When I think about honesty and integrity, this is the company I will always deal. They will check and fill your tires for free. This morning as I pulled out of my driveway the tire pressure on my right front tire was incredibly low. I stopped to have them add air and check it. There was a screw in it. Made an online appointment today to have a slow leak or flat fixed. They found a screw in the tire and patched it for free. So nice to visit a repair shop who uphold the appointment time and also texts you as your car moves into a bay or is being worked on and finally when finished. The employees were also cordial. Total opposite of tire discounters who are overbooked and don't understand customer service. I have had issues at multiple locations in the past so I moved to Costco for tires. Discount Tire is my new place in Cincy. I sent my daughter there in Michigan a few years back and she received great service as well. read more

Horrible service. I had a single tire that needed mounted. Was given a 2:11pm completion time. Called and not done. They told me there were 15 customers ahead of me. How is that possible when the tire was there at 9:35am? They said they would slip it in if someone has a flat repair. Just horrible service. I will not use this place again. read more

Came in for a balance and rotation. Watched from inside the waiting room once the car went in the garage and they certainly did not rotate at least 2 of the wheels b/c it was lifted only on one side (they used jack on one side, not a whole car lift). I couldn't see if they did any balancing. Asked the young mechanic when he handed my keys back about it and his answer was very vague/generic. Don't pay for lifetime balance from Discount Tire. Why would they not give a printout on balance results/changes made? read more

Ordered new rim and tires for my truck. George did an excellent job walking me through the details and things went exactly as planned. He took the extra time to come out and measure my truck himself and even laid on his back to measure my spare when the asphalt must have been 140 degrees. Great job all around. read more

I went in for a tire rotation and balance (which is free by the way) and they noticed that one of my lug nuts wasn't doing well so they went ahead and replaced it for me with a new one. Called them up on Wednesday afternoon to see if they could mount a new set of wheels for me, took them right over and expected them to be done within a few hours. The worker, Matthew, was pleasant and friendly, knew what he was talking about. He got me all set up and helped me unload everything. They called me less than an hour later and told me it was done, everything looked and came out great, staff went above and beyond by loading my old wheels into the car for me. I walked into this place, simply because I have used it in another state. Nathan, the write up man, looked up my previous sales and quickly evaluated my situation, and I felt he was truthful, and honest to me about what he had found. Prices are as good if not better than competitors. Service is amazing. I don't know that I've had better more efficient more friendly service at any place let alone a tire store. These guys are the real deal, Steven took very good care of me when I was installing new snow tires on my Lexus LS430. I had some balancing issues due to the weights coming off and the discount tire team was willing to road force rebalance my wheels twice in order to get it just right. It's just a true shop, right? Yes, BUT the customer service was so amazing. I had my baby with me and the associate at the front desk opened the door for me and helped me get inside. All I was getting was a new tire, we had gotten a 3 inch long piece of metal in our tire and we couldn't get it patched. Discount tire ordered the replacement and got it within the week, they lacked in a sense of calling us with updates, but I really don't care because of the service they gave at this location. Once they changed out the tire they even put the spare back in the compartment and organized all of the tools (in order to change the tire) back into the box, putting it all away neatly. I am so blown away by the extra step they took to take care of me and how quickly they got it done. I hope whoever else goes, that they get the same experience. read more

Brought my car here a couple months ago to swap out my summer and winter set. I was very pleased up until today. I went to change out my tires and noticed a nail in one of them. Apparently they marked it on the tire but never bothered to tell me. Not knowing better, I figured it was just some indecipherable scribble since it was right next to their other tire markings. The tire might need to be replaced and had I known I would have had it taken care of sooner. I'm disappointed..and quite frankly, a little pissed.. Great customer service and all around hands down the best experience anyone could get

I had a strong shimmy in my steering wheel and my car shook when accelerating. I took it to a local mechanic shop and had it checked out, turns out my tire was severely damaged to the point that the tire's threading was exposed, and the mechanic said it was likely ready to explode. He didn't want me to drive home on it, so he called Discount Tire, made sure they had what I needed and I went to get it done. When I arrived, it was a few minutes before closing but I really didn't want to drive home on it, and didn't have a backup ride. I asked if it could be done today, despite it being nearly closing time, and Nathan said he could do it if I stuck around. I'm not the kind of person that typically waltzes in to stores or service centers at the last minute and requests things be done the same day. But this time was relatively urgent. I could tell he would rather have done it the next day, understandably so, and I felt badly for asking, but he still got my vehicle's tires changed in about 15 minutes, and had me out the door. I've never had an issue with discount tires regardless of the location (mostly been to ones in Texas). Also have to say their online portal for appointment setting is pretty useful. My husband had new tires put on his van, but after having trouble with the ride and a shimmy we went back after the usual time given to return. We were met with kind courteous service offering us a complete tire change, which we did! Upgrading the tire. The slight cost difference was minor.
