My experience went well at this location Very skeptical cause the other tire discounters I went to was horrible. The guys were nice. Made an appointment online for 11am for oil change and inspection for something I thought was wrong. Not only did they actually start at 11 but it didn't take 8 hours. This is the first time I've been to a tire discounters for an oil change and it's taken less than 2 hours. Wasn't even there for an hour. I would also like to add I went to this location with low air in my tire and they put air in it. Unlike the other location that had me waiting for 7+ hours and couldn't be bothered to put air into my tire. read more

Great company, poorly run location. I always get my tires (purchase and maintenance) through Tire Discounters. I have had issues with this location more than once. I ordered tires, had an appointment, but when I came, the store returned the tires and had to have them sent in while I waited. They did not tell me there was an issue until I waited for 3 hours and then waited another 2 hours before they were installed. Another instance, I had an appointment for a rotation. I waited over an hour and they never took my vehicle back for service. I asked the desk and they just told me "I was in line". I shouldn't have to wait an hour just to get into my appointment. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. i brought my car in and they claimed they could fix it and in return completely destroyed my engine that I had to pay to replace and have refused to reimburse. No work done I told them I wanted it done not price ... Then they come back and say I have 2 hrs worth of work.. for a battery and head light on a 2016 Silverado... Then the manager said a oil change to . I never once said anything about a oil change ... he started to argue with me over what I wanted ... Went in to get tires, and they found other issues with my van. Said they didn't have the parts or tires in the store. No big deal, scheduled to come back the next day. So I did. Completed all the work and new tires the next day, $3500. Paid my bill and left. No mention of a warranty, I simply paid and got a receipt. Why would I need a warranty on new tires anyways? If I get a flat I will just fix it. Left there and with in 500 miles/6 days had a defective tire blow out going 65mph. No big deal, changed the tire to the spare and came back in the next day to get the faulty tire replaced. The service guy looked at the tire and could not find anything I hit or any holes. We all agree it was a faulty tire. They told me they didn't have the tire in stock, but it would be $25 and I could either wait on it to be delivered or come back the next day. So I left the van and came back the next day to pick it up and pay the $25. When I came back in the told me the $25 was just the courier fee to get the tire to the store, and I would have to buy the new tire. Why would I pay a delivery fee to a tire store? Weird, your selling tires. In what universe do you walk into a retail store and get charged a delivery fee? I told them that was not the agreement. The tire was faulty, so it was going to be replaced for $25. Obviously I was very upset. Your not gonna stand behind the products you sell?! Why would I need a warranty on a faulty tire? Shouldn't that be a manufacturing problem? Oh, ok lets go look at the tire, well sir we don't have it. What? Crazy! It was here yesterday? Yeah we can't find it. WOW! And if you don't pay we will call the cops! What? Are you serious? Yeah we made a mistake, you have to pay the delivery fee and retail for the tire replacement. Got into a pretty heated disagreement so I just paid it and left. I was not going to let $220 ruin my Saturday. Beware! These people are your typical retail crooks, profit over customer satisfaction. Support your local mechanic shop, one that cares about customer satisfaction. And stands behind the products they sell. Lessoned learned. Now I have a free oil change and free tire rotation I will never use. Why would I step foot in any Tire Discounts again? And I sure hope everyone that reads this goes elsewhere. The manager is obviously untrained, unprofessional, and needs to be working somewhere will little to no contact with the public. I can only assume they were all related because they are clueless. I had a sudden tire issue. It turned out to be about a three inch piece of a tool extension that I must have run over. Earl took a look and said they could fix it that day. Within two and a half hours I was called back and told the job was done. I had just purchased the tires earlier this year and had the road hazard warranty so the cost was nothing. terrible customer service. I buy 4 tires from them and they're offering a free oil change and alignment. My truck sat there for six hours and when I went to pick it up, they said oh we couldn't do the alignment because you didn't have the right lugs for the wheels that you had on the tires you bought. Ok???? do the alignment with the tires that are on there??? Ok my fault cause I didn't bring the lugs for those wheels so I took it on the chin. They gave me a certificate for the free alignment. I asked about the oil change. Oh well you don't get that I didn't bother. I was already too pissed off so I asked him do I need to make an appointment for tomorrow no no no I won't be busy tomorrow. Bring it up after 1 o'clock and I'll get you in. Again right before I left. Are you sure I don't need to make an appointment now you're goodso the next day rolls around 230 I show up. We're too busy today. We can't do it. You need to schedule appointment for tomorrow. WHAT!?!? after? arguing with the guy I finally gave up and decided to call a different tire discounters. I get the how fast can you get to me? I said 10 minutes sure no problem. I get there in eight minutes. Only to put in the system and then 10 minutes later from the come out and tell me they can't do it because they have to take the tires off of my truck and put new ones on. They don't have time to do that. Really your lifting the truck in the first place how much more time does it take to actually swap the tires out or balancing everything from the day before? Very dishonest place. Droped off my car to have the air condition fixed. They called me later that day and informed me I needed brakes.struts,ball joints,and a few other repairs, cost 4200.00. pick up my car,air condition dosen't work. They tell me I need to take it to the dealer, because the dealer will not sell them the part.Did not tell me any of this before they done the work.Gave me the impression the total cost was 4200.00. At the dealer they inform me there is a 2 week wait before they can get my car in. But they will sale me the part I need to fix it. I go back to tire Discounters to see if they will put the part on, that they said I need.They said they could do it. Charge me another 500.00 plus I had to buy the part for 900.00. The air condition fix lasted 3 days. Monday I will take my car to a different mechanic, see if they can fix my AC,plus make sure Tire Discounter did all the work the said they did. I am going to file a complant with the BBB, and thinking about calling one of the local Tv stations. Also planning on disputing the charge on my credit card for not fixing my AC. read more

