I worked with Dave Orr on this one. Our daughter was in a car accident. It was a well loved family car and the damage seemed right on the edge of totaled/not totaled. While it was being reviewed I had the chance to speak with Dave several times. He (and others I spoke with) was kind and knowledgeable. On September 2025 l had my car repaired. I have a 2015 rc350 Lexus, that had a rust spot on the driver side. The left rear wheel well below the gas cap it was getting bigger. I went to Lexus dealership and two other body shop, but no one want to touch it. I took it to Dave Orr's Body Shop were l talk to Adam, he did a estimate and we had a consultation about my rust spot. Adam is professional, confidence, and guaranteed his work. He even fix a chip l had on my door. I was well pleased with the work he did on my car. I must say this too when they are working on your car, you should had another vehicle to get around. When they are dealing with a masterpiece you have to give them time if you want it done right. You do not know what's going on in the background and the challenges they have day to day, but I can say this when they get finished it's like your car is brand new. Do not use this shop! Dropped my Mini cooper off to fix leak that was coming in car. called after 3 weeks and still wasn't fixed. Then they called few days later to pick up. After getting it home a week later it rained and car was soaking wet. Called them and they said they fixed the leaks they could find by replacing 2 expensive parts and there was nothing they was gonna do about it. They are a joke and like to rip people off! read more

I'm new to getting collision repair so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The mini dealership near me does not have a collision center so I was referred by them to Dave Orr's Autobody. My car was in a hit and run and had damage to a door and a mirror. I dropped my car off to Dave Orr's 6 weeks ago today. I was initially told it would be finished July 11th. When I called July 11th I was told it would be finished July 18th. When I called July 18th I was told it was going to be finished July 21. When I called July 21 I was told it would be finished tomorrow July 22nd. After dropping my rental off today and ubering to Dave Orr's to get my car, a man on the phone told me they are still waiting on a part and he has no idea when my car will actually be finished. I began to explain my car rental has been returned but before I could finish my sentence the man loudly interrupted me stating "I ALREADY TOLD YOU WE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT" I now have no rental and no clue when my car, which needed minor repairs, will be finished. I have since called the local mini dealership and told them to stop referring customers to this body shop. I will never use Dave Orr's again and I look forward to speaking to the manager whenever my car is actually finished. Part of me wonders if they've even began working on it. Stop telling customers a finish date when you have no idea when your work will actually be completed. Take your business somewhere else. read more

I dropped off my 2024 BMW I4 on 4/15/2024 for minor repairs due to an incident with a towing company. Today is 4/232024 and my car is still in the shop! I called the company today and the employee states we still need to paint and the earliest we would be finished is Friday 4/26! WTH! In asking more questions about my car, I don't like the answers I'm getting. This employee says "it's like waiting in line at Kroger. We try to get to every care but if we have other cars ahead of yours or brought in by dealers or other customers it may have to wait." Meaning my car was bumped to the end of the Kroger line before anyone worked on it! Very poor business practices! I will never take my car to Krogers to get repaired! read more

Had a sliding door on a Honda Oddsey, they fixed same day when 3 other shops could not.

I was on the wrong end of a hit & run and had some plastic hanging off of the side of my car. Seemed cosmetic but I wanted it fixed before something worsened. Recently someone backed into our car and the bumper was hanging on by a thread. I went in for an estimate, but Dave repaired it in 30 minutes. I took my car in to have the paint evaluated. There were numerous scuff marks on the finish from the cover after years of outdoor storage. The estimate was prepared quickly. I brought the car in early on the day agreed upon and the crew went to work. I was contacted mid afternoon that it was ready. Honestly, the paint looks better now than when it was new 16 years ago. Being in an accident is a nightmare to say the least. I drive an X5 and unapologetically own that I am "High Maintenance ". I expect a level of professionalism and excellence that are synonymous with the full BMW experience. Orr's customer service, more specifically Mandy, has not only met the expectations that we are accustomed to, she has exceeded them. From her fun, direct personality to her ability to listen and respond in a timely manner. She is knowledgeable and not afraid of accountability. This body shop did the most amazing job on my Mini Cooper. They replaced the hood and front quarter panels and bumper. I was concerned with what they were going to do about my unique paint color, but they nailed it. Even down to the direction the paint was laid so that you couldn't tell where the original paint job ended and the new paint job began. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. This place is a joke. Was referred by a reliable mechanic to have a restoration on my 18 year old car. Was initially told not a problem. Within days they could only fix one minor issue. Made an appointment for three months out. Received another call stating how expensive it would be but agreeing to fix the one problem, a roof leak. Dropped it off Monday. Now received a call that they are unwilling to work on it because they are too busy. Have wasted months waiting for someone and now I have nothing to show for it. Do not refer people here. Do not trust them to take care of your car. Have been treated very rudely by their office staff. Big zero for a rating. read more

I'm sorry to be writing a poor review but this was my honest experience.  In short, you couldn't pay me to go back to this shop. I had a relatively straightforward repair required to a plastic front bumper, replace and repaint.  Paying out of pocket so no insurance hoops either.  After waiting two weeks to get to my scheduled drop off (which was totally fine,) I called the shop the business day prior to drop off to confirm my slot and talk drop off logistics.  I was told that they were behind schedule, (thanks for being professional enough to tell me before this moment so that I did not already have a rental car in hand....) and that I would have to wait a couple days.  Three business days later I had not heard anything back so I called again.  Once we got past the who are you again question, I was told they were still backed up and would have to wait another two weeks to get back on the schedule.  It didn't matter that I had already waited, and was already paying the rental.  This is the moment I knew I needed to go someplace else. I'm not sure if my job was not big enough or what, but I will not be returning here no matter the job size.  Coordinating with them is extremely difficult and I still have never heard back from our last conversation, not that it matters.  Do your gray hairs and wallet a favor and look elsewhere. read more

I had thousands of dollars worth of belongings and car components stolen from my vehicle while they were working on it. There was no sign of break-in and I believe their employees were involved. They stole baby-seats! Who does that? They told me they would pay me for the items and told me they wouldn't do anything about the stolen items. Terrible treatment. read more

The BMW store referred me here after some damage was had on a icy road a few weeks back. It's a very unassuming place. Do not let the facade diminish your expectations. They are true experts. Not only did they fix my car, they kept it charged up as it is an electric I3. They also kept me informed as to where they were in repairs. And they cleaned my car up from its winter weather grime. Larry, the manager should be fired. He's a racist. As I was talking to my insurance company and getting frustrated because they wouldn't fax something I needed, Larry said loudly to me "probably talking to some towel head". My husband was there and we were shocked. I told him never to say that again and that what he said was not ok. He didn't care. I also told the young lady who is incredibly nice and helpful. Most were but never going there again because Larry is racist and the manager. Most were nice. My car took waaaay too long and things were missed. Don't support a company who employs a racist. Our car was taken there and they had the car for 2.5 months. They kept saying that the only parts that would work were OEM parts but the fact is they were too lazy to negotiate with the insurance company to figure how to make things work. They don't answer emails and they don't call the insurance companies back to work things out. Never again. read more

I just had $8300 of repairs done to my bmw at this shop. The other driver's insurance covered the entire amount and orr's worked with them to give me bmw original parts for everything but 1 or 2 parts which were aftermarket. They delivered on time and were very professional. The car looked like new when they were done. read more
