I finally received the item on January 24 and to my surprise, the manufacturer's instructions indicate it is NOT to be used in bathrooms (or any room near a water supply). On January 26, I mailed the item back with a note indicating that I have now spent over $20 on postage (both ways). I received another email noting that I would receive a credit for the return postage, but not the original postage cost. (I would never have ordered the item if the catalog did not have the wrong information!) To date, I have not received a credit for the item OR the return postage. And the cherry on the sundae: today I received another catalog with the same item on page 48 and the description is still incorrect. Hope others don't fall prey to this scam! They will not provide a tracking number. Their communication is poor (slow, redundant responses & poor grammar) and their phone number does not work. They will then claim payment has not been made and request that you contact your bank or send payment again. Finally, they will lock you out of your account (luckily I saved screenshots). The Zelle account will be from a "Sabrina Harmon" and the communication is managed by the alias "Jimmy Sebastian", who also happens to have reviewed his own business right here on Google. Note that most of the reviews are from individuals with Russian names. I am reporting this scam to a multitude of government & non-government agencies, companies and organizations. If you have already been defrauded, I suggest filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), your state's attorney general office, your local police department, Google, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
