Because my VW Tiguan took six quarts of oil I ended up paying $75.83 for this bumper to bumper service. I have no problem with the quality of the service, but I do have a problem with the deceptive nature of the coupon. No where on the coupon does it state a limit of quarts or coupon is only good for up to five quarts. This reeks of "bait and switch" and they should make the language on their coupon state it is only good for five quarts.

When I finally got my car back, there was somehow a brand-new issue with it, so I had to immediately take it back. My speedometer wasn't working, and I'm not sure what happened or how that was missed, especially after a bill that was thousands of dollars. That experience was balanced out, though, because they were able to finally fix a years-old problem with my brakes that no other repair shop could figure out. I had spent so much time and money trying to get it fixed, and the people here solved it in one visit! I also got a full set of new tires here, and they offer a free service where they'll rotate your tires every six months, which helps extend the life of your tires. Basically, expect a long wait because they are very busy, but they generally take good care of your car. The people here are experienced and clearly know what they're doing.
