    New Rig
    David H.

Eli and the Team were top notch when it came to the process. There are many RV Business that talk a big game when it comes to the deal. Buckeye RV had no hidden costs and were %100 up front on every aspect of the deal . And it gets better, Mike (The GENERAL). Will do the best walk through you could ask for. The techs are there to help, and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I drove over 300 miles to make this deal and it was worth the drive. I will be back when it's time to upgrade to a larger Rig. CHEERS too the crew at Buckeye RV. The Heideman's FT. Knox, Kentucky

From start to finish, Paul went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. **Paul - Salesman** Paul was fantastic. He listened carefully, answered all of our questions (no matter how detailed), and never made us feel rushed. His knowledge of the inventory and his friendly, patient approach made the whole buying process a pleasure. **The Whole Team** Everyone at Couch's RV was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. Whether it was answering quick phone calls, arranging a convenient pickup time, or simply sharing tips for getting the most out of our new RV, the staff consistently went the extra mile. **After The Sale** We had driven from Florida to Ohio to pick up our RV and when we got back home could not find the griddle that was included. Paul and the warranty team were responsive and ready to ship us the griddle without hesitation. **Bottom line** If we decide to change our RV in the future Couch's RV Nation will be the first place we check out and we hope Paul will still be there to help us out. If you're in the market for an RV and want a hassle‑free experience backed by knowledgeable, supportive people, look no further than Couch's RV. Highly recommended!

I purchased an RV over the phone in January after a LONG time looking. I settled on a 273RL. The…read morepurchase process was pretty smooth. The salesman was responsive, gave me a full video walkthrough and answered all of my questions. They even stored the until for me at no charge. It wasn't until I got the unit home (we live in Pittsburgh) that things went bad. As my wife and I were prepping the unit for our first trip, we noticed water leaking when we used the outside fridge. Come to find out it was due to a broken PVC pipe drain not only at the trap, but where it enters the belly of the RV. I called service and explained that I had just picked up the until a few days' prior and have this broken pipe. I was told to open a service ticket with a local dealer for repair. I had asked for a call back from the service manager to discuss reimbursement. They never called me back. A few days later we went on the planned trip. It wasn't until we got to the camp site that we discovered all GFCI outlets and the main AC unit were not functional. I again called the service department and asked for a solution. We discussed available options, which I wasn't happy with due to each requiring me to either pay out of pocket or drive the unit somewhere. I requested a call back from the service manager, which again, NEVER happened. I've yet to be contacted for any of the issues I've had. I'll admit, I was tough on the service tech I spoke with, but it's unacceptable for a unit I picked up only days prior (8 hours round trip) to have any issues at all. Bottom line, you'll probably be "OK" with the sales process, but I really hope you don't need service. From what I can see, it is non-existent.