I took my 2016 Acura TLX to the main Street location in Hamilton, Ohio and I spoke to Eric and scheduled my appointment and asked him what type of specials he had on a set of four tires and an alignment for my vehicle. He told me that it would be 686 out the door with an alignment. Actually a four-wheel alignment because I was getting for new tires. It was actually by 3:00. Get one free and when I scheduled my appointment for 2:45 p.m. and drove all the way from Ross. They all of a sudden didn't have any clue of what I was speaking about and would not honor the alignment even though I was paying almost $700 for four tires and a road hazard warranty and this person matter of factly stated that there was nothing online that even indicated that they had a free alignment and I'm looking at it right now and it states that even if you only buy one tire you get a free alignment. I was going to buy four and was told no! This right here is absolutely proud and they lost a customer because my family has been going there for over 20 years and they wouldn't even bother to try to look it up on their own website when I showed it to them! Very disappointing. Needless to say, I will not be back there and I would recommend that other people be very vigilant before scheduling appointments and making sure that you have everything in writing or at least emailed to you before you make a trip all the way down there for nothing. read more

Would have been a five, but I waited for half an hour even though it was all done except for reprogramming the TPMS. The manager asked the techs why my car was still sitting there and he found out it was all done but they forgot to do the reprogramming. He asked a tech to do the TPMS reprogramming, but he screwed around doing something else. Finally the manager did the reprogramming. Funny because the manager was lamenting how no one wants to work anymore. I know he was frustrated because he has trouble getting good help. However, I did notice that the techs did spend A LOT of time standing around bullshi$$ing. Guess it tough to fire people if you can't get anyone else. The manager was GREAT. Stopped by to have my tires checked because my tire light came on. There were several customers waiting on their cars that were being worked on so I thought they wouldn't be able to help me for some time. The manager Bill asked what I needed and told me they would get me in as quickly as possible. Within 10 minutes he pulled my car into the garage and they began checking the tires. He came back and told me that a sensor wasn't reading and the tires were fine. He had a mechanic do some sort of reset to my sensors and it fixed my problem. He said they wouldn't be a charge and I was amazed. I knew I had a head light out so I asked if they could replace it as well and he went out and did it himself within 5 minutes. I went to get a new set of tires a few weeks ago for my Nissan Rogue. I did a little research online first for pricing. The store didn't have the tires in stock that I originally wanted - but the guy I spoke to told me about a different tire that was similar in price/performance/quality. They were even a little bit cheaper than I had planned on. I called them at noon to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day at 430pm. The service took a little over an hour. They have a waiting room area (with super uncomfortable chairs) and everyone who works there is very friendly. I was even more pleasantly surprised with I was given a discount because they told me my tires came with a rebate, but it turned out that was wrong information. Instead, he gave me the rebate amount off of my total. I wound up spending $100 less than I originally thought I would. Their road hazard warranty is great. It ran me about $55 bucks, but I have had it before and would never go without it. It covers just about anything that goes wrong with your tire. Very convenient if you're like me and have a habit of picking up nails in your tires! read more

I took my 2011 Ford Focus in for new brakes. I asked them to to quote me first. So when they called and told me I needed new rotors and told me the price I had to tell him I would have to come get the car. It was well over what I had budgeted. I hadn't planned on rotors. He said ok. I get a call a few minutes later from him. He had called their part supplier and found cheaper parts so it would be within budget for me!! Service and timing were great. The only reason they get a 3 star review is not their fault. As they finished alignment for our 2019 Subaru Forester with tech like lane departure they told me they don't have the equipment to properly realign the cameras to match the wheel alignment. Only one store can preform that exercise. They told me I should go to them and pay again to align and recalibrate the cameras. Essentially paying twice and then some for the supposedly free alignment. I have bought several sets of tires over the years from TD and this is pitiful. If this is your business and you want to be the best and want to be known as a company that is honest and doesn't have hidden charges or mislead the customers you should provide the proper equipment and training to do their jobs. I can't express the disappointment in Tire Discounters as a company. It is also a safety issue to send someone on their way with the potential that their safety equipment is not going to work properly. As stated, I have purchased several sets of tires from TD and and paid more for those tires because I trusted In TD. This makes wonder why I had this trust all these years.
