Best tire shop in town. They finished a road hazard warranty job for a nail in 1.5 hrs and that's with a rotation.

Had a nail in my tire, FREE tire repair. Free tire rotation. I'm confused lol. Very nice employees all around, with smiles and all. Best car experience I have ever had. Ask for George! read more

When I think about honesty and integrity, this is the company I will always deal. They will check and fill your tires for free. This morning as I pulled out of my driveway the tire pressure on my right front tire was incredibly low. I stopped to have them add air and check it. There was a screw in it. They took me right away and fixed my tire for free. If I had needed a tire, they would've put my spare on and ordered the one I needed. Service honesty, and integrity. So needed in today's world! Thank you so much discount tire! read more

Discount Tire is always a pleasure to deal with. Evan was great in helping me replace tires that my husband had to buy while on vacation in SC after I previously purchased the Refund/Replacement Certificate. Thanks for standing behind your extra warranty and providing good customer service. read more

Very good service and prompt. I purchased my tires from this location and the price was reasonable. The services you receive for tires you purchase go beyond expectations. It includes checking air in tires, fixing flats as well as rotation and balance. I walked in for a tire issue and it was fixed as well as receiving a rotation and balance and given a time for completion and they beat it. I see why they are so busy with customers. Keep it up as you will always have my business. read more

Very good service and don't feel like they are ripping you off. They offer a service for a reasonable price. read more

Made an online appointment today to have a slow leak or flat fixed. They found a screw in the tire and patched it for free. So nice to visit a repair shop who uphold the appointment time and also texts you as your car moves into a bay or is being worked on and finally when finished. The employees were also cordial. Total opposite of tire discounters who are overbooked and don't understand customer service. I have had issues at multiple locations in the past so I moved to Costco for tires. Discount Tire is my new place in Cincy. I sent my daughter there in Michigan a few years back and she received great service as well. read more

Great Service, Great Products and Great Prices. They have alot of tires on their online site than they have in the store. Veteran friendly!!

George could not have been nicer! We're on the road on vacation when a light starts flashing on the dash. No appointment, and worried goofing up our schedule! George checked our sensors and tire pressure, reconnected the sensors with our cars computer and sent us on our way. 10 minutes, no charge. value of peace of mind while driving cross country? Priceless! Thanks George and discount tire! read more

Horrible service. I had a single tire that needed mounted. Was given a 2:11pm completion time. Called and not done. They told me there were 15 customers ahead of me. How is that possible when the tire was there at 9:35am? They said they would slip it in if someone has a flat repair. Just horrible service. I will not use this place again. read more

Best tire store, I've used. Purchased and scheduled online. In and out, easy peasy. (save $$) Military Discount as well. Great staff (Dylan, George and the wrenchmen). Keep it up guys. Two vehicles so far. Watched a lady come in w/kids, bad tires, not much money. They helped her out. (I couldn't live w/myself if I let her leave with those tires) Per: Manager We need more like this IMO read more

Came in for a balance and rotation. Watched from inside the waiting room once the car went in the garage and they certainly did not rotate at least 2 of the wheels b/c it was lifted only on one side (they used jack on one side, not a whole car lift). I couldn't see if they did any balancing. Asked the young mechanic when he handed my keys back about it and his answer was very vague/generic. Don't pay for lifetime balance from Discount Tire. Why would they not give a printout on balance results/changes made? read more

Terrible service very rude tire discounters is much better they lie and do not offer alignment with purchase of 4 tires that cost 80.00

Called them up on Wednesday afternoon to see if they could mount a new set of wheels for me, took them right over and expected them to be done within a few hours. The worker, Matthew, was pleasant and friendly, knew what he was talking about. He got me all set up and helped me unload everything. They called me less than an hour later and told me it was done, everything looked and came out great, staff went above and beyond by loading my old wheels into the car for me. I will definitely be coming back here for any tire needs in the future! read more

I went in for a tire rotation and balance (which is free by the way) and they noticed that one of my lug nuts wasn't doing well so they went ahead and replaced it for me with a new one. Also for free! They even obliged with my request to see it for myself so I could ensure nothing was amiss. read more

READ THIS! These guys are so professional and courteous. If you need a set or just one tire, your at the right place. Bought the tire warranty and had picked up a screw in the sidewall. Handled everything perfect! Got a $300 tire under warranty! Thanks guys you rock. So thankful! read more

Not sure where my invoice number is, but I just had to say that my experience at discount tire is absolutely unmatched. I only stumbled upon the place after a recommendation from a friend and I have truly never been disappointed. *!Bryce!*at the Beechmont location was outrageously helpful and pleasant over the phone and made the entire process a breeze. I seriously cannot put into words how easily understandable and enjoyable he made the whole experience. All of the employees are delightfully friendly and charismatic, and I trust them wholeheartedly with my car. Will be returning whenever I have any car troubles and recommending this place to every single person I know. Just a great company through and through. -Derek R read more

I cannot say enough about the friendliness and eagerness to help from discount tire. They have competitive prices and will literally match anyone's price. They do not try and upsell and make sure the customers happy every time. I have gotten four sets of tires from discount tire in Cincinnati and are pleased with everyone of them. read more

I walked into this place, simply because I have used it in another state. Nathan, the write up man, looked up my previous sales and quickly evaluated my situation, and I felt he was truthful, and honest to me about what he had found. Because I had used the service in another state a number of times he offered me a family and friends discount and I was out of there in 45 minutes with a set of four new tires that were balanced and perfect. The technicians were extremely nice friendly thorough and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend the service write up man in this location if you're looking for friendly and helpful help with your tire needs read more

