This man cheated and victimized me, and I want the whole world to know it. We were out of town when our starter went out in our van, leaving us stranded. They said it would be fixed in one day; it took two. When I questioned why he charged me for five hours of labor for a 2-hour job he got very defensive. Yelling at me, his place is a five-star place. Telling me my check wasn't good. He questioned my honesty and my integrity. He had me shaking and in tears. Yelling at me that it was a five-hour job, and I had no right to question his work. Yet every mechanic I talk to said it no more then a two-hour job. At $90.00 an hour for labor, a total of $180 instead he charged me $450. I feel taken advantage of and victimized. read more

Had a pretty substantial transmission leak that we made them aware of prior to dropping off the vehicle. We're told to park the car in the parking lot and leave the keys. They looked and said it was too big of a job for them to handle, which we informed them it was a pretty bad leak prior to dropping it off, so it was a wasted trip but that part was fine. However upon pick up, we wanted to top off the transmission fluid before driving, and was screamed at by the owner for not topping off in the gravel.... That being said, they were aware the leak was substantial and THEY parked it in the parking lot KNOWING this. We were just topping it off before leaving, and the owner got in my husband's face, screaming at him to move the car and demanding he lay down litter on the puddle that formed before we even arrived onsite. Will never return, never recommend. Absolute trash service. read more

Nightmare experience…read more Went to fix low battery charge and air-conditioning problems. When picking up the car after having paid the repair, I noticed that a red warning light on the dashboard was glaringly on. Went back to discuss with the manager. He flatly said that the light was on when they first moved the car into the workshop. He hooked up the car with an electronic device and told me there were a bunch of problems, including a malfunctioning electronic thermostat. Largely the car was not safe to drive. They charged me $42 for checking. Fixing the thermostat would be a $500 plus job. Took the car home. Fining out the battery was still not charging properly a few days later. Went back to ask them to re-fix the problem they should have fixed before. The manager was not there but they could charge the battery overnight. When I picked up the car, they handed me another bill for charging the battery. They were pretty mad after I refused to pay. Got into the car, the red warning light was off. Apparently, the red warning light was triggered during the repair - most likely when the battery became critically low. Went back again to ask them to fix the battery charge problem. They rudely refused. They told me that the battery charge problem was due to the other problems I had and they recommended to go to see a dealer. I let them know there were no other problems. The red warning light was due to low battery charge. The other problems were their misdiagnosis. Days later, the air-conditioner stopped working as well. All in all, I spent about $400 to have loads of headaches and none of the problems fixed.

They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and repair it within a couple of hours. I am very happy with the service, the repair and the cost. It is well worth a 30 minute drive and the cost. I would recommend them to anyone in my family, circle of friends and community. I am a retired machine repairman, and although not a specialist in car mechanics, I do know good work when I see it. They vacuumed and cleaned my car that had not been touched since the accident. Before dropping my car off, I was too anxious to even get in my car. I was so appreciative of them taking that step to make sure that it looked great when I drove it for the first time in two months. The repairs were covered by insurance so I can't really speak to the price. However, in the past I never felt that they were overcharging. Overall, working with them was so stress free. I've used this shop for over 10 years, brought them 5 vehicles, and have referred others because of…read moremy past experiences. Unfortunately, this recent situation did not reflect the level of service I had come to expect. I had a small tint defect that I noticed from day one after installation, but did not address with the business. Over a year later, it appeared to delaminate, which can occur when a contaminant trapped between the glass and adhesive creates a localized adhesion failure that worsens over time through heat cycles, thermal expansion, and adhesive stress. The defect was a circular mark with a visible halo around it, which is more consistent with a localized adhesion issue than a typical surface abrasion. When I brought it in, multiple staff members repeatedly insisted it was "physical damage," including the explanation that a seatbelt could create a perfectly circular mark in the middle of the window. That explanation did not align with the defect I was seeing, especially since seatbelt contact would more typically leave an elongated scuff, arc, or irregular abrasion rather than a clean, centered circle with a halo. It was frustrating to feel like my concern was dismissed rather than properly evaluated. To their credit, they ultimately agreed to redo the tint at no charge. However, during the replacement process I noticed another contaminant before leaving and had to point it out for correction. After the second attempt, there was still a visible dust speck in the upper corner, which I was told was "acceptable" as long as it was not in the main line of sight. I appreciate that they honored the redo, but the overall experience was disappointing. The repeated insistence that the original issue was my fault, the need for multiple attempts, and the remaining defect did not match the quality and attention to detail I had experienced from them over the years. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I truly valued this business and would like to see them maintain the standard that originally earned my trust.

I know the weather is bad today! But you guys took advantage of the situation. I was told by state police that you only charge $150 for a tow and because of the weather you guys charged $350. On top of that driver was rude saying you're just lucky to get a tow today. I'm in a customer driven business and would not that type of rudeness in my company. Hopefully never end up in your area again and need a tow don't know if I could take another screwing like that. Wish I could give a zero but I can't. read more
