To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. He took it in to get a ceramic coating that has a 5 yr warranty-they have different tiers to choose from with different price points. It was shiny before but this is like liquid glass! The pics don't do it justice. The guys at Tint World are oober professional with your vehicle. They truly care about their name and reputation and their work shows it. They also put tint on his windows, the kind that doesn't let the sun rays burn your skin or ruin your interior. It has made a HUGE difference in the comfort level in the cab! And they also did the windshield with a uv tint and added a tinted strip across the top to help with sun glare. I can't get over the difference in the heat level in the cab and my arm doesn't burn anymore as it rests in the door. Totally worth it! Next we're going to have them add a front camera! At the completion call, the shop informed us they could not complete the full PPF as originally scheduled because they were struggling with the job - they were only able to accomplish the fenders. Instead, we were referred to another location to finish the remaining work. Nor did they complete the detailing package either. Unfortunately, the quality of the completed work was extremely disappointing. The fenders and window tint installation was filled with air bubbles, dust contamination, and noticeable misalignments. The interior detailing didn't look cleaned at all and felt more like a quick cover-up than a "professional" detailing service. For a service costing over $1k, the results were far below acceptable standards and simply not worth the price. We would highly encourage anyone to NOT invest your time & money at this location. Go down the road to the location on Ohio Pike - they are going to redo the entire product for us. The only positive aspect of the experience was the complimentary installation of our (self-purchased) screen protectors.. however, it was poorly done as well.. We would've done a better job.

I went here around noon to look at the place, meet the owner and ask few more questions. Ryan is very nice and patient in show me everything. I was able to get the appointment on the same day in the afternoon. Ryan did majority of the work, later his father came back also helped on the back window. I wait there, they have a nice waiting room with TV and drink and also some free gift fro solarFx. They use SolarFx, i eventually go with 20% ceramic film. Their price is also reasonable. Ryan finished the job in about one and half hour. Looks great! He also spend time to explain and give me some reminder. I felt the money is well spent. They broke a piece on the door and told me it was like that when they got the car? And back to today. Bought a new car, looked for local tint shops, found these guys through Pro Ceramics site, contacted them on social media. They were super nice regarding all my questions and tint desires for the new Honda. Timing issues with me being able to drop off at 8a. They suggested dropping the car off the day before and they'd pull in to bay to keep indoors overnight. How thoughtful so I took advantage of this offer. When dropping the car off, they went over everything about percentages of tint, how it blocks the damaging rays of the sun and all the perks. Go to pick up car, ceramic tint looks stunning. Seriously, it's impressive. The lines that are currently visible are all perfect. They get this by using a laser cutter of some sort. Since I can't put the windows down for a few days, I'll update again with pictures of how clean the roll down window tops gaps are. At this point, I'd expect them to be perfection as well. Choosing Ceramic Pro gives me a lifetime warranty that goes with the car just in case I happen to sell. The folks working here are super friendly and don't mind you asking them a bunch of questions. I asked for a wider visor tint to match the factory mirror and they took care of me. They also do paint protective film and ceramic coatings. Go support these local folks.
