To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. He went over everything with me in detail, discussing what I did and did not need. We discussed what my goal was (paint and chip protection, and window tinting) and he happily went over the options available. Never once did he upsell me, and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect. After almost a week my car was ready. But the weather was pretty bad. He warned me that he might keep my car until the weather cleared if there was any chance it would adversely affect the work that was done. I really respected this, and I was happy to follow his recommendations. When I did pick up my car, I was thrilled. In the end I had gone with paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint. Everything looked great and he was proud to show it to me. We went over everything in detail and it was important to him that I was happy. We are soon buying my wife a new car. On 6-15-2026 took my 2020 Ford Ranger to Ziebart on Beechmont Ave for sound deadener/rustproofing…read more I was told that this procedure/process would take 3-4 hrs. I chose to wait on my truck since it was my only mode of transportation. Aprox 40 minutes later I was informed that my truck was completed and it was being pulled around front for my inspection. I thought to myself that that seemed awfully fast since I was told it would take 3-4 hrs. I was told that we could make the payment transition while they pulled my trunk around to the front. I payed my bill which was $658.49. I than, along with the manager James, went outside to look over my truck. I immediately noticed that the rear inner fender wells had not been treated as I was advised it would be as that is a part of the work process/procedure. I pointed this out to manager James and he agreed with my assessment and immediately apologized to me and told me how embarrassing this was for him. James than went inside the store and the assistant manager Murph came outside to meet me at my truck. At this time I was opening the hood of my truck and discovered that this area had not been treated also. I than questioned as to whether any of work had been completed via the work processes/sop/diagrams, etc. Asst Mgr Murph apologized to me several times and also told me how embarrassing this was to him also. Murph said he and Mgr James would re-due my truck themselves and they again took my truck to the garage to re-due the soundproof/rustproofing. At this point I am questioning my decision to get any work from this Ziebart ,or recommend this Ziebart to anyone. Aprox one hour later I was told that my truck was done. James and Murph offered me a detail job and a free one year warranty touch up for the actions of their employee. I now am doubting if I got the services that I payed my hard earned money for. At this point I am wondering how many other vehicles got out of that garage without getting what they paid for.

Arrived at my scheduled appointment and was told that they didn't have a worker to do my install! They rescheduled another appointment and needed a non refundable in case I didn't show or came late? Wait didn't they just do that to me? I guess my time is less important... I arrived on time and they didn't send my car back until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They did a good job on the tint but it was a giant waste of time and the person working the desk was not competent. They seems to have issue with employees not coming to work or quitting which is not my problem but they sure made it mine. A person time is the most important thing they have and for me Solar Tint didn't respect mine. I did mention this to the manager but got manager I don't give a care speak... If you value your time and want to work with someone who has their act together look elsewhere.

Once you set up an appointment, you show up at the time they tell you to. They over-budget how long it's going to take, typically, from what I understand. They were done in about a half an hour with my car. Did a perfect job. Follow the instructions and you will not have any problems. One note though. There is a Fairfield location listed. That is no longer open. Would I go back? Definitely. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I had two front windows done on my small Ford SUV. The cost was $99 plus tax. Using my 10% Yelp coupon, it was just over $90. Not bad for both windows.
