I am from out of town and needed to get on the road the next day. He said the tech was leaving at 6 instead of 7 but I got there at 515 for a 530 appointment. He spoke with the supervisor so they took time to assess the issue. It was a nail in the tire and couldn't be patched. He also said they didn't carry my tire. Extremely disappointed and somewhat irritated, I left. I will say that the service person was very nice and tried to be helpful. He's the reason it is a 3 instead of a 1. There were clear communication issues that impacted me as a customer.

I am a Xavier student and live right off campus, so this was the most convenient place near me to take my car. It turned out that my car had a recall a few years back that messed with a sensor and that is what was causing it to fail. Glenn figured all of this out, was patient while I attempted to explain what was happening, and even was kind enough to call my step father and repeat everything he said to me to him (I wouldn't have remembered anything, as I said, I don't do cars). They confirmed everything was alright with my car after he had fixed the sensor issue, and he didn't even end up charging me! Maybe he just pitied my pack of knowledge.
