Hooked up and ready to go

We just purchased a No Boundaries 20.7 travel trailer with Beast Mode from Couch's RV Nation, and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Blaine was our salesman and made the process smooth, informative, and completely stress-free. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly sweet and welcoming--she immediately made us feel at ease when we arrived. Adrian handled our walk-through and was extremely thorough. Anything we pointed out or questioned, he made sure it was corrected or brought up to par before we left. "Papa" installed the hitch we brought with us (for a $160 fee), and it was worth every penny. We had never installed one before, and he had all the tools and knowledge we needed--plus, it was nice not being pressured to buy theirs. He made sure everything was perfect and refused to let us drive off until he knew we were 100% set and safe. Brian helped us with financing and was friendly, personable, and made the paperwork side of things easy and clear. No one was ever pushy throughout the process--it truly felt like everyone wanted us to be happy with our purchase. They even told us to call with any questions after we left. We were skeptical going in after reading some Yelp reviews, but we're so glad we gave them a chance. We saved thousands by buying from Couch's, and it was well worth the drive from South Alabama. Highly recommend!!

Great experience all around. Brandon was very responsive and answered any questions we had! Very friendly staff and a smooth process. Great prices , best around! Very nice set up when viewing camper as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Hello. So a few weeks ago I bought a motorhome from Buckeye RV. I drove it home to my house in…read morePennsylvania. There, I discovered several issues that I had to get resolved. After several attempts to resolve my issues, with no resolution, I became angry and frustrated. Apparently, I wasn't connecting the right person to get help my issues resolved. As a result, I wrote a review that was somewhat scathing. Since then, I was finally connected to one of the owners. He assured me that he would meet me halfway in any repairs that needed to be completed to make my motor home whole. Jim kept his word and sure enough helped me to make necessary repairs to the motorhome. I really appreciate what Jim has done for me and I have to say that upon thinking about it, it is only right and in all fairness to Buckeye that I amend my review. I think had I gotten to Jim in the first place, I probably wouldn't have had any issues, but since it took me so much time to get to him, I had gotten discouraged and somewhat disgruntled. Therefore, out of haste, came my review. As you can read, I have discovered that Buckeye truly does stand by the products they sale. I felt it only right to not only amend my review but to also personally thank Buckeye. Once I got to the right person to assist, all of my issues were resolved, and in a timely manner, within days. Once again, I want to thank Jim, Lori and Stacy for helping me to resolve the issues I had had and to see the error of my ways in that I was frustrated and made some hasty decisions. I can honestly say that this was a great learning experience for me and I hope, a great purchasing experience for everyone involved. Once again, thank you all at Buckeye RV for standing behind me when you didn't necessarily have to. Kudos, Hubert Henderson

I had specific details I was looking for and it was a waste of my time to go through all of them. He never came to check on us, we did find one we were interested in getting more information about. We went back in the show room no one to talk to a guy in a glass room waved, that was it. Their customer service lacks, this one will be crossed off the list. Word of advice check other dealerships even if it is a little bit of a drive!

Last night my wife and I decided to go look at RV'S at Colerain Family RV. I do appreciate the fact…read morethey are open till 8:00 PM. We arrived at the store about 5:45 and was greeted graciously by a very nice receptionist who then handed us over to Bernice Friedberg. We went to Bernice's office where she spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for in an RV. I told her I was a novice when it comes to RV'S and she made us both feel very comfortable and relaxed. While in her office we laughed and joked with each other as she was taking notes on what might interest us. We then went to the lot and looked at RV'S. It was evident Bernice was an experienced professional who really knew her stuff. We spent at least 90 minutes going through vehicles, talking and laughing together. Bernice did a great job building trust, thus building a solid relationship with both of us. Even though we told Bernice we were just looking and we might never purchase a vehicle, and frankly she might never see us again, she never flinched or acted like she was short on time. It was about 7:30 PM when we all hugged each other and said our good-bye's. I felt like I had made a new friend. Bernice and I even got our picture together!! I am Yelp Elite so this review with a picture will be on Yelp later today. Salespeople like Bernice are the face of a company. As stated, Colerain will receive a great Yelp Review because of our experience last night. Lastly, because of this experience, if I ever purchase an RV from anywhere, I will make sure I call Bernice first. If I find what I think might be a better deal somewhere else, I will give Bernice a chance to beat the deal. Colerain is lucky to have a salesperson like Bernice as she nailed customer service as well as it can be accomplished. We have already talked with three other people to tell them about our experience last night and we told them if they ever need an RV, go to Colerain Family RV...... we did say ask for Bernice.

