Don't know what I was thinking...the only credit card I had was a BP card & they wouldn't give cash back on a purchase. The Customer Service Rep politely asked how much cash I needed (only $20) and said he could look up my acct. by other means and help me. With my ss# and signature, I got my cash and went back to pick up my dinner items. Don't know why there are so many negative comments that float around about Fifth Third. It will also be a nice branch for OTR residents. The tellers I've encountered have been friendly which is a lot to say as I usually swing by near closing time. The branch is small but completely full service and while it lacks a parking lot, there is often a spot either on Main or nearby. There is an ATM outside that will gladly spit out some $20's for your Gateway Quarter craziness.
