We went to purchase a travel trailer for work and we were met with lackluster interest from the sales person. No finance guy on Saturdays, so wanted us to travel back up to do the sale,even though we were from 3 hours away. Finally agreed to do things by mail. The trailer was delivered to the campground which is where our worksite is. Purchased brand new and here is what we have encountered: 1. Dirty inside and not cleaned as it was supposed to be before providing and it is brand new. 2. We had mentioned a seat issue that we were told would be fixed before delivery and it was not. 3. Frame around 1 window, inside is bent 4. Outside grill has 3 screws that are busted 5. The hot water does not work. We had emailed the finance person about our concerns for things and the sales person. He never responded. We called the sales person and he said he would check with service...who also do not work weekends and he never got back to us. We paid over 40,000 for poor service, lack of interest by their employees and shoddy quality. Do not buy from this place. They do not care and their product is faulty. Today we went to view some travel trailers upon entering a salesperson Joe greeted us. I tried to tell him what we were looking for and he walked us outside and said look in these three rows. I have an appointment in 5 minutes. I had specific details I was looking for and it was a waste of my time to go through all of them. He never came to check on us, we did find one we were interested in getting more information about. We went back in the show room no one to talk to a guy in a glass room waved, that was it. Hello. So a few weeks ago I bought a motorhome from Buckeye RV. I drove it home to my house in Pennsylvania. There, I discovered several issues that I had to get resolved. After several attempts to resolve my issues, with no resolution, I became angry and frustrated. Apparently, I wasn't connecting the right person to get help my issues resolved. As a result, I wrote a review that was somewhat scathing. Since then, I was finally connected to one of the owners. He assured me that he would meet me halfway in any repairs that needed to be completed to make my motor home whole. Jim kept his word and sure enough helped me to make necessary repairs to the motorhome. I really appreciate what Jim has done for me and I have to say that upon thinking about it, it is only right and in all fairness to Buckeye that I amend my review. I think had I gotten to Jim in the first place, I probably wouldn't have had any issues, but since it took me so much time to get to him, I had gotten discouraged and somewhat disgruntled. Therefore, out of haste, came my review. As you can read, I have discovered that Buckeye truly does stand by the products they sale. I felt it only right to not only amend my review but to also personally thank Buckeye. Once I got to the right person to assist, all of my issues were resolved, and in a timely manner, within days. Once again, I want to thank Jim, Lori and Stacy for helping me to resolve the issues I had had and to see the error of my ways in that I was frustrated and made some hasty decisions. I can honestly say that this was a great learning experience for me and I hope, a great purchasing experience for everyone involved. HEED MY ADVICE, BUY YOUR CAMPER ELSWHERE BUCKEYE RV IS WORSE THAN CAMPING WORLD. If I could give them zero stars I would. Buyers beware.....the sales team and selection are decent but that's where it takes a drastic turn. I should have known something was up when I picked up my new camper and they were to cheap to include a $.75 keeper for the tongue latch. I purchased a new 2025 Rockwood Geo Pro on June 24, 2025. The first week I had the camper my wife noticed the lights coming on randomly, along with the power pro turning on the water pump and water heaters (Without any water supply hooked up). When I called their service department I was Informed there is a known glitch with the power pro system, WHICH THEY NEVER MENTIONED DURING MY PURCHASE OR WALK THROUGH, BETTER YET NEVER FIXED BEFORE THEY SOLD ME THE CAMPER. The sales department also had some incorrect information and I had to resign all my paperwork and send it back to them which delayed me getting the proper paperwork for purchasing my tags. Needless to say I barely got tags in time to take a quick trip on Labor Day weekend (first weekend of September 2 months later). My wife and I had a miserable time due to the lights coming on multiple times while we were sleeping. Not too mention we couldn't get any hot water from either the electric or gas water heater. When I called them that following Tuesday the service lady informed me that they couldn't get me in until February of 2026. Wait what? I paid $30,000 for a defective camper and this is how they handle it? I should have read between the lines but the service lady called and said they could squeeze me in September 23 since I had 2 other camping trips planned. I drove 3 1/2 hours to drop off my camper and was told they will get it in the shop on Friday. When I called to ask what they found the following Thursday I was told they haven't had it in but it was going in Friday and it appears there is a ground recall that they hope will fix the issues. I called every week for four weeks only to be told "they haven't looked at it yet but it is going in tomorrow". Then on the fifth week, when I had given up hope I received a call that it was ready. So I took off another day at work and picked it up. When I got there they said they fixed the recalled ground and when I asked about the hot water issue they said it was never turned on at the valves (where you switch for winterizing). Wait what? Shouldn't that have been done during the preparation and better yet why did no one tell me where those valves where when I got my walk through???? Apparently I am supposed to guess I had to remove a panel and reach way under the bed to turn three valves on? Just wait it gets much worse, have I mentioned I would never buy another camper there yet??? After picking up our "new camper" AGAIN, we scheduled a weekend trip to enjoy our camper. Unfortunately I lost the top cover to the propane tanks while hauling it back home due to their tech not fastening it down correctly after servicing the camper and water heaters. Yeah I have a brand new camper that is missing the top lid for the propane covers . Well on the first night we made it to midnight before the lights came on randomly. I lost track of how many times it happened but the water heaters also turned on & off and continued to trip relays. Well when I called them to see about bringing it back down AGAIN I was told they couldn't fit me in until April of 2026. Wait what? I have a $30,000 new camper that has issues and they want me to wait almost one year from purchase to try and fix it for the second time????? I tried calling the salesman that sold us the camper and was told they would speak to the manager and see what they could do. I explained I would like to have this issues resolved before I lose another summer of camping, after all that is why we purchased this camper. I never received any calls from anyone from Buckeye RV and I strongly recommend everyone head my warning ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A COMPLETE JOKE. Don't fall for there "lifetime nationwide warranty", they will make you wait 3-6 months before you get in and will never resolve the issue. Well I called the Rock Wood manufacturer in Elkhart Indiana and luckily their service rep was very helpful. He sent me PDF of the issue, a long list of competent service departments closer to me, but more importantly reassured me any damage done will be covered by the rockwood warranty. I have a service date scheduled next week, with another camper sales place and they will receive all my business in the future. Remember DO NOT USE BUCKEYE RV, I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT WHEN YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR CAMPER SERVICED. Which I guarantee you will due to their incompetent staff that doesn't due their job when preparing the campers for customer delivery. This could have all been avoided if they would have checked the camper out before I drove 3 1/2 hrs to pick it up. read more

Stopped to just see if they had a certain Flagstaff we had been eye balling. They had the equivalent in a Rockford. Ashlee offered to show us the exact floor plan we wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable about the campers on the lot! She offered to show us a couple other Rockfords with similar features. It was hard to choose!!! We stuck with the first camper she showed us. We didn't come to buy but ended up doing so! She stayed late to finish the paperwork. Then stayed to let us do one more walk through. The free forever warranty is a great selling point! Price was cheaper than the Flagstaff we looked at last month at any other dealership. Both campers made in the same facility!
