driver, shredded my tire, and destroyed my rim. Later the next week I called this location for a quote and they said they'd have to order the particular tire I needed and gave me some competitors to call to see if they had my tire in stock. I thought that was pretty nice of them, but when I called the other businesses they sure did have my tire, but they gave me quotes that were $300-$500 more! I called this location back, they ordered my tire, and my car was good to go the very next day. They did end up charging more than three original quote, but not much more and they gave a transparent explanation as to why the price changed, so I was fine with it. If you're in need of vehicle services I'd say this location is a good choice! read more

This is the worst place ever. We contacted Tire Discounters on Ferguson road on Friday and ordered 4 new tires for installation. We were informed that the tires will come in Monday morning. We dropped the car of Monday at 9 am for the installation and were told we get a free alignment and oil change and it will take a few hours. At 3 pm we received a phone call and were told the brakes and rotors should be replaced. We agreed to the repair and were guaranteed that the car will be finished by 5 pm. At 5 pm we received a call and were told that the car will not be done before 10 am on Tuesday, even that we had told them we were leaving on a business trip on Tuesday morning and needed the car to be done. At 10 am Tuesday we got a call and were told the car is done. When we get there we were told that they fixed the wrong car and it will take another 1.5 hours to fix the brakes. After all of that, when it was time to pay we found out that they did not even do the oil change at all, but we could not wait any longer!!!! Wtf?????? Terrible terrible place !!!!!!!!! I took my truck here because I had a flat tire. I got there 1 hour before they were closing unannounced and they seemed busy! I told the guy upfront, i believe his name starts with a C, that I had flat and wanted to see if they can patch it up so I don't have to buy 2 new wheels and they took care of it right with in2 minutes. I will never return to TD, and I been a long time customer. I was blatantly LIED TO about a tire I had them check. Told me they couldn't repair it because the nail was "too close to the sidewall". After buying a tire online and having it changed at another shop, the tech looked at me and asked why I didnt just have this one repaired? I had a windshield wiper motor(?) replaced a week ago. Yesterday my wiper blades were resting in the up position. The counter person who serviced my car admitted to me he hadn't done it correctly. When fixed he pointed out that I had a crack in my windshield. He took no responsibility for it and warned me that it would spread. It spread and quickly!!!! Took my car to get the tire patched. They told us they couldn't patch it because the tires were too old and needed to be replaced. I bought the car used and it made sense that the back tires were worn out, so that was fine. However, they tried to convince my husband that all four tires needed to be replaced when in reality the front ones are only a few months old. If he hadn't known I got them replaced we would've spent a lot of money that wasn't needed. People were friendly but I won't be going back for fear of being sold something I don't need. read more

I have been coming to this location for the last 15 years. They always provide fast, efficient service. I had to get my tire replaced yesterday. They were able to fit me in right away and they had the tire I needed. What keeps me coming back is their honest service. I had a car, years back, and I brought it in for a full set of tires. The technician looked at the car, then brought me back to the garage. My car was unsafe to drive and he showed me the part of my car that was going to fall apart. I'm forever grateful that he opted for my safety instead of a sale. I've only gone to them for tires but a friend told me they do her brakes and she's really happy with them. Why I didn't know they did brakes, I don't know. But when I need to have mine updated, I will definitely come here. They are reasonable and make me feel comfortable with what they do. read more

Hit the curb with my front tire and the steering was wobbly. Went there to get it fixed and was quoted $2400 for new struts, control arm, etc. They offered me a credit card and then offered to buy it from me when I said I still couldn't afford that even though the car was in great shape otherwise. That made me suspicious. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and they said the van needed minor repairs ie new tire, tire rod and new alignment. This place takes you for a ride. After taking my van in for shocks and struts, I ended up with a busted steering column. After they fixed that I ended up with 2 broken wheel axles and a broken coil. $5000 later I will never return. They would not ever respond to any emails. First, I called in before the store was even open and Barry took the time to answer all of my questions with a very pleasant attitude, give me my options and, did not try and sway me towards a more expensive option like other places did when I called. Second, I called later to see if a time would be available and ensure that the tires were still in stock and Kevin was very pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions even though I could hear they were busy with a very pleasant attitude. Finally, this store is not in a neighborhood where common courtesy is very common yet while I was there, Barry and Kevin kept there very pleasant attitudes even when other customers were making irrational demands upon them and just being rude ( I would not have been able to bite my tongue). I have been to other Tire Discounter locations and while none of them were rude or anything like that, none of them held a candle to what I experienced today at the Ferguson location. In fact I bought two tires instead of just the immediately needed one because of the phenomenal customer service I received from Barry and Kevin. I am sure working at that location has to be taxing on a daily basis yet they were great and timely . If you want to be sheared like a sheep and go to T/D. Oh THAT WAS BADDDDDDD. All funny aside this is a big box company and as I have been told you can not please everyone. That you cannot have a store on every corner and have the finest help in all there are just not that many good tire techs in this area. So here is my review up date on the Fields Ertel store. They must use that as a training store never saw the same people there twice. I have had nothing but bad service and was told to go to the Sharonville store where their good people work. My 60,000 mile tires were shot at 25,000 miles even after 5,000 mile rotations 10,000 miles alignments. Then was told that oh that tire will do that. They sold me this tire watched it fall apart and said nothing when the Goodyear warranty would do something. Instead waiting and saying that tire will not work on the Tundra, you need Michelins on that truck at another $750 more. What a greedy company........DON'T SHOP HERE.....THEY WILL CHEAT YOU......AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.......BUYER BEWARE. read more
