They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and repair it within a couple of hours. I am very happy with the service, the repair and the cost. It is well worth a 30 minute drive and the cost. I would recommend them to anyone in my family, circle of friends and community. I am a retired machine repairman, and although not a specialist in car mechanics, I do know good work when I see it. Made an appointment online for 11am for oil change and inspection for something I thought was wrong. Not only did they actually start at 11 but it didn't take 8 hours. This is the first time I've been to a tire discounters for an oil change and it's taken less than 2 hours. Wasn't even there for an hour. I would also like to add I went to this location with low air in my tire and they put air in it. Unlike the other location that had me waiting for 7+ hours and couldn't be bothered to put air into my tire.

I waited over an hour and they never took my vehicle back for service. I asked the desk and they just told me "I was in line". I shouldn't have to wait an hour just to get into my appointment. I left and went to another location and they took me right in without an appointment.

Long story short, the car was still making noise, took it to Jackson, asked him what he thought it was, he told me to check the sway bar links, that sometimes they will work themselves loose, and bingo, that was it, tightened the bolts down and now my 99 camry is as quiet as the day it rolled off the assembly line. He was willing to share that knowledge with me for free and I was going to have him put cv axles on each side more than likely, and that wouldn't even of been the issue. He will definitely be my mechanic for the big jobs in the future!
