These guys almost made me cry and restored a tiny bit of my faith in humanity. Car has 50k miles and brakes were squeaking bad. So I expected to spend $393 on pads and rotors. They called and said it was just a leaf all taken care of no charge. Just a leaf. Dang. Thank you guys. read more

Bought a set of 60,000 tires that only last 35,000 and their shot. Desk guy just said "you put 30,000 miels on them" like that was good

I started buying all my tires from Chip in the early 90's on Wooster Pike and have had great experiences before now. The ad said free oil change and $100 rebate if using their credit card and I signed up. I was purchasing new tires for both of my vehicles and they confirmed that I would get a $100 rebate on both. I asked that the free oil change be done during the installation. When I picked up my cars they did not change the oil and said that I would have to bring both back to for the oil change. I asked for the rebate form and they said they did not have it and the only way to get the rebate was online. I left for vacation on my new tires and when I came back and went online I found out that I missed the deadline that was 4 days after my purchase. They never told me I only had 4 days. I emailed Tire Discounters and a woman called and told me that the rebate was from the credit card company and not Tire Discounters and she would forward my concern to someone at Tire Discounters. I called the credit card company (Their rate is 33% and if you are late it jumps to almost 40%. I think loan sharks are cheaper). The credit card company said that I missed the date and offer was no longer valid. A few day later I got a call from Dave and explained about the issue with both the oil change and rebate. He said he would get back to me. He called back a few hours later and said that instead of the $75 they would give me 2 free oil changes. I told him that the rebate was for $200 and I already have 2 free oil changes. He said he would check again and call me back. It has been 2 weeks and no word from Dave. Time to file with the BBB read more

Great service. Highly recommend. I encourage you to Call Ahead to make an appointment for an oil change because they have several walkins every day and they stay quite busy. read more

Glenway store is really nice with good people. I leave a 4 star review because they don't clean off the old tape from old wheel weights which is in poor distaste in my opinion as a car guy. read more

Chris and team always do high quality work and bend over backwards on the customer service!

Came here for a check engine light on. Yup, we all hate that dreaded light. I had hooked up my OBD tool, got the code, and googled before I got there to get some idea of what I was looking at. The guy at check in was friendly. Due to my time constraints I left my car for them to work on. The guy who called me walked me through what was wrong with my car (exactly what my OBD tool had told me) and pricing. He also advised it was time for some new tires which I can't afford at the moment but he walked me through over the phone on those too. I appreciated the thoroughness and salesmanship. Picked up my car and it was the same guy I had talked to on the phone. Pricing was exactly as discussed and he was super friendly again. He also wrote down the pricing for a range of tires with all in pricing (which I appreciated again. I hate it when they just give you item pricing). Besides the fact I am broke, this was a great experience. Can't hold it against TD that I am poor! Lol read more

I noticed a nail in my tire when driving near the Eastgate Mall. I went to the Eastgate location where I was turned away because they were too busy to get me in before close. I called the Beechmont location and Nick answered the phone. There was only 20 minutes left before close and he told me to me in and they would get my tire patched. Thank you so much for the quick and amazing service Nick!! read more

Tire Discounters - Auto Repair Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

The service was fast, received great customer service and the price was what i expected. Always a positive experience!

I know people often joke about all the "tire shops" on Beechmont, but I wanted to share a great experience at Tire Discounters (8600 Beechmont Ave) with Donald & Paul this evening. I have a 2018 Chevy Traverse and am 2,500 miles from needing an oil change, but started receiving oil change alerts for low oil on my dashboard. When I contacted the dealer they brushed it off and said someone probably forgot to reset it. I stopped by Tire Discounters at 530pm and these guys checked my oil which was EMPTY and EXPLAINED everything in detail, preventing me from burning out my engine. They were attentive and kind and refused payment for the 1.5 quarts of oil, simply telling me to come back when I need service. I love sharing great experiences like this. Unfortunately, they are few and far between. We are LUCKY to have them in our neighborhood read more

