The first time they flushed/refilled the hydraulic fluid which was pretty dirty. It helped but didn't cure the problem. The next time, they couldn't find the issue but gave me a $6000 estimate for a new clutch. That seemed way out of line so I went to Ft Mitchell Garage. I was nervous a bit to be honest cause I know some mechanics can be "rough" on treatment (like leave a scratch or dirty the interior, etc. When I arrived, comfort wasn't immediate, but as soon as I discussed with them as to what I needed done to the vehicle, I knew it was going to be in good hands. When I asked Jeff how long it would take him he said an hour or less and I asked why the difference between him and the dealership and he explained it to me and also said that the scan itself would only take an hour at the dealership as well. Took our truck to a local dealership collision center and was immediately told it would be a LOT of money. True form, got the estimate and it was thousands of dollars. Didn't feel right and decided to get another estimate.....Stephen at Robert's was so helpful. Long story short overall fix will be about 25-30% of the original estimate from the dealership and the fix is just what we asked for. Don't really want to frequent Body Shop's but have a new go to if an issue arises!
