After my 2025 Honda CR-V was totaled, it was towed to the dealership while my insurance arranged pickup within 24-48 hours. I clearly communicated this to the service manager, and there were no initial concerns. Due to a simple mix-up, the tow company went to the wrong location--and instead of contacting me to resolve it, I was given less than 45 minutes' notice before my vehicle was declared abandoned and towed to an impound lot. I was out of town at the time and couldn't address it right away, which led to additional fees. This situation could have easily been handled with basic communication and a reasonable amount of time. As a result, I incurred unnecessary towing and impound charges--and the dealership lost my future business, including what would have been a replacement vehicle purchase. As a dealership, how stupid do you have to be to piss off a customer who clearly needs to purchase a replacement Honda CRV! I went to Kings Performance Honda and bought it there - great experience, btw. Very disappointing experience, especially given my long history as a loyal customer. Based on my experience and the reviews I'm reading how does this dealership even stay in business?

However the owner was out of town and he worked with me so when he got back I can check the truck out and go from there. A very impressed with the selection he has he probably has at least 25 cars on his lot and they're all good quality cars at a great price. Well I drove the truck and I fell in love with it between me and him we worked on a price . One of the big things are very much impressed me is he still behind his word on a couple things he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. About it took it home drove it for about a week and brought it back to him for him to do a couple things to it. So for that he's a man of his word and I'm very much honor somebody like that. There is also a car lot across the street and there is also one to the left of him but if you read the reviews they do not have a great selection like he has or great customer service.

I needed a U-Haul last minute, called him earlier in the day, and he had something ready for me when I came in to pick it up after work. I was paying for a rental out of pocket and still had to chase updates. When I finally picked up my car on 10/10/25, it was dirty, mats uncleaned, and a plastic bag left on the drivers seat. Mr. Tony was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. I would never recommend this shop.

The Issue came later when an oil change was due. I went by the sticker they had in the window (or they never removed from the previous owner). There Is no way this was correct as when I drained the oil, it was pure black, and I could tell it was very old. The drain plug was also stripped quite badly. That wasn't even the worst part, when I opened the air filter enclosure, there was a full on rodent nest! I'm talking like an entire blanket shredded up piled around the air filter. I would have thought any dealership that has a car parked Inside the garage so their customers can view It has at least run the car through service and changed/checked the fluids. Pretty sad because that makes It hard to trust them for future purchases and to recommend them, and the staff I actually dealt with were 100% people I would love to recommend to friends and do business with in the future.

Since then, we've had nothing but positive experiences at the service center with both of hyundais. The guys who work here are really welcoming and knowledgeable and the waiting room is pretty nice for a car dealership service area. When there have been issues, I've felt informed but not pressured into making expensive decisions. I definitely do not dread bringing my car here and when it's time to upgrade our older car, we'll probably look here first.

First, I have to say the salesman we were working with at JW Hyundai was great. He was very helpful and tried several ways to get us into a car and even looked at other Wyler locations. The manager, Tim, was rude and condescending. Refused to help us, wouldn't even call another Wyler location to see if a car we wanted to look at was available to go see. When I asked if he could call for us, his exact words were, "Well, you can call, but no, I won't call for you." At which time we walked out. He was far more concerned about making a sale only for his dealership than supporting the Wyler network. I feel he was also that way because we were two woman shopping alone even though I had been pre-approved. He was willing to lose a sale and possible future sales for the entire Wyler network instead of being helpful. After we left JW Hyundai I realized where the car probably was, so we drove two minutes up the street to JW Kia and purchased the exact car we came to see at JW Hyundai. The people at the JW Kia were amazing! They were helpful, and worked quickly to get us a deal and get our paperwork completed before the other people who were also looking at the car, and we drove off with the exact car we originally wanted. Great job losing a sale for your dealership, Tim! I've never actually been to a dealership where the manager lets a sale just walk out the door. I will direct my business and anyone who asks me about JW to JW Kia on Colerain. BTW the Kia dealership was much busier than Hyundai. That should say something.
