You read that right. They choose the slowest shipping option and made me wait that long.. I recored the tech in the drive saying that the slipping was normal for a new flywheel....they will lie. They will decieve. They will judge you on appearance. They left my car with 3 miles of gas and the first time they swapped my transmission my interior piece was still hanging off. They are a nightmare to go to and this was all WARRANTY WORK for my maxcare carmax warranty. They should've never got my business. Be like me, stay smart and avoid scummy business like these!!!
