After my 2025 Honda CR-V was totaled, it was towed to the dealership while my insurance arranged pickup within 24-48 hours. I clearly communicated this to the service manager, and there were no initial concerns. Due to a simple mix-up, the tow company went to the wrong location--and instead of contacting me to resolve it, I was given less than 45 minutes' notice before my vehicle was declared abandoned and towed to an impound lot. I was out of town at the time and couldn't address it right away, which led to additional fees. This situation could have easily been handled with basic communication and a reasonable amount of time. As a result, I incurred unnecessary towing and impound charges--and the dealership lost my future business, including what would have been a replacement vehicle purchase. As a dealership, how stupid do you have to be to piss off a customer who clearly needs to purchase a replacement Honda CRV! I went to Kings Performance Honda and bought it there - great experience, btw. Very disappointing experience, especially given my long history as a loyal customer. Based on my experience and the reviews I'm reading how does this dealership even stay in business?

I see all these negative reviews and am VERY confused. Bought my second new car from Joseph…read more Salesman was excellent. Just went in this morning for my first service on my Malibu. I was treated so wonderfully by the service tech. They changed my oil, filter and did the complimentary 29 point inspection. Went to pay and was told everything was complimentary of Joseph. It took less than 45 minutes total. I've NEVER had bad service at Joseph. So all I can say is those who say Joseph stinks are FOS (full of shit). Cashiers were wonderful and the man who checks with people waiting for their cars deserves a raise. PERSONAL service from him is beyond excellent!

A few days after getting my car, my finalized loan amount came through from the bank. I noticed the…read moreamount financed is higher than what was discussed when I bought the car. I gave a call yesterday to the manager we signed our contracts with to ask why the starting price of the car is different on my buyers order than the original price listed/discussed on the day of purchase. He responds saying it's because it included the add on purchase of premier defense sprays. On the day of purchase, he brought out this box of sprays and handed it to us as if they were included with the purchase of the car. It was never mentioned or explained by him that this was an additional cost. These sprays apparently added an additional $2,250 to the starting price of the car which is ridiculous because they're being sold for less than $50 online. He said our car salesman rep should have walked through all of those costs with me and that this issue has nothing to do with him. I asked if he could figure out if a refund was possible because we haven't used the sprays. I also asked him if it's possible to take off the technology warranty so we could balance out this random extra cost that was never discussed. He said all contracts are finalized and irreversible, he can't tell me if a refund is possible because he doesn't make those decisions, it's all already finalized with the bank, and that I need to give the car sales rep a call and see if he and the floor manager can help me. His tone overall speaking to me about this issue was loud, passive aggressive, and unhelpful. I gave the car sales rep a call yesterday as well and he told me the exact opposite. He said the manager should have went over additional prices and all breakdowns with me when we signed our contracts with him and that the manager would be the one making a decision about the refund. This was frustrating because it's completely different than what the manager just told me about his ability to help me. The car sales rep was more understanding and willing to help find a solution thankfully. He gave me a call today explaining that the added amount in the starting cost wouldn't have been from the sprays..this made things even more confusing because it again contradicts what the manager said. We still haven't been able to get an answer as to why the starting price of the car is incorrect on our contract. Thankfully the sales rep is trying to help us correct the situation. He confirmed that contracts can in fact be fixed and the financed amount can be adjusted. This whole situation is very unfortunate because the manager we worked with knew that we were newer car buyers and it feels like we've been taken advantage of. When I asked for help resolving this, he basically said this is someone else's problem. He sped through the contracts as well and didn't break anything down aside from warranty's. Almost everything he told me yesterday was false/incorrect. Had I known there would be errors in our contract, I would have been more cautious of what I was signing. What was initially a five star review is now a one star. Hoping to get this resolved by tomorrow with our sales rep and the sales manager
