I waited for a little time. Once I was helped I was told I had to wait on the guy that does the tires. That was fine by me. So I waited about another5 minutes until he came out. Once he came I spoke to him about needing a used tire. He was very abrasive and came off as rude. I told him the tire size. It took him about 10 minutes to find it. Came back out and asked me to move my car facing forward, again very rudely. I pulled my car up at about 455pm. He didn't come change my tire until 520pm. Took him forever to do something that only takes a couple minutes to do. While being rude and if course I was late to work didn't get there until 6pm.

Brian welcomed me and my children and treated us as if we were old friends, carrying their school bags, offering us drinks and making sure we were comfortable. My car hadn't been serviced in years and needed a lot done - they fixed everything in less than 3 hours (including getting parts delivered) and the price was way cheaper than anywhere else I've gone in the past. This was the single best experience I've ever had at a mechanics (which says a lot given that my car had so much wrong with it) and I will definitely only go to Tuffys from now on. Brian and Roger made a loyal customer out of me after just one visit!!! Top Marks!!!

I've been going to Valvoline for about twenty years since switching from Jiffy Lube as Valvoline…read morewas closer when I relocated, but I felt good about bringing my car back to them as I was always acknowledged and greeted by the staff, and they would let me know approximately how long it will take while waiting in que. Today, my car has a mechanism that slows my car down when it's time for an oil change. So I decided to visit that same location on Kemper rd near the former Tri-County Mall in Springdale, OH on my lunch break. I first stopped by a store down the street to get some water for my medicine, as they had a line. When I arrived and got in the second line, there was a vehicle that had to have been in that first lane for at least ten minutes before I returned. I noticed it was now almost twenty minutes and no one walked up to my car to let me know how long the wait would be, There was at least ten staff members and most of them were walking past my car staring at me and turning away. I caught one staff person staring at me with a smirk on his face as if I have some nerve being there. I ignored him , but then I began to feel somewhat unsettled about the exchange. I was worried that my car may go into another sleep mode until I get an oil change so I felt frustrated and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt I looked up thinking the vehicle in front of me was going to pull away as the staff that completed the oil change appeared along with others standing there with him laughing as if they had nothing left to do for the day. I then looked at my phone and I had five minutes to get back to work (and I was only five minutes away). I can provide proof if Valvoline would like proof. (As I will be contacting corporate.) I don't know if this is a new crew or I just came on a day the old crew was off but they were all new faces and they did not exude any customer service to me. The only acknowledgment I received was from that same smirking gentleman putting air in the tires of the vehicle in front of me. He was constantly looking up at me, then turning to see if others noticed that he was in fact ignoring me. So at this point, I drove back to work. The car that was there before me in the first almost hit me after they saw me pulling out, as they decided to leave as well.
