From the second I pulled in until I left was a total of 5 minutes! Was immediately greeted by one of the employees who introduced himself and asked what I needed. I let him know I just needed new wind shield wipers. He gave me the options and didn't pressure me to go with the more expensive option. I picked the cheaper option which was $12/wiper for a total cost of $24. Another employee changed the wipers while he got my payment. I didn't have to get out of my car at all and would certainly go back again!

The staff claimed that a previous service provider had cross-threaded the housing. I strictly follow a 3,000-mile maintenance schedule, making this claim completely unacceptable and indicative of poor workmanship on your technician's part. As a direct result of your technician's failure, my vehicle was rendered completely inoperable, leaving me stranded without transportation to pick up my child from school. Furthermore, the customer service experience that followed was completely unacceptable: I spent over 40 minutes on hold per call across 3 separate phone calls trying to reach your customer support. I was promised that a Store Manager/Adjuster would review and approve the necessary repair and rental car arrangements, but I received zero call-backs or follow-ups. Due to this negligence and lack of response, I had to tow my vehicle to Urb's Garage for diagnostic and repair. The vehicle will be out of service for 1 to 2 days. REQUIRED ACTIONS & DEMANDS: Rental Vehicle / Transportation Coverage: Immediate approval and full coverage/reimbursement for a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired at Urb's Garage. Full Repair Cost Coverage: Valvoline must cover all repair costs assessed by Urb's Garage to restore the oil filter housing/threads to safe working condition. Towing Expense Reimbursement: Full reimbursement for all towing fees incurred to transport my inoperable vehicle from your store to Urb's Garage. If I do not receive a prompt response and resolution regarding this claim within 24 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), initiate a claim through my auto insurance for subrogation recovery, and explore formal legal options through Small Claims Court. I expect an immediate phone call or email response regarding my claim status. musicpassion23@gmail.com Andrew

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am ashamed to admit that I have used them for over 10 years. The ONLY reason…read morewhy, FREE oil changes and tire rotations because of a new car purchase at Cronin Ford. I just left Frustrated as hell AGAIN! This is at least the second time they LIED to me about rotating my tires when they clearly did NOT. Another time they did NOT place 1 lug nut back on my tire (which I did not take note until I got home 20 minutes away). And THE MOST DISTURBING ISSUE was when a kind motorist pulled me over only 3/4 of a mile after leaving Quick Lane, stating my rear tire was wobbling.... When I looked, THREE, yes THREE Lug Nuts were missing and the other Three were only finger tight. If it weren't for that observant motorist, I may have been severely injured if I got onto the highway as planned in addition to avoiding significant damage to my vehicle! STAY AWAY, YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT

Upon arrival, the lady and gentleman at the desk were friendly and welcoming. I asked for oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Estimated wait time was about 1-1.5hrs. They had to squeeze me in due to me needing to reschedule so I wasn't too worried about waiting a bit longer. Waiting room was clean and comfortable, bathrooms were clean. At the hour mark the gentleman updated me on where they were at with my car and apologized for not having it ready. My car was completed within an hour and a half from the time I dropped it off. They didn't take advantage of me and add on stupid services I didn't need (I asked for a wheel alignment and didn't need it) and they provided me with all the paperwork for the checks they performed on the car. The few other customers waiting with me seemed to be pleased with their service and everyone was treated with respect by the employees. Prices aren't bad either, they have deals running online and have an app you can earn points on to put towards future deals. I'll definitely be returning to this location for my vehicle maintenance. Best tire/auto shop in this area. *24yro female for reference, young ladies like myself tend to be taken advantage of*

I understand that this is a family business with around 50 years of experience, and that reputation…read morewas one reason I trusted them with my car. I am very hesitant to write a negative review. I generally do not like speaking badly about anyone, and I believe in giving people and businesses a second chance to correct a mistake. Unfortunately, after several attempts to resolve this situation, I feel I should share my experience. About three weeks ago, I brought my car in for new tires. I was also advised to have additional work done, including replacing the brake discs and checking the fluids and other items. In total, I spent more than $2,000. After waiting quite a long time, we received the car and drove away. Partway home, the engine splash shield fell down in the middle of the road. Apparently, it had not been secured correctly after the service. I had to call roadside assistance to help secure it so I could continue driving. This cost me additional time, money, effort, and considerable frustration. I brought the car back to the shop, and they secured the shield. I then requested that a new engine splash shield be ordered and installed. I was told they would order it and contact us. Nearly three weeks passed without any update. When I finally called to check on the order, the person answering the phone told me that I needed to call back the following day to speak with the manager. I explained that I might not be able to call the next day and politely asked her simply to leave a message or note in the system for the manager. I even said, "I beg you, please just leave him a message." Her response continued to be essentially, "You need to call back tomorrow." That concerned me. From a customer's point of view, I had already contacted the business about a problem that resulted from the original service. I did not understand why I should have to repeatedly call back rather than have my message passed to the appropriate person. The next day, instead of calling, we went to the shop in person. We were then told that the manager was not there and that we might have to wait several hours. By that point, we were understandably frustrated and said that this did not seem like good customer service. The response we received was essentially, "If you think we're so bad, then don't come here." I was honestly stunned. In all my years dealing with businesses, I cannot remember being told something like that after trying to resolve a legitimate service problem. I did not expect perfection. Mistakes happen, and I was willing to give the business an opportunity to make things right. What disappointed me most was not simply the original mistake with the splash shield, but the way the follow-up and communication were handled afterward. I am sharing the facts of my experience. Whether this represents the normal quality of this business is something each customer can judge for themselves.
