    Don't trust this place! Everything you ever thought about a car salesman/dealership is exactly true. Don't believe anything they tell you! Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had and I've probably bought 15 cars in my life. My wife drives out to this place on Wednesday to look at a 2022 Corolla for my son. She liked it. Talked and text with sales guy, Stew. Tell him I will run out on Wednesday if we can work it out. He says they are slammed. He tells me "he (the manager) said he will work the deal out but it would be earliest tomorrow morning to finalize. He is only Manager on duty tonight. I will text over purchase order 1st thing in the morning." We still go out. Get there at 7:15 (they close at 8:00PM). They are not absolutely slammed, there is one customer in the entire dealership and sales people sitting on their phones. We test drive the car. Send Stew another text that we want the car. Next morning he sends over order for full asking price (not what we discussed). We go back and forth and at 3:56 yesterday he says "Ok, got the $250 off and car going back to service now should be ready by tomorrow noon". "Sending over new numbers". Great we had a deal. Again, would have went right out but were told the car wasn't ready. At 8:45AM on Friday, two days after I've been trying to buy this car, I get a text that says the car sold. My wife drove to this dealership Wednesday afternoon, we both drove back while they were still open the same day but were told they were too busy to do a deal. Thursday we supposedly have a deal but can't pick up until Friday. Then the cars sold. We don't even get a common courtesy of phone call to say sorry the car sold that we told you was yours at noon today. I get a three- word text. The unprofessionalism of this whole situation is staggering. Left a message for a manager Jason Mersch (was told he was the manager but who knows). As of this post, I haven't gotten a call back and I'm sure I won't. These people don't deserve your business! As of 4 hours later, still no call from a manager. If I had an upset customer, I would call them with an hour. Another reason they don't deserve your business.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!! ALL their cars on the lot have rust spots on the chrome parts of cars.  Service mgr says is rail dust from train track.

Almost got hit ! the lady hung up over 2 times and got super nasty with us and would place us on hold when we got rude back. they finally agreed to give a tow. Took over an hour to get a tow then when we finally got to the shop the guy was rude and giving nasty ass looks. told us the guys happened to be at lunch all of them? Go figure. Took an hour to get the car looked at... then bout 30 mins later called to say the was already done excuse me what? No way! we get there they tell us they deleted a code and fixed a leak (Which wasn't the issue) head home THE CAR BREAKS DOWN WITH THE SAME EXACT ISSUE!!!! now we have to wait till Monday for them to look wt it? Refuse to give us a rental car to get us to and from work.... And ended up hanging up on us.... extremely rude! we may not have a job to pay for the car now since they refuse to help us. Called cooperate and the lady kept saying we had to call service... will never buy another car from them again or send people to them.

We were never offered a glass of water, a soda, pop, etc. Above and beyond that, they were pushy with their sales tactics and didn't even bother to take more than $500 off of the sales price of the vehicle and their warranty was over $2,000 and does not cover the entire components of the vehicle either. To make matters worse, 37 days after I bought the car it blew up! Water pump, radiator, cruise control, tachometer and speedometer don't work either! To make matters worse, you have to use byriders dealership for your repairs and they only have two technicians for the entire repair shop. They do not answer their phone and do not return voicemail messages or emails as well. I have yet to receive my two tow bill reimbursement and it's November and the occurrences happened in September and again in the first part of October. Be prepared for your car to take up to a month for repairs! BUYER BEWARE!!

