Showed up, they walked me through what I wanted and how much it would cost, I left, there were done in 2-3 hours, I paid, that was it. Great experience. This last time was not. I dropped off my 2026 Acura Integra Type S (which had less than 800 miles on it) off, informed the guy I wasn't interested in paying so much like last time, ($640 for the step above basic tint) and was wondering if they could work with me on the price, they couldn't, oh well. And like the other times I drop my car off, they're done within 2-3 hours and I come to pick it up. The first thing I notice is the car was filthy, I dropped it off spotless, salt shot up the sides of the car like it was doing highway speeds. I go into pay, get my keys, come out to the car and start it up, Every light on the dash that could be on, was on. Not to mention my alcantara seats were dirty. So I drive off and immediately call them, they explain "this happens all the time just drive it." I drive it at all speeds for 30 mins and the lights still are on. I call them back again and explain, and tell them "this only happens when the battery is deep cycled". Long story short they let my cars battery die, and said they could reset the light, they had some guy from the shop drive my car (it's a 6 speed manual) trying to reset the light which didn't work. They explained it was completely normal for this to happen because they need the car on they just forgot to hook up a battery charger, so I had to take it to the dealer to have the battery "charged and reconditioned and have basic settings parameters set". The owner or whatever he was maintained complete deniability throughout this whole thing and stuck to the "this is completely normal it happens all the time" script.

When he got there, they looked at him and his car and had no interest. They said "Well, you're not 18 so we can't talk to you." Why didn't they ask him this when he made the appointment? He took it in to get a ceramic coating that has a 5 yr warranty-they have different tiers to choose from with different price points. It was shiny before but this is like liquid glass! The pics don't do it justice. The guys at Tint World are oober professional with your vehicle. They truly care about their name and reputation and their work shows it. They also put tint on his windows, the kind that doesn't let the sun rays burn your skin or ruin your interior. It has made a HUGE difference in the comfort level in the cab! And they also did the windshield with a uv tint and added a tinted strip across the top to help with sun glare. I can't get over the difference in the heat level in the cab and my arm doesn't burn anymore as it rests in the door. Totally worth it! Next we're going to have them add a front camera! They do many different upgrades, so if you want to add some love to your ride that is a factory looking job, go to Tint World.

At the completion call, the shop informed us they could not complete the full PPF as originally scheduled because they were struggling with the job - they were only able to accomplish the fenders. Instead, we were referred to another location to finish the remaining work. Nor did they complete the detailing package either. Unfortunately, the quality of the completed work was extremely disappointing. The fenders and window tint installation was filled with air bubbles, dust contamination, and noticeable misalignments. The interior detailing didn't look cleaned at all and felt more like a quick cover-up than a "professional" detailing service. For a service costing over $1k, the results were far below acceptable standards and simply not worth the price. We would highly encourage anyone to NOT invest your time & money at this location. Go down the road to the location on Ohio Pike - they are going to redo the entire product for us. The only positive aspect of the experience was the complimentary installation of our (self-purchased) screen protectors.. however, it was poorly done as well.. We would've done a better job.