Holman Motors - Taped together repair

MAJOR WARNING regarding Holman Motors located in Batavia, Ohio…read more I bought my previous Ram 1500 from here as well as my current vehicle, a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. I absolutely loved my sales guy, Eddie, and I have only positive things to say about him and the sales side. I am incredibly bummed that I have to find a new salesperson because of this. However, after the recent service experience that I've had, I WILL NEVER do business at Holman's in any capacity EVER AGAIN. Their final words to me were, "I've run it up the chain of command, and their suggestion is to take your future business elsewhere." In November, my truck was just at 100,000 miles, and a "pigtail" / fuel injector harness went bad. I've always trusted Holman's mechanics fully to advise me, as this is not my area of expertise. The service advisor and their manager, that I was working with, tried to convince me to spend $6,000 or $8,000 to replace all of the fuel injectors and wiring harnesses / pigtails. I did a lot of research and talked to a ton of people, who ALL said that this does not sound right. I advised Holmans to repair the single pigtail / wiring harness and to retest fuel injector #5 after replacement, which they told me was bad and testing out of spec. After speaking to a trusted friend and mechanic, I advised Holmans to replace the 1 pigtail and that I would pick my truck up. I picked my truck up, and it sat in my driveway for a week and a half because I was afraid to drive it. I reached back out to my trusted mechanic friend who advised me to bring it to his shop in Goshen. An employee of his was very through in documenting the work that Holman performed, and that I paid $700 to have completed. IT LOOKED LIKE A BACK YARD MECHANIC HAD COMPELTED THESE REPAIRS FOR $100 OR SOMETHING. Furthermore, the repairs completed left a fried area of the pigtail that they didn't even cut back far enough and replace. Go ahead, take a look at the pictures and what I paid $700 for. It's abysmal! I called the Service Manager, Chris, and explained the situation. By the time he called me back, my step father had just passed away and I was not in the right mind to deal with it. He also told me, "I'm so sorry. Take as much time as you need and get back to me." Roughly a month or so later, I found some extra time in my schedule and walked into the Holman Service department and asked for Chris. He was busy, so I waited for him to free up. Chris stated that I "ghosted" them and refused to address any of the issues. I ended up having to get a little shitty with him, because he thought he could just talked down to me and blame this problem on me! I stood on the fact that they lied to me in a deceiving attempt to do massive and unnecessary repairs. He stood on the fact that I didn't bring the truck back to them to be fixed.... HOW COULD I DO THAT WHEN THEY MISLEAD ME AND I NO LONGER TRUSTED THEM to complete this repair?! I wanted to talk through this and get it resolved. Again, I tried to call Chris a couple of times but never got an answer. This morning I called in and the person who answered the phone transferred me to a Monica. I explained a brief synopsis of the issues and asked if they could over several free oil changes to remedy the issue. It seemed like a logical solution. I'd never had issues with them changing my oil, other than leaving it a mess and it getting all over my driveway every time afterwards. I explained to Monica that I live my sales guy there and prefer to do business at the dealerships close to my housese. I stated rhat i was open to shopping around other dealerships, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix their mistake before i did thag or wrote any reviews. Monica said again that she would "take this information and run it up the chain," and that, "it would probably take several hours to get a solution." In approximately 30 minutes, they reveled their true colors. If their mechanics do shoddy work, they don't stand behind it and blame it on the customer.

We were pleasantly impressed by no uncomfortable pressure and a clear bottom line price. Employees at the store were also friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend; the drive was worth it!

We arrived at the store about 5:45 and was greeted graciously by a very nice receptionist who then handed us over to Bernice Friedberg. We went to Bernice's office where she spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for in an RV. I told her I was a novice when it comes to RV'S and she made us both feel very comfortable and relaxed. While in her office we laughed and joked with each other as she was taking notes on what might interest us. We then went to the lot and looked at RV'S. It was evident Bernice was an experienced professional who really knew her stuff. We spent at least 90 minutes going through vehicles, talking and laughing together. Bernice did a great job building trust, thus building a solid relationship with both of us. Even though we told Bernice we were just looking and we might never purchase a vehicle, and frankly she might never see us again, she never flinched or acted like she was short on time. It was about 7:30 PM when we all hugged each other and said our good-bye's. I felt like I had made a new friend. Bernice and I even got our picture together!! I am Yelp Elite so this review with a picture will be on Yelp later today. Salespeople like Bernice are the face of a company. As stated, Colerain will receive a great Yelp Review because of our experience last night. Lastly, because of this experience, if I ever purchase an RV from anywhere, I will make sure I call Bernice first. If I find what I think might be a better deal somewhere else, I will give Bernice a chance to beat the deal. Colerain is lucky to have a salesperson like Bernice as she nailed customer service as well as it can be accomplished. We have already talked with three other people to tell them about our experience last night and we told them if they ever need an RV, go to Colerain Family RV...... we did say ask for Bernice.

Double check to make sure your parts are in before going in for your repair appointment. Too many times ours weren't. Total waste of our time. Of course they deny everything.
