My aunt drove over a tire and it pulled off her plastic wheel well cover. She was able to pick it up intact but it had pulled the corner of the bumper of as well .The manager was nice enough to put it on at no charge while we waited It wasn't a huge job but when you don't have a lift it's a pain. I didn't get the managers name but I am very thankful. I was more worried about being overcharged in this day and age than not charged and was happy for the unexpected favor. Thanks again. read more

We were on our way to work and we noticed air was low on a tire- then we seen it was going flat- I was a few building down from Midas - we drove over there and the manager Don looked at my tire and it was dry rotted- he looked at the others and only one tire was good- we knew we would need tires soon but we didn't realize how bad they were- so we got a great deal on a new set of tires and Don had us in and out of there in 45 minutes- we wish we could give them more stars!! About three weeks to a month ago I brought my car in to check my brakes. They didn't bother to even look. The guy, Jim I believe his name was, told me nothing was wrong with them. I knew that was complete B.S.. When I brought my car home the first thing I checked was the brake fluid, practically nothing. Popped off my tires and replaced my brake pads myself because they were down to nothing, even began to grind. Friendly service. Desperately needed an oil change because I do alot of driving. Although they had no available appointments, they were able to get me worked in rather quickly and get everything taken care of. I am a single mom that works 2 jobs so I do not have a lot of free time . I have been coming to this shop for several years for oil changes and general car work, I've always been well served. Friendly service. Today I found how helpful the gentleman at this location are. I had called yesterday for tires was given a good estimate. I was to bring my car in today to have it worked on. Due to a family emergency I was not able to drop the car off and wait for it. They offered to take me to my aunts house where I needed to be while they were working on the car and come back and get me when I was ready to be picked up. This was a service that was freely offered and very much appreciated. I needed the tires to get through the forecasted snow storm that was to come and without this help I would not of been able to get that done. It's the little things that make a big difference. First time visiting today, I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The man at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and seemed very honest. I chose to stay in the waiting area during operation. It did take 30 minutes however for the price seemed well worth it. I was given a checklist of what was done and what may need to be fixed in the future. Employees did not force anything on me however made suggestions about my car. I will definitely return in the future! read more
