On feb 12 2025 i was heading to work when i hit a ice patch (the only ice on any of the roads) and…read moremy back end swung to the right hit that wall then i shot forward into the concrete divider. 2 other cars spun out by 6am. The 2nd officer was about to throw flairs out when the 3rd car spun out and the officer had to jump out of the way and the guy hit tge cruiser instead. At 645 truck was picked up an i specifically asked if i could get a ride so i can get my stuff out before it started to rain (passenger window was down and no way to wind up). The driver said we dont open till 9am. I said ok what if u just take me to the steet infront of the business and i can get my stuff out before it goes onto ur property? He says again we dont ooen till 9. Talk to the officer about getting off the interstate. Between 645-9an my truck was broken into. At 930 I call to make sure someone was there and found out my truck was broken into. Owner gave me her number and said she wasn't making a claim so she would "figure things out with me". 3 weeks and multiple calls and txt to the driver to relay my message to her since the number she gave me is no longer active. (About 1200 worth of stuff was stolen). There was a camra and u see the guy but no leads with the police and case was closed. Between the braken and the 1st 2 weeks i have have multiple txt and calls with the driver and he did explain the owner was sick then was dealing with family issues. Which I understand but "she" never reached herself and explain the situations that came up. I called and txt the driver multiple times since the truck was broken in to and he sent my messages out to her and he told me she would reach out. After a month I still haven't received any contact from her. Even with everything going on she still could have reached out and explain but she did/hasn't. Also just found out that SHE never gave the police the recording of the theft.

Every person I spoke to was so pleasant, patient and helpful. I received my car back in amazing condition. I was expecting my damages to be repaired and that's it. My vehicle was detailed!! Vacuumed, interior wiped down, my child's clothes that were left in the car were FOLDED All loose toys were collected and put in a bag for me. I even think the outside was cleaned as well. It looks brand NEW! The goodie bag was also such a thoughtful touch. I would 100% recommend this shop for anything you may need for your vehicle.!

Dan and his crew fixed the issue and the total including payimg the tow to them came to $800 and change. They were very supportive and even tried to get Hyundai to pay for it.
