The next time I reached out to try to receive an estimate on 2 tires, JOHN ordered them for but told me I HAD to find a ride home because I could not wait I the shop. He attempted to call me a few times about the tires, but I HAD to go someplace where I could get them done immediately AND be able to wait. I phoned back about a WK later to inquire about a transmission and I was CURSED OUT by JOHN because I didn't have a way to drop off MY CAR and leave. Not only did they take good care of me, they also let me know what might need to be done soon and what could be put off a little while. In my case, I needed a timing belt done on my Honda Civic. In the 2005 model, it's a good idea to get the water pump done and save on labor costs later and they also replaced instead of just inspected some of the internals where most places try to cut end costs to the customer there. In the end, their price was more than fair as compared to several other local options. Needless to say, I'll use their services again.
