He was at our spot with a tow truck in about 30 mins and called us an hour or so later to inform me of what was wrong. He laid out the options. Was very transparent and gave us a rough timeline. While he had the car he sent updates on when he ordered parts, when they arrived at the shop and how far along he was with the work. This was critical for me as I had to drive back to Chicago in a rental and needed to coordinate when I'd make the drive back to Cincy to pick up my car. The car is like new. I felt a little nervous driving it back right after getting the work done but it performed great on the road and I made it back to Chicago with no issues. I wish he was based in Chicago so I could take the car to him with any future issues. Hopefully we never get stranded in Cincy again, but if we do I find some peace in knowing we have someone great to take it to.

I could not believe that they had my car so long. I had had another car repaired some years ago from a driver damaging the radiator and the front hood from hitting me in the front and the placevthat I took it to in Western Hills had it fixed in a week. They have had my car for over a month now for a bumper and suspension repair. I was relying on their consistent messaging that my vehicle would be ready on a specific date. Even an extra day or two would've not been the end of the world. I was supposed to take the car camping this weekend and now I don't have a vehicle big enough for the trip. Not to mention that it took me 8 calls today to get that information. Only after my eighth call did I finally receive my first call back to tell me that it wouldn't be ready until at least the middle of next week.
