From the time I walked through the to the time I left they were VERY friendly. They had Netflix for me to watch and they took their time to ensure they would end up with a quality outcome. Overall, I am very impressed by the quality of the job they did with my car. Since they took their time, the outcome was A++. The only thing that could've made my experience better would be if they had a way to process debit cards. For right now they are a cash only business. Besides that small convenience factor, I loved my whole time there! I would definitely refer people to go and get their tint done there! They did all the windows of my G6 for $150 with HIGH quality tint and give lifetime warranties! Couldn't ask for better (: I would also like to add that I observed my windows being washed INSIDE and OUT, not once, not twice but THREE times before the tint was applied. I noticed a review that was posted here that stated her tint was dirty, from my personal experience (see photos), that is far from the case. On top of cleaning my windows before application, they also cleaned them afterward. This is about 2 hours after the job has been completed, no bubbles, no dirt, nothing wrong with the tint at all. If a problem arises they told me that I could always come back and get it resolved. No questions asked.

Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.

I contacted a few furniture restoration shops in the Cincinnati area, but once I met with Joe Naiser, I knew he was the right man for the job. From his initial, detailed assessment of the pieces to his meticulous attention to detail during their restoration, I could tell that Joe knew his stuff. He went out of his way to explain the restoration process and gave me several opportunities to check on the progress of the work. He completely rebuilt the pieces, repairing dents, loose joints, cracks, and uneven doors and drawers. He was even able to match the stain color to my dining room table. The end result is far beyond what I expected, and the pieces are better than new! I made the right choice with Joe Naiser, and he will definitely have my future business!