Called for an appointment to have 5000 mile tire rotation, was told no appointments but bring car in and they'll work it in. Dropped car off around noon. Service writer verified contact information and cell number - to text me when work done. No notification received by 5:15 p.m.; shop closes at 6 p.m. Called at 5:15 and learned car was ready for pickup. Never received a text or call that car was ready. When picking up car I was informed text was sent around 3:15 p.m. but maybe it didn't go through. I showed service writer my phone with no texts from Tire Discounters - told him technology is great - IF IT WORKS. Question for you - what would have happened if I had waited until closing time before following up? Obviously Tire Discounters wasn't doing follow-up to find out why vehicle was still in their custody when the job had been finished for a couple of hours and it was getting late. Normally I'm very please with your work - but you fell down this time with an over-reliance on technology that obviously didn't work. I also had to ask about the status of everything associated with the tire rotation. Usually you provide that to us without having to ask. read more

As a former car saleswoman, I look for two things: good service and a good deal. On 12/11/15 my husband came to this Tire Discounters looking for tires. The manager Ari pitched us some Cooper Tires and tried to pitch the new special of getting a $100 giftcard with purchase. I expressed my desire to do some research. He wanted to know, "what he could do to earn my business today". That let me know he wants to deal :) We ended up leaving that day and checking out one other car shop. Fast forward to last week. I won't go into all the details but I will say Ari went above and beyond to make sure I got a good price not only on my tires, but other bells and whistles too. I did decline the road hazard insurance though. Only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is because on our first meeting, I felt a bit rushed. It was like, "here are these Cooper tires that are awesome, let me put those on your car today" and when I discussed going into research mode, it went to "ok well call me and I'll do what I can to make it right" It would've saved me alot of time IMO had her came out the gate the first time with the deals instead of me doing all this store/online price shopping first. All in all though, I may still return to TD the next time I need new tires. read more

Very good service yesterday, especially for the fact that I was a walk-in customer, had no appointment. The only reason not 5 stars is because you still have my first name wrong. I saw it incorrect on the invoice as I was leaving and the gentleman said he corrected it but this email is addressed to that same wrong name. My first name is Byron, not Leon. I would appreciate this still being corrected for next time. Sincerely, Byron Strickland read more

Don't go to this Tire Discounters... if too many people find out how good this shop is, my wait time might be longer. Seriously, this is one of the best group of guys who get you in on time, back on the road fast at a fair price! Clean new waiting area too with TV's! read more

I have been waiting for over two hours for a routine oil change. When I was quoted an hour. I will never return to this company.

My husband and I had been customers with Tire Discounter since the summer of 2014, after we relocated to the east side of Cincinnati. Originally we had always sought services from the Amelia location but in August of 2016 we followed DJ, previously the manager at the Amelia location, to the Beechmont location. We needed our rear differential worked on for a leak right before leaving for a two week vacation. The repairs were made and we picked up our car on Friday. Immediately I noticed that I couldn't see out the back of my car window and when I used my wipers and windshield fluid to clean the window it became smeared. The following day I told my husband I wasn't happy with tire discounters because they somehow got grease all over the back of my car. My husband called and talked to Memphis and Memphis told my husband they were currently closed due to inventory and to bring it back Monday and they would clean it off to which my husband responded that we were not going to let grease sit on our car for two days. Memphis agreed and told my husband to run it through a car wash and then bring the receipt into the Beechmont location and they would reimburse us. We washed the car and decided to forget the reimbursement of 13 dollars, left for vacation with our 3 children, ages 6 (twin girls) and 3. While driving through the mountains of Tennessee, our rear end locked up, leaving us stranded in the mountains. We towed it to a nearby Kia dealership and as soon as the tow truck pulled up, the mechanic made a comment that we had rear differential fluid all over the back of our car. In conclusion, a certified Kia mechanic reported that the original repairs made by Tire Discounters were not torqued correctly and therefore caused the rear differential fluid to leak which resulted in our rear end locking up. With the original work, car rentals, tow trucks and then a second repair to fix Tire Discounters error it came to a total of 4,000 dollars. We are a family of 5 living on one income while I finish my masters degree. Tire Discounters has offered us 1,500 and their insurance company has offered us 1,300 for their faulty repairs but refuse to pay anymore. Two years we had been loyal customers, took our car repairs to them for everything; oil changes, new tires on three sets of cars, etc., but no more. We work too hard to have to pay for something to be fixed twice. Our children were in the car while we were driving. We were only going 35 mph at the time thankfully and I cannot help but think what would have happened if we had been driving 70-80 mph on the highway that day. I should add that Tire Discounters also offered a 500 dollar gift card but I don't want to spend another dime of money for their services even if its with their own money. read more