Too many bad repairs. Too many- couldn't duplicate. Oh, and if you ask for paperwork on winterizing your beans new RV and they tell you they show you how the first time, and it's included, dont believe them. Double check to make sure your parts are in before going in for your repair appointment. Too many times ours weren't. Total waste of our time. Of course they deny everything. Glad I got the extended warranty from Jayco. Equally glad I did not get the service warranty from BlueCompass.

Holman Motors - Taped together repair

MAJOR WARNING regarding Holman Motors located in Batavia, Ohio…read more I bought my previous Ram 1500 from here as well as my current vehicle, a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. I absolutely loved my sales guy, Eddie, and I have only positive things to say about him and the sales side. I am incredibly bummed that I have to find a new salesperson because of this. However, after the recent service experience that I've had, I WILL NEVER do business at Holman's in any capacity EVER AGAIN. Their final words to me were, "I've run it up the chain of command, and their suggestion is to take your future business elsewhere." In November, my truck was just at 100,000 miles, and a "pigtail" / fuel injector harness went bad. I've always trusted Holman's mechanics fully to advise me, as this is not my area of expertise. The service advisor and their manager, that I was working with, tried to convince me to spend $6,000 or $8,000 to replace all of the fuel injectors and wiring harnesses / pigtails. I did a lot of research and talked to a ton of people, who ALL said that this does not sound right. I advised Holmans to repair the single pigtail / wiring harness and to retest fuel injector #5 after replacement, which they told me was bad and testing out of spec. After speaking to a trusted friend and mechanic, I advised Holmans to replace the 1 pigtail and that I would pick my truck up. I picked my truck up, and it sat in my driveway for a week and a half because I was afraid to drive it. I reached back out to my trusted mechanic friend who advised me to bring it to his shop in Goshen. An employee of his was very through in documenting the work that Holman performed, and that I paid $700 to have completed. IT LOOKED LIKE A BACK YARD MECHANIC HAD COMPELTED THESE REPAIRS FOR $100 OR SOMETHING. Furthermore, the repairs completed left a fried area of the pigtail that they didn't even cut back far enough and replace. Go ahead, take a look at the pictures and what I paid $700 for. It's abysmal! I called the Service Manager, Chris, and explained the situation. By the time he called me back, my step father had just passed away and I was not in the right mind to deal with it. He also told me, "I'm so sorry. Take as much time as you need and get back to me." Roughly a month or so later, I found some extra time in my schedule and walked into the Holman Service department and asked for Chris. He was busy, so I waited for him to free up. Chris stated that I "ghosted" them and refused to address any of the issues. I ended up having to get a little shitty with him, because he thought he could just talked down to me and blame this problem on me! I stood on the fact that they lied to me in a deceiving attempt to do massive and unnecessary repairs. He stood on the fact that I didn't bring the truck back to them to be fixed.... HOW COULD I DO THAT WHEN THEY MISLEAD ME AND I NO LONGER TRUSTED THEM to complete this repair?! I wanted to talk through this and get it resolved. Again, I tried to call Chris a couple of times but never got an answer. This morning I called in and the person who answered the phone transferred me to a Monica. I explained a brief synopsis of the issues and asked if they could over several free oil changes to remedy the issue. It seemed like a logical solution. I'd never had issues with them changing my oil, other than leaving it a mess and it getting all over my driveway every time afterwards. I explained to Monica that I live my sales guy there and prefer to do business at the dealerships close to my housese. I stated rhat i was open to shopping around other dealerships, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix their mistake before i did thag or wrote any reviews. Monica said again that she would "take this information and run it up the chain," and that, "it would probably take several hours to get a solution." In approximately 30 minutes, they reveled their true colors. If their mechanics do shoddy work, they don't stand behind it and blame it on the customer.

We were pleasantly impressed by no uncomfortable pressure and a clear bottom line price. We drove from out of state to purchase and had an informative and prepared salesman, had an informative walkthrough, a lesson on the new hitch and then a well prepared financial person to sign the final paperwork. Employees at the store were also friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend; the drive was worth it!
