I loved getting pictures and explanations of the different checks that they did on the car. I have never had that happen before when going to a dealership. I think that's one of the reasons it tends to be hard to trust service places is because you always feel that since you aren't an expert they could always be taking advantage of you, but when you get something like that sent to you, it eliminates that and becomes so much easier to trust! Plus Alex was friendly and provided great updates and customer service!

I would not recommend this shop. I brought my BMW in for a cooling system flush and a transmission…read moreflush. I was quoted one price, but when I dropped off the car, I was told the transmission service would cost more than double. When I picked it up, the cooling system flush had also doubled in price because they said my car required "special fluid." They later called to ask if I was satisfied. I explained that I was not and pointed out that the work order simply listed a green-fluid flush. They said they would call me back, but several weeks have passed with no follow-up. After checking the car, I found milky green coolant and the reservoir was not even filled to the proper level. My BMW requires red, pink, or orange coolant. Based on what I observed, I was charged for specialized service that does not appear to have been performed correctly. Disappointing communication, unexpected price increases, and serious concerns about the quality of the work.
