So, 1,000 miles and 30 days after purchase, their service department tells me it needs brakes all around. Wait...huh? The lady helping me said their cutoff is 4mm. I get it. But, my rebuttal was this. " if I owned the vehicle and was bringing it in for a brake check, and the brakes were at 4mm, they would SURELY alert me that it will be needing brakes soon." They could have fought me on this. The brakes were not under warranty. Conrad to the rescue again. He stepped in and worked his magic. And, they replaced the brakes at no cost to me.
