This shop was scheduled to look at my teen's vehicle tire (12/2017) which had stripped lug nuts and needed fixed to be safe to drive again. I called ahead to be sure someone would be available to look at it and the man said they would. When I got there there was a truck being worked on and I was told it would be in "just a minute" before they'd get a chance to look at it. Long story short, they hemmed and hawed around, wasted my time, and ultimately never even looked at my vehicle after 90 minutes! This is not how a professional business is run. Roof's Garage has done work on my cars, my daughter's car and my granddaughter's car for years. I have always been happy with their work. I have a 1998 Dodge Intrepid with 383,000 miles on it and a 1996 Lincoln Town Car with 163,000 miles. Both have been kept running like new. Roof's recently installed cam and crank sensors on my Dodge Intrepid because of a check engine light and the engine was stalling. That fixed the problem. The only issue is that they are so good they are always busy. John Jr., the owner, always takes the time to explain what the problem was and what they did to fix it.
