I bought a battery from them. 2 weeks later it was dying every time I started my car. My mechanic said he thought it was definitely the battery. But the car would not start after I turned it off. They couldn't test it because it would not start on its own. They tole me I actually have to take the battery out, bring it in and let them charge it for 12 hours then they can test it. So to fix my battery that I'm pretty sure they sold it faulty, I (not a mechanic) have to take out my battery take it to them wait a day and put it back in myself. That mixed with the terrible attitude I was met with, left me never wanting to deal with Advanced Auto Parts again. First of all of I had felt like they even wanted me there, it would have helped. But to just take 10 min replace the battery could have changed my whole experience with this company. Unfortunately, I will not be buying from them anymore.

All repairs were done by Friday. They even took care of the paperwork for Service Plan Company and received their payment from Warranty Co. On the way to a campground for the night and the tailpipe fell off and was flattened by traffic. I called them and they sent mechanic to my location with new pipe. This is why I go to Cummins. They're Professionals. Only complaint i have is I asked to have radiator hoses replaced and the mechanic thought they were still good so he didn't replace them. Now I'll worry they might go bad when out west. However that's the ONLY issue. Thanks Cummins Service Dept for a job well done.
