He took it in to get a ceramic coating that has a 5 yr warranty-they have different tiers to choose from with different price points. It was shiny before but this is like liquid glass! The pics don't do it justice. The guys at Tint World are oober professional with your vehicle. They truly care about their name and reputation and their work shows it. They also put tint on his windows, the kind that doesn't let the sun rays burn your skin or ruin your interior. It has made a HUGE difference in the comfort level in the cab! And they also did the windshield with a uv tint and added a tinted strip across the top to help with sun glare. I can't get over the difference in the heat level in the cab and my arm doesn't burn anymore as it rests in the door. Totally worth it! Next we're going to have them add a front camera! They do many different upgrades, so if you want to add some love to your ride that is a factory looking job, go to Tint World.

At the completion call, the shop informed us they could not complete the full PPF as originally scheduled because they were struggling with the job - they were only able to accomplish the fenders. Instead, we were referred to another location to finish the remaining work. Nor did they complete the detailing package either. Unfortunately, the quality of the completed work was extremely disappointing. The fenders and window tint installation was filled with air bubbles, dust contamination, and noticeable misalignments. The interior detailing didn't look cleaned at all and felt more like a quick cover-up than a "professional" detailing service. For a service costing over $1k, the results were far below acceptable standards and simply not worth the price. We would highly encourage anyone to NOT invest your time & money at this location. Go down the road to the location on Ohio Pike - they are going to redo the entire product for us. The only positive aspect of the experience was the complimentary installation of our (self-purchased) screen protectors.. however, it was poorly done as well.. We would've done a better job.

What I especially love about their service is that they come and pick up my car, take it to their shop, and then bring it back all sparkly, clean and smelling amazing. I have literally been to all 3 of his locations, from Affinity to both Colerain locations. Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.

I had to take it to small claims court and the business countersuit me for a whopping 35K. This is personal now. This is not a business I would recommend. Don't pay anything upfront of you chose to do business with this organization. My repairs once completion should be around 975.00. This has been extremely stressful to myself and family. I am a disabled veteran and I am having separation anxiety. I use this car for business and pleasure. My car is rotting sitting in the same spot for months. Today is 8.28.23. I supplied 99% of the parts and my car was promised to be completed in 1 week. You are taking a chance if you do business with this shop. Good luck!
