My husband went online and found Infiniti of Cincinnati and it was five stars from there on out!! w you We are from Columbus Ohio and drove 1.5 hours because the service there is unmatched!! We walked in with both of our kids who are 2 and 4 years old , and it was the absolute best experience. From the kindness and generosity from Derek, the manager to the salesman Shawn who ran around and played with my kids while my husband did all of the paperwork. They were completely open and honest with the process. There were a few minor things on the car that we didn't even notice, but they took care to notice, and made sure that it was remedied in perfect condition when we picked up to the car!! I don't think I've ever been treated so well at a car dealer, and came away with such a great car, we will be back to to give them more business!!!

When he was working on my car he let me come out and explained to me what he was doing. This is a local guy who works hard and good with out ripping you off. I reccommend this place to anyone. There used to be a car lot there years ago, but this is not the same owner, not the same office, not the same selection of vehicles and most importantly - Not the same reputation! We needed a truck to haul our kayaks in and we had looked around, but couldn't find anything we liked for the amount of money we were hoping to spend. Then we found TMA Auto Sale. They had a great selection of cars and a few trucks. And that's where we found exactly what we were looking for. My husband bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 there. As of the date of this posting he has had it about 6 months. He still loves it. It runs great and he hasn't had any problems with it at all. Alex and Kellie were great. It was a very laid back atmosphere. We actually had a great time laughing and joking. I don't think I can say that about any other lot I've bought a car from. I know for a fact, that when I need a car I am going to go right back to TMA Auto Sale.

It's understandable you would be upset when having the 2 close-together major issues that you referred to; but my opinion for Mike and his skills differs greatly. Have been trusting my car care to Mike for decades. During that time have referred his business to family and friends-- all good. Were I to go into detail, you might think he was a relative or I was part-owner or something. There may be an organization locally that is as good, but would find it hard to believe there's one better. The only thing negative is at times, he's been booked up. He was a one man show for a long time, though his new location and added mechanics should help with that. There are positive reasons why he has been able to expand his services... Note: In the event you come back and read your and other Yelp comments, or someone you know reads them-- you didn't mention the year of the Jeep Compass in your posted review but did say you had children. If it is a 2014, are you aware there has been 2 recalls on that model? (per Consumer Reports)