    I used this bank since I was a kid. I decided to open a 2nd savings account for myself (the other…read moreone was money that had been passed down by a family member hence wanting to keep it separate) & went into an in-person location to set it up. Everything seemed fine, had to transfer $200 into it to start it but whatever, waited a couple days before doing anything with it as advised; then tried to put money into it & couldn't. Not over the app or website. Called the bank & was told "oh, yeah, that's not a real account haha, we'll fix it". It does get fixed, but after another few days & after I was already promised this was a working bank account to begin with. After around a month/month & a half I decide I want to leave. I want a credit card, debit cards that actually WORK (the North Side ones don't tap, & often have to be redone when slid in/swiped), & a banking app that allows me to do more than just transfer money from one account to another. I set all of that up at another bank, wait for my debit & credit cards before I transfer all my money out of the North Side accounts, & once I get the cards I go to North Side to get my cashier's checks & nuke my existing accounts. Everything seems to go smoothly but I end up with some extra money on the checking accounts check. I assume they didn't account for the check that was just cashed for my new apartment & just sort of shrug it off as at this point I'm totally fed up with them & it wouldn't be the first time they've flubbed it with something like this. However yesterday my dad gets a call from our cell phone provider that they couldn't get our phone bill paid because his account didn't exist. So he set up an account awhile back after a medical emergency that was in all my family member's names (4 of us) so that we were covered bill-wise if something happened to him & these idiots went "well your name was on it, that means you get all the money in it & we're closing the whole account :)" when I closed my personal accounts to transfer away from North Side. Despite me SPECIFYING that I only wanted 2 checking & 2 savings accounts closed (the 4 that were exclusively in my name.) On top of that, I totally forgot this other account existed. My dad told me once in an email right after he'd gotten out of the hospital years ago, & as I am chronically ill & have only become functional enough to work normal hours within the last year or so, I didn't really worry about it, as well as not having real access to it without having to like call in or go in person. & the person who closed these accounts didn't check with me when this account didn't line up with the account descriptions I gave for the ones I wanted closed. While they did get it back up & running (apparently because we're such good customers ), I now owe my dad over a thousand dollars because they couldn't listen to my instructions in the first place. They were also incredibly condescending to both my father & I when we called about this issue & explained to them why this was a ridiculous thing to do & essentially told us it was all our fault & they couldn't be blamed at all, but they'd be so kind as to fix it for us. My dad is now considering leaving them & I'm incredibly glad I left as this is insane. Side note, having an account that has 4 people on it be able to be shut down & completely emptied by only 1 of it's members is an insane safety risk. Not sure if this is the case for every bank, but either way that is legit asking for someone to run away with the group's money if even one of the people isn't a good person, much less something like an abusive marriage or family dynamic.

As I sit here now with a lock on my card for no apparent reason, I am being told that they have two other partners, one being Pfizer. Each partner has the authority to lock or unlock your card. This is day two of my card being locked! No food, no gas for my car, and I'm being told that I may even have to wait yet another day because a request has to be made for the other partners to release my funds. I was not introduced to any so-called partners when I opened this account; I have no idea who they are or why they would have a say on my funds! And sadly, none of the representatives seem to have enough knowledge to even explain why my card was locked in the first place. What made me even more upset is after I called and verified that the purchases were not fraudulent, I was told my card was back active! So I tried to make a purchase, but the card still didn't work, so I tried a few more times and then decided to call back to let them know it still wasn't working. The representative then tells me, oh well, because you tried to swipe the card a few times, it's now blocked until midnight. At this point, I'm furious. I then asked for a supervisor who turned out to be even worse than the first guy at explaining what was happening! No one could help me or fix the situation. I was told to wait until Monday to call the actual bank... once again no food, no gas to get home on my end. I understand the protection, but what I will never be able to understand is why, when I verified purchases, my account still stayed locked and is still locked now. I was also told I can't remove the protection! What was even more bizarre was they allowed a cash app transaction to go through while my card was locked! How is this protection?? This bank left me without any valid excuses; they just fed me nonsense to get me off the phone. Thank goodness I was not out of town, stranded. I was with Cinco Credit Union for almost 20 years before Superior came along and changed the name. I don't trust this company any longer; their representatives don't seem to know how to help and also suffer from a lack of proper knowledge. It's like handing your money over to someone unable to communicate. I'm switching to PNC. Pathetic!

Carrie , who is the head of HR never returned any phone calls . The whole company is crap and hopefully they are acquired by a real company . I am totally sick of their lies and deceit . I don't blame AJ , but god forbid you need an answer for anything , good luck. I feel like taking a trek up to Lima to see Carrie face to face . I am letting my friends , neighbors, and co- workers know about this horrible experience .If I could give Carrie a zero or negative rating that would be more on point . A family member had a large business that was sold in the 80's for hundreds of millions, so you would be kissing his ass for business Carrie .That seems like the self serving person that you are .

Then I recieved an email that stated that the next step was to schedule a quick 20 min call to follow up on a few details. So I called spoke to a gentleman Name William, the first thing I asked was why would you do a hard inquiry on me if I didnt submit the application? according to William I did submit and was approved, now I am like wow how is that but ok, William wanted me to come in same day told him that i would come the next day but before I come can you tell me the terms of this Loan I am so called approved for. William put me on hold and now its crickets they wont answer the phone and William has yet to tell me the terms of this so called loan. the next call will be to the state attorney to complain and then to The CFPB. feel like a scam but its just bad business practices.
