I had my car in for an oil leak. Jeff diagnosed and showed me the leak was coming from a valve cover gasket. I had RJR do the necessary repairs and the job was completed as promised. I called to get a quote for a re core on my 57 Pontiac. Guy was very short with me and after asking him if I could drive my car over for a look, he insisted that unless I removed radiator from the car, he could not give a quote. This radiator, in the car can be measured without any problem. He could have given me the courtesy of at least looking a the radiator, if at that time he could not measure it, no problem. He could also have given me a ranged of price, such as, from $400 to $800. read more

Called and ask for a fuel tank to be dipped to take old fuel and rust out of the tank Five days later they said it was ready picked it up and was told surface rust in the tank is normal charged me $141 and still covered in dirt and mud Another company dipped the tank to bare metal for $150 Fuck RJR read more

RJR re-cored the radiator on our Classic Thunderbird. They also did a total brake replacement. They spent time with us explaining the alternatives. After checking with other Thunderbird owners, we chose to restore the existing radiator, to preserve the integrity of the car. The radiator looks brand new, and my husband said that the brakes performed beautifully on the drive home. Called to get some work done. Guy on the phone was very rude to my wife and hung up on her before she had a chance to even talk. All because she had her own part. Didn't even offer to look for a part themselves to put on instead which she would have been ok with. Must not want our buisness that bad because her classic car needed a few other things as well. I base alot of my buisness on good customer service and these guys do not do a good job in that department. But hey, if you want a mechanic that treats you like crap go ahead. read more

Very professional. Repaired the radiator on my 1970 El Camino and it looks great and functions very well.
