They not only fixed the truck, they worked with me to get it towed from 150 miles north of their location and repaired it in record time so that I could keep going with my travel trailer. The operations manager was in constant contact with me and let me know all along the way how things were going. He also provided all necessary documentation for a successful insurance claim. I'm so lucky, due to these guys, I was able to finish our trip and return home on time to meet other obligations. Sure, it costs some, but at least I got something done, unlike some of the dealerships I had taken this to along the trip who kept making up excuses for the issues and charging me for work that did not make a difference. I can't recommend Dsuban for custom U-Bolts. Recently ordered 8 custom u-bolts in 1/2" diameter…read morerod, bent to 2.5" with 9" leg lengths. According to their very detailed math on the website, these should have been returned bent from 22" rod with at least 4" of thread, or about 6" non-threaded rod with remaining length threaded on each leg. I received 8 u-bolts with 9.62" legs and 2.83" of threading. I had to call three times. Each time they refused to speak to me on the phone about the issue, continuing to tell me that "the big boss" needed to be involved and to wait for his call. I received no calls back, no explanation, and no help getting my rods re-bent. They left me completely dissatisfied and worried some others may get into a false sense of security because of their decent reviews. When it comes to custom jobs, despite my invoice clearly stating everything would be bent from 22" rod and therefore I'd have enough threading (at least about 3.5" on each leg), Dsuban decided to just drop me / ignore me. DIDN'T EVEN CALL BACK OR OFFER TO RE-BEND. *looks like they silently reversed the charge on my card. I've moved from one-star to two-stars after getting my money back, but my project is still delayed due to their not correcting their issue by rebending from the correct rod. Guess they can't keep specs correct on thier website.
