Quick Lane was able to schedule me for a next day appointment, worked with me when I had to cancel last minute and was able to reschedule for the next day. Upon arrival, the lady and gentleman at the desk were friendly and welcoming. I asked for oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Estimated wait time was about 1-1.5hrs. They had to squeeze me in due to me needing to reschedule so I wasn't too worried about waiting a bit longer. Waiting room was clean and comfortable, bathrooms were clean. At the hour mark the gentleman updated me on where they were at with my car and apologized for not having it ready. My car was completed within an hour and a half from the time I dropped it off. They didn't take advantage of me and add on stupid services I didn't need (I asked for a wheel alignment and didn't need it) and they provided me with all the paperwork for the checks they performed on the car. The few other customers waiting with me seemed to be pleased with their service and everyone was treated with respect by the employees. Prices aren't bad either, they have deals running online and have an app you can earn points on to put towards future deals. I'll definitely be returning to this location for my vehicle maintenance. Best tire/auto shop in this area. *24yro female for reference, young ladies like myself tend to be taken advantage of* read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am ashamed to admit that I have used them for over 10 years. The ONLY reason why, FREE oil changes and tire rotations because of a new car purchase at Cronin Ford. I just left Frustrated as hell AGAIN! This is at least the second time they LIED to me about rotating my tires when they clearly did NOT. Another time they did NOT place 1 lug nut back on my tire (which I did not take note until I got home 20 minutes away). And THE MOST DISTURBING ISSUE was when a kind motorist pulled me over only 3/4 of a mile after leaving Quick Lane, stating my rear tire was wobbling.... When I looked, THREE, yes THREE Lug Nuts were missing and the other Three were only finger tight. If it weren't for that observant motorist, I may have been severely injured if I got onto the highway as planned in addition to avoiding significant damage to my vehicle! STAY AWAY, YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT read more

I have been going there for about 3 years. TODAY WILL BE THE LAST TIME.The bald headed man behind the counter was very unfriendly. If I would ask him a question all I got was I don't know. After about an Hour, with no other customers ln the shop he ask about my windshield wipers ,I told him they where fine and he said my car was almost done so I got up from my nap and looked in the garage and the hood was still up on my car .About a half hour latter he said it was ready. When he told me it was $50.00 I question him about the big increase I have been paying $38.00 He said it went up $10 with no explanation This is also the first time they did not wash my car. read more

Usually good service but when told up to 1 hour and fifteen minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation I was ok. Now at 2 plus hours, and the only customer in last 45 minutes seems ridiculous. Keep being told they are working on it. Maybe it's break time. read more

It's frustrating to be told 45 minutes and sit here for 2 hrs watching the person who's supposed to be doing the work talk to coworkers. Then pay for the labor rates. I won't be coming back. read more

Wonderful place to get a quick non appointment oil change. I got my last two vehicles at Cronin Ford and go to the quick lane to get my free Oil Changes FOR LIFE. If you are paying however the price is low and the service is fast. Bonus, you get to watch them work on your car from the waiting area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

When they first opened they were great. Now they are like others and push for services that are NOT needed. Told me that my power steering fluid was black and very dirty. They just happened to have a special of $20 off the $100 flush. I said no. After I got home I checked it and it was as clean as could be. Good to get oil change but don't buy their (you need this done)! read more

They need to remove the "Quick" from there name. Went for a basic oil change and they said 1 1/2hr which is fine but I had some running to do, which would have taken 30mins, at most but they said I couldn't leave or I would loose my spot. That makes no sense to me, if they went to get my car and it wasn't there, then I should loose my spot not hold me hostage to get an oil change! read more

I took my car to quick lane all the time for oil changes and simple maintenance and never had an issue with them until I took my car to have a broken wheel replaced, after the new wheel(the actual metal wheel frame for those who can't picture it not the rubber tire itself, that was fine) was put on my car, the manager Scott himself told me that if I was okay with how it drove the alignment was okay and wasn't necessary to fix, ($80-ish fix) so I test drove it around their lot back through the dealerships and told him it felt fine a little to the right but nothing major at all, and I was on my way.. a few months down the road I notice my car not driving good on the highway(which I don't drive often why it took so long to notice) my front two tires looked very bald which should've lasted me 70,000 more miles, so I went to MICHAEL TIRE PLUS where I got my tires from, and they showed me how bad my tires were pointed in towards each other..For car people out there my alignment paper looked like Christmas and there should not be any red in those numbers, only green.. and my tires were completely bald by then from trying to drive against each other they wouldn't even switch them with my back tires... being the amazing company Michael Tire Plus is they offered me 2 BRAND NEW tires for $65 total didn't charge to replace them, I asked him why so cheap? "we take care of our customers" ...which is something you FUCKING ASSHOLES DON'T DO AT QUICK LANE!!! I will never return to you as well as i will refer everyone I know to never use your services again and to stop 30 feet sooner at Michael Tire Plus. Not only did you endanger my life letting me leave that day with tires that we're gonna get so bald from being pointed inwards at each other the way you said they'd be fine, you also cost me two fairly new tires that should've lasted a long time. You guys suck, only looking for people to come back with money. You don't care about your customers only what's in their pocket. read more

0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 all the way. well me being a mechanic of 17 + years ( in no way work for these people or have ever worked for them) I have worked in a few shops over the years. and I do side work when I can all has to be done in my driveway. I'm a fleet mechanic and can not bring my or family cars in and use the shop or lifts (SUCKS) but i get it. so that's why my sisters van found its self here at Quick Lane in Harrison Ohio. everyone has to start somewhere I get it but with that said. the shop was full of young mechanic well maybe should say oil change crew???? I was asked by my sister to stop by and take a look at a problem that they was telling her they could not fix and was going to need much more repair and money. so after a few minutes of looking over the problem? well I guess. the young man/mechanic starting talking as if I was lost and asked me if I knew what I was looking at and or what for. so I let him go for a while and I finally stopped when he called a Roll Pin/spring pin/tension pin a Dowel. and I preceded lay out my credentials and told him how I would fix the " problem" if he would care to listen. but he was going to have to remove a few more bolts and a mount and turn the shaft a different way and use a real(Roll Pin Punch) or cut down a punch and give him the room to drive the roll pin out. and this is all after they used a torch on it and burnt power steering lines and filter. wow and all in the name of a (Mechanic) I think not. maybe some day with time and someone would mentor. but for now just a oil dropper, filter spinner, tire checker and that's where we all start. I've been there but was all before I ever was a Mechanic. If you can not do the job then don't. if you don't want to do the job then don't try and make it worse. young men of Quick Lane in Harrison Ohio stick to dropping oil and kicking tires till your team has a (Mechanic) to lead and mentor the team. read more
