Said they replaced the thermostat and we should be good. This car should run like a new car! Did I mention she only drives 4 miles to work and school? Well last week the same thing happens the temperature is all over the place. Trying to get her to have some adult ownership, I tell her to call them, knowing we were told there was a warranty. Mike tells her she doesn't have a warranty and he isn't even sure he worked on her car but she can bring it in and they will look at it. His exact words "are you sure we did that work?" So now momma bear is mad. I call, it goes to voicemail, I leave a not so nice message and ask someone to return my call. That was Thursday of last week. She has owned this car since late January of last year. She has driven it less than it has been in the shop. So now we have a car that is salvage titled, I had to pay the taxes on it last year because they didn't and she is 12000 dollars into a car that continues to have issues. No one will return my calls, I have filed a complaint with BBB, talked to a detective who says they are already in deep $h1t!!!! and we have no choice now but to contact an attorney.
