Several people recommended Reber so we decided to go back there. Mr. Reber was helpful and polite. He got us right in and had my car finished and back to me on the day promised. What more could I ask: a business that honors their word and does good work. If our cars need body work again, I won't have to ask where to take them.. We will go back to Reber Auto Body.

Tried to talk to the supposed Manager and he was a total joke and shouldn't be running a place like that. Now I will have to take them to small claims court and deal with all that headache in order to try and get my money back. In my opinion do not have any work done there or you want be happy.

Insurance company sent someone out appraised it and cut a check the day it was dropped off. I called the next Monday to make sure it would be done. Again, I was told it would be done. that Wednesday I called and was told that it would be done Thursday and that the headlight was on back order and they just assumed it would be there. when I picked the car up, the fender was misaligned and they said it was a quick fix and remained it worse and the headlight is still broken. They took payment and told the insurance company (through email because they wouldn't answer the phone for multiple days) the car was fixed. They gave me a recommendation for a towing company to bring my car to their shop. They allowed me to leave my rental car there and they contacted Enterprise so that it could get picked up. They gave me a breakdown of everything that they did on my car. One of their mechanics went to look at the car with me to make sure that I understood everything and felt comfortable before I left. They vacuumed and cleaned my car that had not been touched since the accident. Before dropping my car off, I was too anxious to even get in my car. I was so appreciative of them taking that step to make sure that it looked great when I drove it for the first time in two months. The repairs were covered by insurance so I can't really speak to the price. However, in the past I never felt that they were overcharging. Overall, working with them was so stress free.
