Unbeknownst to me, the entire undercarriage was inundated with rust. I drove this truck LESS THAN 20 miles and the fuel pump went up. While the truck was on the lift, the mechanic informed me that this truck will not be allowed to be driven on MD roads because it is littered with rust. The fuel line is ready to rupture as well as the steering. I have grandkids and I told Adam I had kids that would be riding with me. He knew this truck was nothing but rust. He said the only rust was on the lower door panel. But that was a lie to get me to buy this truck. I asked for video of the undercarriage as well and he sent video of an area with a small amount of rust, intentionally. When he took video of the inside of the truck, he totally hid showing me the cracked dash, intentionally. I've reached out to him to buy this truck back and void the sale but he keeps coming back with "let me check." Then just the other day he told me to talk to the finance Dept to buy truck back! Does he think because I'm a woman that I'm that stupid! He sold me the truck, not the damn financing company!!! So I would suggest not buying a vehicle from a deceptive dealership and I will be suing this dealership for deceptive practices! The fair, simple negotiation and process to get everything sorted was awesome. No extra back and forth or drawn out process to add warranties and extra costs. The truck I came in for was in need of tires, and I wasn't sure if that was something I would have to pay for on top of the listing price, or if it could be negotiated, etc. The first thing Bob told me (before I even brought it up) was that he won't sell a car with bad brakes or tires. He had the tires replaced with a quality set, even had a second key made, and the truck was spotless when I finally picked it up. They will confirm your trade-in amount and then the loan will be for a completely different (thousands less!) amount. The rate they made me take was NOT the lowest offered. Also, Jonathan my rep, told me of 2 cars I had wanted to see were NOT certified and not being accepted or good enough to sell. Well why were they on the website as certified? WHY are they still for sale now?! What does certify mean to Joesph Chevrolet? Nothing the same as you as the customer mean nothing. Bring your wallet!

I've tried to get a hold of management multiple times now. If you look around the dealership I'm sure you'll find a post it note with my name and number on it that someone is choosing to ignore. So not entirely sure how you can review anything when I can barely get my calls answered or get a call back. I bought my truck back in July of last year and have called over a dozen times and even stopped in a couple times to address issues. Your team promises a callback and I don't ever receive one is about how it goes every time. Your service department is horrendous. I 1000% stand by my initial statement about the sales team and service department. Your 1.4 rating and all the negative comments on here should be pretty evident that things don't run efficiently at your dealership and warrant some type of correction. I have resorted to luckily using my warranty that I purchased from Joesph, at another dealership that has fixed what was suppose to be taken care of at your dealership. That doesn't negate the $1400 overpayment of services I had to pay for to keep my warranty from being voided during what was suppose to be a basic oil change visit and minor assessment on my steering wheel controls and usb charge ports. When these services were suppose to be done at the time of purchase, before delivery of the vehicle and I was assured they were. I've had better luck leaving this yelp review to get any kind of correspondence from your dealership. Be nice if it didn't take drastic measures to get basic customer service.
