I was quoted one price, but when I dropped off the car, I was told the transmission service would cost more than double. When I picked it up, the cooling system flush had also doubled in price because they said my car required "special fluid." They later called to ask if I was satisfied. I explained that I was not and pointed out that the work order simply listed a green-fluid flush. They said they would call me back, but several weeks have passed with no follow-up. After checking the car, I found milky green coolant and the reservoir was not even filled to the proper level. My BMW requires red, pink, or orange coolant. Based on what I observed, I was charged for specialized service that does not appear to have been performed correctly. Disappointing communication, unexpected price increases, and serious concerns about the quality of the work.
