They said they did it and come to find out they charged me and didn't even pull the nail out of the tire and plug it. The only reason I noticed it is because their were greasy hand prints on my front passanger rim. So I checked the rear driver tire where the nail was and guess what? it was still in the tire in the exact same location. So I went and spoke with a manager and even showed him where the nail was still in the tire. He said he could fix it for me, and I told him I wanted a refund, and it should have been done the first time. That I was going to take it somewhere else. He said he understood that Dave would have to give me the refund. Dave then got an attitude with me saying I had to have gotten another nail in my tire that it happens all the time. I then stated really in the exact same spot. He said yes that he could show me where it was plugged, and he wasn't giving me a refund. So I told him that's fine show me where it was plugged. he then refused to show me where it was plugged or give me a refund. SO JUST A HEADS UP IF YOU HAVE TAKEN YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION CHECK THEIR WORK.

Instead they told me how to advocate for myself with the manufacturer and KIA. My car was under a warranty I had no idea about AND I got not only a free replacement engine but also a temporary upgrade in the form of a free rental car. Talk about a shop with integrity and honesty! We've taken other cars to them and are always grateful when the price tag is much lower than we anticipated! I cannot recommend them enough! They should change their name to the superhero's of automotive service ‍ ‍
