I had extremely high expectations for the entire process and I was not disappointed. Brad and Aaron walked me through the whole process, from giving me background to decide if this was something I wanted to do or not, to giving me samples of material and showing off some of their other cars so I could get an idea of what I was in for. They were incredibly accommodating even as I had to leave my car with them for an extra week since I was going out of town. The work was completed on time at an extremely high quality and I was thrilled with the result. Even after I received the car (and had paid in full) they continued to follow up and scheduled a check-in to make sure everything was still looking great. By the time the check-in came around I had driven about 1000 miles and had a little wear on the front sensors (model 3) and the water repellant nature of the coating had decayed quite a bit in some locations - potentially because I had driven the car so far right after the coating had been done. Brad took the car back in and fixed the sensor wear, had the surface coating of the car re-done and also touched up the chrome delete because he decided it could have been a little better - all at no cost. Cincy Vinyl Wraps fully delivered on-contract, but what really shows the quality of an organization is how they treat you after the bill has been settled. Manager was not at all helpful in providing time frame. 15 days later it was finally ready!!! (16 hours paint labor) When I went to pick it up, there were some areas that had not been adequately buffed. I was told to come back in 2 weeks. Manager was not at all accommodating, though I had arrived prior to the agreed upon time. "You will need to leave vehicle for a half day" - even though this should have been done with repairs. Additionally, the vehicle was riding rough and I received notice that replaced tire was very low. That new tire was extremely low and the other 3 tires had more than 50PSI! The new tire had an incorrect valve stem placed. If I could I would leave negative number review. When the business was Jerry Ernst, it was excellent. This company is ruining the reputation.
