I had my oil changed only 3 months ago…read moreelsewhere and after taxes there was a $10.85 difference at this location due to "Shop Supplies" fee, which I've never seen before and I've gone to Jiffy Lube for my high mileage oil changes for years. Even the service I always get was a dollar higher here? I noticed it seemed high when he read the total, but didn't think much of it. They intentionally wait until after you pay to show you the charges and once your receipt is handed to you, it's "goodbye and your car is running on the street with the driver door open ready for you to leave". Not worth it for me to go back and cause a scene about, but definitely will not be returning to this location. For all I know, they're scamming for small amounts and pocketing the difference - it adds up. Beware.

This reeks of "bait and switch" and they should make the language on their coupon state it is only good for five quarts.

They will decieve. They will judge you on appearance. They left my car with 3 miles of gas and the first time they swapped my transmission my interior piece was still hanging off. They are a nightmare to go to and this was all WARRANTY WORK for my maxcare carmax warranty. They should've never got my business. Be like me, stay smart and avoid scummy business like these!!! What impressed me was the fact that a lot of these places will go along with the customer and put the cheapest parts on an automobile, Meineke doesn't do that, they stand by what the manufacturer recommends. At the end of the day, that's always the best decision, because it's better to be safe than to be sorry.

The lot is small and located at a somewhat funky intersection but I was able to double park once I verified with the staff. Recommend this shop as they were honest about what repairs were worth fixing and what could either wait or wasn't worth the cost. I appreciate this persective where other shops often upsell. I like that they send a link to your phone with the break down of the repairs and the pictures so you can tell they're not upselling.