Prices are as good if not better than competitors. Service is amazing. I don't know that I've had better more efficient more friendly service at any place let alone a tire store. I don't think anybody really wants to spend money on tires... Not the flashiest thing but inevitable. When you do have to do it, this business, does it right and makes you feel appreciated. read more

Amy was really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store was able to get me scheduled in one business day and my tire fixed in less than an hour. And nobody tried to upsell me on anything :) read more

These guys are the real deal, Steven took very good care of me when I was installing new snow tires on my Lexus LS430. I had some balancing issues due to the weights coming off and the discount tire team was willing to road force rebalance my wheels twice in order to get it just right. I've even had experiences in the past where they recommended against changing to new tires since they thought my tread was still adequate and advised I save my money. All in all trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend em. read more

Great staff, super knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Mark was especially helpfully.

This makes the third set of tires I've bought here. They always do a good job and their pricing is competitive. Usually in and out in less than 30 minutes. read more

It's just a true shop, right? Yes, BUT the customer service was so amazing. I had my baby with me and the associate at the front desk opened the door for me and helped me get inside. All I was getting was a new tire, we had gotten a 3 inch long piece of metal in our tire and we couldn't get it patched. Discount tire ordered the replacement and got it within the week, they lacked in a sense of calling us with updates, but I really don't care because of the service they gave at this location. Once they changed out the tire they even put the spare back in the compartment and organized all of the tools (in order to change the tire) back into the box, putting it all away neatly. I am so blown away by the extra step they took to take care of me and how quickly they got it done. I hope whoever else goes, that they get the same experience. read more

Had a flat tire this morning. Got my car to Discount Tire, and Ethan took care of me. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Most of all, they fixed my tire for FREE with a smile. I have great confidence in this location, and will definitely be back for more great service. They're there when I need them! Thanks, Ethan! read more

Brought my car here a couple months ago to swap out my summer and winter set. I was very pleased up until today. I went to change out my tires and noticed a nail in one of them. Apparently they marked it on the tire but never bothered to tell me. Not knowing better, I figured it was just some indecipherable scribble since it was right next to their other tire markings. The tire might need to be replaced and had I known I would have had it taken care of sooner. I'm disappointed..and quite frankly, a little pissed.. Aside from that communication failure, I was pretty happy with the service but this definitely put a damper on my overall experience.. read more

I had a nail in one of my tires so I stopped by tire discounters and they told me they couldn't help me they were too busy. They did put more air in the tire so i could get to the great place. Discount tire. I was taken right away i was up-sold a premium set of tire but I had kind of decided on my own what u wanted. Not to pushy to I had them install 4 tires. Quick service was out in a z1/2 hour. Wow. read more

They fixed my flat for free! Amazing service! I will def come back for service and to buy tires from them. Such an awesome experience! Thank you. read more

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Apparently some personnel called in sick so the wait was a bit long for having an appointment, but the manager made it up to me with free custom lug nut caps. I drove from Lexington to Cincinnati and will go back again since this is the best roadside coverage there is for tire protection, and since I have been a customer with this chain in LA, Denver and now here for the past 20 years. read more

Great customer service and all around hands down the best experience anyone could get

I had a strong shimmy in my steering wheel and my car shook when accelerating. I took it to a local mechanic shop and had it checked out, turns out my tire was severely damaged to the point that the tire's threading was exposed, and the mechanic said it was likely ready to explode. He didn't want me to drive home on it, so he called Discount Tire, made sure they had what I needed and I went to get it done. When I arrived, it was a few minutes before closing but I really didn't want to drive home on it, and didn't have a backup ride. I asked if it could be done today, despite it being nearly closing time, and Nathan said he could do it if I stuck around. I'm not the kind of person that typically waltzes in to stores or service centers at the last minute and requests things be done the same day. But this time was relatively urgent. I could tell he would rather have done it the next day, understandably so, and I felt badly for asking, but he still got my vehicle's tires changed in about 15 minutes, and had me out the door. Nothing but positive remarks about this location and the staff. read more

I love this place! The best customer service. These guys are true professionals.

Dakota here at discount tires on Ohio pike is hands down the best tire guy I've met. I've always shopped at discount tires even when I am out of state but the customer service that this man has shown me while I have been here is outstanding. I came in a hot mess, my tire blew while I was driving down the highway. And he was able to calm me down and helped me as much as he possibly could. Hands down it was the best experience I've ever had at a discount tires and I will only be using this store from now on read more

Had tire rotations and balancing done on both my vehicles, a Kia and a Jeep with 35s. Great job on both, fast service. They even cleaned the tires! I've never had an issue with discount tires regardless of the location (mostly been to ones in Texas). Also have to say their online portal for appointment setting is pretty useful. Never have to wait long. I won't need tires for a while but will be back when I do. read more

My husband had new tires put on his van, but after having trouble with the ride and a shimmy we went back after the usual time given to return. We were met with kind courteous service offering us a complete tire change, which we did! Upgrading the tire. The slight cost difference was minor. This company has GREAT service does it in a timely manner. Will do business with them again. read more

Amazing service! I had a leaky valve on my tire. They fixed it and did not charge me a dime. I even insisted on paying but they would not accept it. I'm now a loyal customer! read more

I went in to get a tire that had a slow leak looked at. They took me in with no appointment and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They removed a piece of metal that was in my tire for no charge.
